Needs the dam replaced, but I don't agreed with a house built so close, shouldnt be allowed

Negan and I love visiting here. We typically do the groomed withrod lake loop. It's an easy 5km path that is great for walking, running and biking. Negan and I enjoy it for all the parkour tricks we get to work on.
We have spent the last couple of visits exploring a couple of the other trails and loving all the spots to stop and enjoy the lake. It can get muddy in spots with rain and can be a little over grown in others. Make sure to tick check when you are done your walk.

Expansive park just outside of the peninsula.
Very easy to access by car. Possible to take transit.
Lots of trails and forest to hike or walk through.
Multiple Entrance points along lSt. Margaret’s bay road (from the rotary) and via Spyfield.
Most areas allow dogs off leash.
Mix of groomed and ungroomed paths and trails.
Can be quite wet in the spring.
