Loomis Express

Very low service quality
after many days of calls I had to go to their location in Dartmouth to find my shipment.at the end they have no clue why the driver didn't pick the shipment for 6 days from their own warehouse

Could someone help? I have order WALV180340 going to business that is open. It was scanned while I was in office stating location access issues but we're fully open. Please advise.

Driver left my items out in lobby of apartment for anyone to take. I would give zero stars if I could, its really that bad of a company. How they're still around doing business is beyond me. Stay as far away as you can. Like deliver by foot before using Loomis, they're that bad.

You can quite literally stand on your front lawn beside a giant neon sign with your address on it and they will backdate your package as "unable to deliver" due to you supposedly not being home.

Literally a waste of time I have recorded calls of them lying straight to my face they have held my package in a warehouse for two days now a full two days which is 48 hours and they refuse to deliver it and now it's going into a weekend and they're telling me it won't be delivered till the following Monday but I paid for Express and I said on hold just to be lied to by their old music when they tell you once we get your package it will be delivered to you the next day by 9: 00 guarantee which is a straight up lie. These workers do not care they just make stuff up and I have the proof they literally lied right to us. If it's not delivered to my door on Monday this is now theft since you guys offer a guarantee and you're refusing to let us pick up my package and refusing to deliver it so at that point it will be considered theft. Never use these useless waste of space to deliver any form of package they should be banned it's a scam company

Two packages have been lost for a total of 5 weeks. They outsource to Loomis which also has a 1 star review. Customer service will say to call Loomis, Loomis says to call DHL. They both sometimes say “it’s out for delivery today” (but it’s not), or “we’ve escalated this to our highest level”, or “we’ve reached out to the dispatch/agent and we’ll call you back in two hours” (they will not). Completely useless, very frustrating, and consistently so.

I have been waiting for them to pick up a package for over a month at my house. They keep saying they have came but i have cameras and have never seen them show up.
