I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I always felt supported and I always felt like I was in the best hands. I want to say a special shout out to Czerianne Nocon-Mantolino who went above and beyond with my case and put in so much hard work and was always so lovely, knowledgeable and beyond helpful! The outcome exceeded my expectation more then I could have ever imagined and I will always be thankful!

Facing a challenging disease, while going through treatments, I was notified that I had no more benefits, left me and our household in a financial stand still. I couldn't finish some treatment due to the fact I couldn't afford the transportation costs. Deductible from my spouses medical that my insurance covered was no longer there. I couldn't handle the fight, the challenge and the ability to focus on the work ahead to make a wrong, right. One afternoon, after receiving a call with a "change of definition, two years to the date of my sudden illness, that I was no longer covered. I panicked, I had no income, I had no means to cover my costs and I was under medical care and treatment. Jennifer Langille was the perfect fit and she guided and informed me all throughout the entire process. Things take time, but the outcome is worth the wait. Now that Jennifer and her assistant, Catherine, completed my appeal successfully, I can continue to maintain my treatments, adjusting my day to day life and know I have a means to pay pay for my medications, the transportation to and from clinics during flares, etc. Life has changed and without the help of such a fantastic lawyer, I wouldn't have the ability to maintain my illness alone.

I dealt with Aqeel Yousafzai at MacGillivary Law and had a 10/10 experience. Though my injuries seemed minimal to many as I am still here to tell my story after the accident, its impact on my day to day life was huge. Back in April of 2021 l was rear ended. The driver claimed he never seen my signal light. I had whip lash and lower back pain and was treated and realesed from hospital that day.lt bothered me off and on for months. One day l saw an advertisement for MacGillivray Law and decided to give them a call. I gave them my information and they did the rest at no out of pocket money. They arranged everything for me and were very helpful from day one. It took awhile for things to be negotiated between the insurance company and my lawyer. Yes l even was provided with my very own lawyer that handled all the paperwork for me. Finally the case was won without even going to trial. My lawyer negotiated my settlement for me. At the end, all my bills were taken care of for me out of the settlement l recieved such as WCB and treatment. The law firm was paid out of my settlement and an agreed amount was deposited directly into my bank account via direct deposit. All l can say is thank you MacGillivray Law.

Well what can I say! I didn’t believe the commercial ads nor did I think half these people would really do what they do. My lawyer was Daniel Wood and his team which included Aressa Riley. I got in a mildly serious car accident, but I came out basically unscathed. I went for a checkup at the chiropractor because I felt a little off afterwards. My Chiro did a good job and I felt normal after a few weeks. At first, I wasn't interested in making an insurance claim. I thought it'd be too much work or a bunch of fighting. Plus, I was just happy to be in good health. Anyways, Daniel convinced me to at least try. After 2 or three phone calls, a few emails, and several months later, I had humble yet sizeable amount of money deposited in my bank account. Wow! Daniel was personable and professional, as well as Aressa. My mother was more damaged in the accident, and they are still fighting for an acceptable claim from the insurance company. Daniel seems to take his job seriously and is competent. I will go with Daniel again if I get into a new situation which calls for a lawyer.
