MacIntosh Brook Trailhead

What a beautiful trail. The falls were a sight. The vibe of this place is very zen, very forest bath-y.

I would say this is an easy trail to navigate with a few wooden bridges to cross along the way to a water fall. At the falls it can get slippery if you want to get up close and personal. Total trail 1.5km (ish) and took approx 45-50min at a easy pace.

Nice short hike to a good looking waterfall. Picnic spot was great for lunch. Seems to have a covered picnic table area for eating and some washrooms as well.

Nice fun, trail to waterfall. There are two parking one on the side of road and another on a left side on hill. On the bill side parking we have Tesla chargers. One unserviceable camp from park Canada. Then on the left there starts a trail for water fall. It’s nice small walk of 2KM. It can be completed in 45 min. Even one can take car up to the falls.

Nice, easy hike. There are quite a bit of roots on the path, so watch your step!
The waterfall at the end of the trail is magnificent.
Wear your sea pants, because you will want to go in the water at the base of the falls!

A short and easy walk. This is a really beautiful walk sheltered by lots of trees. At the end of the trail (before looping around to head back) there is a little waterfall with a good little swimming hole. This would be a good spot for a quick lunch on the rocks.

Definitely recommend this little hike! It's pretty quick. You can hear the brook most of the way, and you're rewarded with a tiny waterfall at the end. Very beautiful.

A nice short hike in a beautiful area. Chipmunks running around everywhere through beautiful fall colours. A little waterfall at the end of the trail. There's also camping spots at the start of the trail with flushing toilets. Just a beautiful spot to stop.

Pretty short trail that leads to a waterfall at the end. There are Tesla and EV charging stations in the parking lot here.

Très court et sans difficulté. Joli cascade pas mal. Bien, agreable, sans rien d'extraordinaire.

Easy short hike to a beautiful little waterfall! Worth the hike to get out of the truck and explore!

Awesome little trail that easily goes through the woods until you get to the waterfall. You go along Macintosh Brook which may could have another name as there are several Mi'kmaq references at the beginning of the trail. You will find washrooms and a small playground right when you enter. There are some picnic tables and a small parking lot. The trail difficult is quite easy. There could be some trees down in the way that rangers didn't cut yet (you'll see quite a few that were already cut). Brook's sounds are very relaxing while you go through the trail and, the waterfall in the end is beautiful. Not very big but not small too. Great experience especially with kids as the trail is only 1.7km without much altitude variation.
