Wonderful view while having our fresh lobster and mussels. Freshest lobster steamed with mussels was our last day in nova Scotia well worth it.

Food was expensive for how small the portions were and how mediocre the food is. Server was very friendly.

Great little spot for lunch or dinner. The wait staff are very personable and the food was great!

Interior is authentic, I like it. The view outside is amazing. The food is average, could be better

This place wouldn’t know a thing about east cost hospitality if it bit them in the a$$! During hurricane Fiona my girls and I stayed at the st Anne’s motel (fantastic little place) my girls ran over to the restaurant for a hot meal after days with no power and were charged $50 for uncooked toast with 2 pieces of bacon a small piece of lettuce and little to no mayo (supposed to be a blt sandwich) with a Cesar salad that amounted to maybe a cup and was floating in water and a tiny dish of the most disgusting pasta I’ve ever laid eyes on… watery and shrimp didn’t look cooked! The owner of this place would charge you for the air you breathe if she could! Made my mother by a coffee just to use the rest room

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Quiet, nice view on the water, good food and friendly service.
Reasonably priced I can highly recommend this.
I ate chowder at a noisy little restaurant in Baddeck the night before and paid more.
I accidentally left my purse behind with my passports and lots of cash. The waitress tracked me down to the motel I stayed and everything was returned.
Glad to have discovered this treasure!

Friendly service. The place mats with instructions on how to eat a lobster were a nice touch. Unfortunately lobster was beyond our budget (this apparently has been a particularly expensive year) but the food we had was good. Nice lakeside location.

Had the Restaurant provide food for our catered event this year and every single meal was delicious, our clients were very satisfied all week with meals, thank you Jeanie and staff the food and service were great

The staff was quite friendly and helpful, but the food and overall experience wasn't great. 1 piece fish and chips at $15 is on the mid to high end, and the fish to batter ratio was on the poor side. There also isn't much in the way of air conditioning if you go on a hot day either, so be prepared to sweat it out.

I'll give it 3 stars because our waitress was great and the view is nice, but I wouldn't be excited about returning for any particular reason.

The one star is for the view, which, by the way, we had to see through a bug screen!
The food was unappetizing, delivered cold and hugely overpriced.

Plate of Mussels was not hot, Seemed like they were sitting there for an hour. Fried scallops were cold inside; I think they were cooked from frozen. Too pricey for such low quality dishes.

Our waitress Robyn was so friendly and accommodating. Delicious lobster, lobster roll, lox bagel, kids menu, and desserts — all with a beautiful view. Worth another visit!

Great place to stop along your trip. Food was excellent, very good service and a nice view from your table

My husband and I came here for our anniversary lunch. Service was AMAZING. Our waitress was Jade and she was so friendly and helpful. All the staff are very nice. We had the mussels which were so GOOD. Thank you Lobster Gallery for making our day perfect. We will definitely be back.

Friendly service, but quality of dishes is about average and the price point is on the higher side.

Ens vam trobar aquest restaurant de sorpresa i vam decidir parar a sopar. El lloc és acollidor, amb una petita botiga, bones vistes, i la cambrera que ens va atendre molt simpàtica. Es van oblidar els musclos, però els plats principals estaven molt bons i amb el postre ja vam acabar ben servits. Recomano la "Seafood pasta", el "fish and chips" (molt cruixent!) i el rhubarb cake que el serveixen calent. Vam veure la Lobster (preu de mercat) a una altra taula i era gegant. Molt bona experiència!

Great dinner and very accommodating staff as we came 30 mins prior to closing. Waitress was awesome and very friendly.

We tried a variety of items including the Lobsterlicious Corn Chowder which online says it is a starter. It is only available in July so not on the menu day to day. Well if you order it, it comes with a small lobster roll as well! Just be prepared for a lot of food as we ordered mains as well!

We also ordered the scallop platter which was deep fried scallops with fries.

My wife ordered the lobster roll which was incredible. Fresh and full of meat. Not a lot of mayo so no lobster flavour lost

And my friend and I each got the lobster dinner. Had the choice of lobster size up to two pounds! Could have had the chance to pick our own but we all got busy chatting and never did it.

Had a very nice patio and water front as well

I don’t know if it was just one of those days for this restaurant, but the food was not good. And we waited for almost one hour to get our food. We were a party of 9 and there was a 10 minute delay between the first and last plate served. So by the time the last person in our group got his food, the first person was almost done. Kids menu very limited (2 items). In 10 days in the Maritimes (NB, PEI and NS) this is the first time that we did not enjoy our food. The waitress however was very nice.

Greasy fish, lobster roll had no lobster in it. Maybe an ounce at the most. What a disgrace! 100% rip off. Stay away

Mehhhh…. Overpriced, food was okay but for the price.not great, service was good. View was nice. But definitely better places to spend your money.

Not impressed. From the time we walked through the door and watched two servers ignore us until what seemed to be the owner (who was on the phone talking to someone about being shorted her salmon order) asking someone to see to the door.
Then to be seated. There were 5 tables of customers two were eating. They sat another table and took their order right away. Then walked away. We got up to leave. I walked over again to what seemed to be the owner and she turned her back to me. Nope to many other amazing places to go to. We left.

Lobster roll here was great.scallops were good as well. Good views of St. Ann's bay from the windows.

$29 and 1 hour for the smallest lobster roll I've ever had in my life. This place should be embarrassed.

I had the large crock of chowder, with side salad. Both were very good. El had smoked salmon w/creme cheese on a bagel. A favorite of hers, and she liked this one. Nice view on the patio too.

The view was absolutely stunning. The waitress and the food was also amazing. Highly recommended!

Nice view. Finally felt like some civilization! They brought me the wrong meal, nd then incorrectly thought they had fixed it.

Had such a pleasant experience. Great food and such an amazing view! Picking our own lobster from their pound was an experience I soon won't forget. A great stop along your Cabot trail drive.

We stopped at the lobster galley for lunch on our vacation.
The server, Holly, was great she was very personable and she even let my son pick his own lobster for lunch.
Their debit terminal was down so I left my credit card number for them to process the payment when it came back up.
This was a huge mistake because the owner decided to process more than I authorized and give herself a way bigger tip.
I called her three times to rectify the situation and she blew me off and then hung up the phone.
I will never recommend anyone eat here, because of the owner's behavior.
She definitely doesn't have that East Coast hospitality that everybody else on the island had.

“Amazing” sweet potato fries and sp.the curry that comes with it! I have never had a curry like this with fries. They did not have much vegetarian options in the menu. Obviously because its mainly serving sea food, and there were no options around here when you start Cabot trail drive.

Being a vegetarian I look for food that I can enjoy. By the way, the store manager was very nice to arrange tomato soup and what a soup it was! Delicious!

The view outside the window was so calming!

If you are a vegetarian, you must try the sweet potato fries and tomato soup here. Potato fries were ok.

They also had a gift area in the same place, It was very expensive.

My wife and i went to CB for a trip from Halifax 2 weeks ago and planned to eat local to support small businesses while we stayed up there.we saw this place online and made plans to eat here.the building itself is very nice and how i would expect a seafood place to look with a great view of the water and lots of fishing nick-nacks. We order 1 piece fish and chips each and the portion size was about the size of a kids meal. This fish was not freshly caught. The fries were frozen fries from a freezer bag, not Fresh-cuts. The Mussels were okay.for the 2 of us it was about 50$ and we left hungry. They had no Scallops Lobster or shrimp either which was very disappointing. I've ate better Fish and chips on the Navy ships and they have to feed 200+ of us within an hour.save your money and drive to Baddeck for more variety.

Very Pricey Lobster but it seems like at the moment prices have gone though the roof. With a pop, Caesar's salad and lobster cost 108$. However very tasty

Such a great experience! Our server, Daphne, was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and fresh, and the view was magnificent!

Pathetic customer service!
My kids were looking to buy souvenirs at the gift shop, when the lady started yelling at them and told them to get money from parents and buy it as they have picked the items.
Can't believe the rudeness of the staff towards the kids who were excited to just buy gifts.and when confronted, we were asked to leave as we are causing trouble.

Nevertheless we got the souvenirs from the next gift shop, but it was very difficult for me to explain my small kids who kept asking why that lady was rude and mean to them.

Omg all I can say is DELICIOUS no lie I had the halabrt and shrimp sauce with mashed potatoes and it was the best meal I've ever had I will definitely be back again soon

Lobster Roll bien ordinaire mais surtout bien pauvre en homard accompagné de quelques (max 12) petites frites.
Beaucoup trop cher (23$) pour la qualité et la quantité.

What an AMAZING experience! We ordered the lobster corn chowder, fish and chips and fresh lobster dinner. The food was incredibly fresh and flavourful! The service was EXCELLENT! Our server Kathy even tied our napkins around our necks for the lobster feast! Would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

The restaurant is right on the water with a beautiful view.just amazing.
