Do not buy a truck here… if you tell the truth on a review, they punish their customers and turn them away. My buddy has a truck, they could not find out what was wrong with it, then ordered a bunch of parts for it. He gave an honest review on here and they punished him for it, told him for the bad review they’re returning the parts and he can take his business elsewhere. So everyone should take there business elsewhere and find a different ford dealer if this is how you treat your customers….

Finally decided it was time for a new truck. I was in there around 11am and back out the door around 230pm with a brand new truck with everything completed. Chris and Stephen took great care of me and found me exactly what I wanted in less than a day. Totally recommend.

Second vehicle but through McPhee Ford that has been nothing but problems! Getting it fixed like the first one even more problems!

Great Customer Service from Genevieve! I had my winter tires put on and when I realized that the lock nut key was not put back in the car. Genevieve set up a time, the day after my call, to stop by and get new lock nuts put on the car and get a new key. Thank You!
