Your business would probably do better if your staff didn’t treat every interaction as a nuisance. A kind voice goes a long way, clearly not a customer service oriented environment

Just got my first renewal and I am leaving this company ASAP. Shocking increase. Started up with them last August, spent months jumping through every hoop, spending over $15,000 on home improvements to finally this year get an acceptable rate.only to then get a huge increase at my one-year renewal.

Also, it was like pulling teeth to find out about the cancellation fee. I finally just contacted Wawanessa, they contacted MacLeod Lorway, and finally I got a number. But apparently I am told there is no formula for clients, that this is a computer program, so basically no transparency whatsoever for the client.

So, very dissatisfied. Never had any problem with any insurance company in my life, never left any insurance company before, and never saw such an increase after so much effort and money invested to lower insurance cost. Definitely not recommended.

Dan Thanks for looking at you're reviews and catching, one of the young ladies from Antigonish finally, did in answer me, did gain my my business, I changed my review, and will monitor to give you a best review, if she gets me a fair rate into year 2, my name on Google is a utube name, I'm Terry, and the girl that did well by me finally, her name, sorry can't remember, I will post once I can get to my notes, she gets all the credit, for turning this around. Thanks
