I had an incredible experience yesterday Christmas shopping, which most cannot say, it is usually chaotic, often stress inducing, and unenjoyable. The entire staff was friendly and quite wonderful, but in particular Israt made this experience for me! I was lost looking for a requested present for my secret Santa and she went above and beyond helping me, she took me on a tour around the store, showing me her favourite items, letting me try them out, and helping me find even more Christmas goodies! I felt like I was hanging out with a friend, I was certainly in good hands. I have worked in customer service for a good chunk of my working life and I have not had a warm and welcoming experience like this in years. She is going to go far in life, and while you have her hold onto her she is so worth it!

Literally an introvert's worse nightmare come to life. I entered the store and was immediately approached by someone, said I was fine and just looking. Not two minutes later I was approached by someone else, and I accepted their help this time as I had not been there before and she was super helpful. I picked up one of those gift boxes for my sister but I wanted to look around some more just to explore, and was approached by yet another different person asking if I needed help and trying to get details I had already relayed and to the previous worker. I'm just looking. Moved down to the bars of soap and was approached yet again. Really it felt comical, and at this point I was beginning to feel frustrated and overwhelmed and told them I had already been seen by at least 3 other staff members and I just want to look, but that I respected that they just wanted to help. After that last encounter I just dropped the thing I was going to buy and left the store, I didn't want to give them my money anymore, and I found someone local that makes homemade bath bombs instead.

I would give this a lower review but I will say that the staff were kind and definitely helpful, and from what I have heard from previous employees they make them be pushy and that they get reprimanded if they are seen not talking with a customer.

These are bath products, not used cars. I'm surprised they aren't just making employees go door to door trying to sell the products with how they want the employees to behave. Honestly, I am more appreciative of Mormons approaching me now after this experience.

I understand that a lot of people enjoy this store, this is just from the perspective of someone shy, introverted and enjoys a more quiet shopping experience. Lush was a personal hell for me and I won't be back, it isn't for me.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Staff were super helpful and treated my daughter so nicely. She loves her samples to try and can't wait to come back! Thank you Halifax Shopping Centre Lush location!

I recently bought a shower gel of chocolaty caramel flavour, it smells so good. But over the top, it feels great on skin. My skin stayed so moisturised whole day without applying any body lotion or cream.

I would highly recommend you all to at least try once this product.

As always, I had another amazing visit to this store. Staff are always polite and welcoming and treat you like gold. The person helping me let me have a few samples and even gave me a 100g size of Woosh which is my favorite barh jelly. I left a super happy customer and can't wait to he back to the store.

We, as in my wife and I, were looking for massage oils. One of the staff assisted us and suggested a massage bar and a drying powder. The stuff is amazing how it melts in your hand but does not absorb so quickly. The dusty powder leaves your skin dry and soft. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were very knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. We will be back.

This Lush location has been my favourite location (and I have lived in several cities across Canada).

The staff are all very awesome and amazing. They know me by sight and everytime I go in there it feels like I am just hanging out with friends. They are all welcoming and friendly, generally know what products and scents grab my attention and even know tidbits of my personal life I have shared with them.

They are champions of their industry and through them I have not only learned what products suit my needs but also tell me the awesome history and background of the items which for me is a huge bonus, ie: charity pot, collaborations, charities etc

I enjoy my entire experience in the store and chatting with my Lush pals.

Lush is my favourite company ever. They’re sustainable, cruelty free and 100% vegetarian. This location specifically has super friendly staff that will help you with your every need! They give great advice for which scents compliment another. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond to help me, so much love for the staff here!

Always a pleasure to shop at Lush. Their staff is amazing and their products are fantastic. A bit expensive, but worth it. Lush believes in sourceing sustainable products that are environmentally friendly and of high quality. So you will pay a lot for this, but you have a wide array of vegan friendly products to choose from if you wish. They are a guilt free trip for when you need a little TLC/self-care.

I'm a little bias because I just love the store, but it's always lovely, clean and delightful going to Lush<3

Took my young daughter into the store as she was fascinated by the window display items. We used the hand sanitizer and then proceeded to look at the window items. I picked one up and tried smelling through my mask which didn’t work so I pulled it down very quickly to sniff and did the same for my daughter. An employee walked up behind us and startled us. Asked us to use the hand sanitizer so I explained we already had and then she told us not to pull our mask down to sniff. Meanwhile she was much closer than 6ft to us. We didn’t stay. It felt very demeaning and she essentially took us by surprise and was too close for comfort.

Lush is a very good place I will be visiting again and there was girls that were very nice they r very welcoming.

Love their products. Ordered curb side pick up and their service was really good. Also got two free sample. Their handwritten note on the bag just made my day. Absolutely love their products.

Always welcoming every time I visit this location, staff always very nice and ready to help you with what ever you are looking for or even if you do not know what you need they will help you find something. Great products very safe for people with sensitive skin and other conditions. Would recommend this location 5 out of 5

This location has great staff and plenty of product, I rarely see anything out. Very knowledgeable and always know what to suggest depending on preference and scents, ingredients.

Terrible experience with their products and customer service. I had an adverse reaction to one of their products and because I was the only reported case and because I'm not a female, my situation was thrown out and I was dismissed to deal with the reaction myself. This is unexcusable behaviour, I may not be the largest target audience, that doesn't mean I get treated with less respect or importance. SHAME on you LUSH.

I went in there on the 12th and was immediately greeted kindly by the worker Andi. They helped me much needed products, was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and kind! Will absolutely be back.

The two gals on staff were EXCELLENT! Given the line up and amount of time and service people require due to covid restrictions they did such an amazing job! To the manager.please put another body in there. Though I in NO WAY felt rushed, I did feel bad occupying so much time with the clerk taking away from other people. These two people were thorough, friendly and really understand customer service, and adapting to unique and challenging situations. Great products and fantastic experience!

All the workers were so kind and I found the place great. They responded to the pandemic properly and the rules they had in place to keep everyone safe were perfect. I love Lush.

Waited fifteen minutes for staff to finish their conversation so we could get soap cut and buy bath bombs & massage bars. They didn't finish until 2 new customers came in who were offered help immediately, so since they were all busy, we left.

Yes, their products are pricy but AMAZING. We have been going as long as we've known they've existed (over the past 5 years). Their soaps are incredible and having sensitive skin to harsh chemicals, using natural products that don't have strong ingredients in them is a plus. The service is impeccable. Each employee is very friendly and willing to help you find what you want for what your needs are. Whether it be dry skin or acne, they have something there for you. Bath bombs are awesome. Soaps and body scrubs are awesome. This store is just AWESOME!

Staff are great at helping you get what you want. Everything smells amazing (although I have to be quick due to sensitivities) and I LOVE the bath bombs and bath soaps.

I always have such an awesome experience with lush, the staff always seem to know what I need before I do.today I was last minute Christmas shopping and I wasn't okay, I have anxiety and especially with the Christmas crowds i was close to an anxiety attack, the male staff member who had helped me before asked if we were paying with a card and then took us over to a quiet corner of the store and let us pay with a portable debit machine. I was in such a rush to get out that I didn't get to properly thank him but I cried happy tears when i got back to my car, I know he helped me because he saw I wasn't okay and that's not the first time lush staff have stepped up to make me feel comfortable when I was obviously panicking in a crowd. I'll always hype up lush for so many reasons but the main one will always be how kind and attentive the staff are, thank you once again lush for providing a comfortable space to shop

Amazing bath bombs that fizz well and sometimes contain pretty colors and sparkles and always smell great. They recycle packaging which is amazing. You can also get shampoo bars and natural toothpaste that are either packaging free or the packaging can be brought in for free products.

I always feel welcomed and valued as a customer when I go into the Lush store at the Halifax Shopping Center. I was greeted instantly when I walked in, and the sales associate who approached was very friendly and bubbly, but not overly so. We talked about our favourite scents, and I liked this because I told her I liked a certain smell, and she said while she liked it too, her favourite was a different one. This stands out to me because I like it when associates don't try to use that "we have so much in common we like all the same smells, here buy all this from me" mentality. I like that they value individuality and personality at Lush, so their employees don't feel like they have to fit into a particular mold. Makes me feel like as a customer, I don't have to fit into a particular mold to go in and enjoy my Lush experience.

Uber friendly staff and wonderful products. Reasonable prices for what you get. Worth the visit and we will return.

They always get rid of the best products and bring in 'candy/food' scented products (gross). Need to being back their 'earthy' and organic scents like 'tramp', 'grass'. Staff are always fun no matter which store you go to. Price increases have been steep but i get it, considering their manufacturing model.

Love the soaps. While a bit north of inexpensive, they do have a great variety of chemical free scents to accompany their creams, soaps and lotions

Lovely store! Everything is always very clean and neat. Staff are knowledgable and are happy to work with you on a full skincare regime, but also can work on a budget and suggest only one or two items to get the best out of your skin.

They carry a large assortment of things not only for baths but skincare as well. If you're looking for helpful staff, they definitely have it.

I like Lush products in isolation but I need to go in on a mission. Their dedication to reducing packaging is admirable but I find the mix of all their products to be a little aromatic for my senses. I can't fault any individual store for that though.

Great spot for all your face, body, and skincare needs. All products are made with all natural ingredients.

Another awesome place to get great pampering products. Their "Fun" modeling bath soap for kids is a must for kids who love bubbles and playing in the tub. The toothy tabs and mouthwash tabs are awesome products for travelling. Shampoo bars are fantastic too.

The sales people are hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who asks if they can show you new products and help, and sometimes they just ignore you.

This place is very well known for their quality products. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very very helpful. Product demos are always on the go and can be done for anything you might have questions about.

First time in this store and was greeted warmly and love that you can really try the products before you buy!

Wish I could buy everything in the store! Love that the products are handmade with great ingredients, not tested on animals, and that they work very well. Everything smells SO GOOD! Staff are always knowledgeable and lovely people.

I love Lush! The store is a tad bit small and can get very clustered very quickly on a busy day, however it is very clean, a wide selection of things and the staff all seem great!

Was my first time, had amazing stuff member assisted me. Tried the product and really enjoy using it.
