I was in the store on Monday evening, which also happened to be sensory friendly night, and had the best service. I didn't catch the staff members name, I will next time, but they gave me all kinds of information and helped me to make a decision on a couple of products. They gave me 2 samples to try, one of which I will be buying on my next visit:) Thank you!

Lush has great products. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is always fun to get a sample of something new.

My daughter (4yrs) ended up going here for a birthday party, she had an amazing time. The packages are decently priced too. She couldn't wait to bring it home to show mommy and use one that evening.

I came into the store with my 5 yr old daughter. The staff instantly acknowledged her and made her feel so special. They showed her some cool products and gave her a demonstration. Some of them even got down to her level to talk to her. She left with a free sample and some great products. I'm not sure if this is part of their training or not but it was amazing and I will definitely shop there again for the exceptional way they treated my daughter. I wish I would have gotten all of their names. Thank you for being awesome!

The workers are always a pleasure to talk to and the products are always in stock and work wonders! Fast and great service from floor associates and cashier's.

The staff here are AMAZING! No matter when I go there I'm greeted like family they remember my likes and dislike and always giving you helpful suggestions. They are so friendly and even though the prices are a bit higher then regular drugstore products they last so much longer. The products are amazing they know the product and the ingredients and the benefits. I've never had a bad experience there. They are quick to to sample the product. Their return policy is so easy and ordering in product that they don't regular products are so easy to get in. Everyone at this location deserve a raise. I went in today and was wow'ed at the great customer service I received.
Everyone was energetic and positive with big smiles.
I asked about a product for my hair and the worker was able to point me in the right direction with just asking a few engaging questions. The staff are happy to help and also gave me lots of compliments which doesn't hurt either haha.
Absolutely would recommend Lush Mic Mac Mall.

Every time I have been here I've had great service. If someone can't answer your question they will find someone who can. It was so busy in there once that as I was waiting in line for 10 minutes, a staff was thanking everyone for their patience and gave us a free sample of a product of our choice. It was very appreciated!

I went here as I've heard a lot of good things about their bath bombs. The results were horrid. My tub after looked like a horror story. I had to scrub hard to get it all off. Worse it was a sparkling one. Those sparkles are EVERYWHERE! It got on everything in the laundry basket and when I did laundry, as the sparkles were in the water, it got on everything! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE LUSH! I've never had this experience with other bath bombs! (It got one star only because it won't let me do zero stars.)

I love Lush so much; the products are amazing and the staff are very helpful and informative! That's what keeps me coming back.

It's kind of expensive but their products are amazing. I have sensitive skin nd I love their bath bombs. The scents smell amazing and the oils are so soothing on the skin. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful to answer all questions and concerns.
