Louisbourg Lighthouse

Nice place to visit and walk around. The hiking trail was closed and they are doing renovations on the light house so you can’t go up in it.

It is a beautiful place with a coastline of steep rocks. If you turn right on the road just before the beautiful lighthouse, the view from there is very beautiful and there are two toilets.
Unfortunately the trail along the coastline was closed, but it's definitely worth a look.

d'un peu d'amour. Cela reste néanmoins un incontournable!

The lighthouse is a little neglected, but the views around, the rocks, the ocean are simply incredible. Free parking. Two paths for walking are arranged. Worth visiting.

Ce n'est pas l'original mais la énième version (vers 1920). Mais le site est joli et la vue au loin de la forteresse de Louisbourg est superbe.

Old closed lighthouse on a scenic point across from Louisbourg Bastion. There is a devil's throat-type inlet on the coast at the parking lot, crashing waves and nice views. My tour spent a pleasant 20 minutes there.

Great piece of history, fairly easy drive to get to with lots of parking and beautiful views of the ocean and Fortress Louisbourg across the bay

I've been here a few times. It's always nice to sit on the rocks and overlook the Atlantic ocean.

Also very interesting! We went on a foggy day so we didn't get the views which I'm sure are amazing!
