MacPhee Ford. I have no problems with the repair done. I do have a problem with the labor charge to change my starter. I checked around at a number of places to have work done most garages said it would be. 6 or. 8 hours to complete the job. Macphee Ford charged 1.3 that is Roughly $156.plus tax whereas Canadian Tire the fee was $54. Plus tax and a few of the other garages was $80 plus tax. The reason I had the work done there is because I would have to pay a towing fee of $129 plus tax and I also had to pay diagnostic fee of $125 plus tax which they reduced to $75.plus tax. I asked to speak to the manager Jeff and he was not in his office so no attempt was made to contact him. I waited 2 hours fir the repair an only when I went to the counter to inquire was I told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I was also told that the manager was in the building all of time I wanted to speak to him. When I pulled out of the parking lot and into heavy traffic I was told that I needed to return to dealer ship because they did not securely close it. So when you pay a flat fee we will say for 1.5 hours and the mechanic finished I 1.0 hours and goes on to the next job you and that person the mechanic is charging both of you for the same period of time. I was told by the Service Advisor John his mechanics have to eat! Well so do I as I am a senior on a fixed income!

Ford Escape went into limp mode, problem with the wastegate. Service Rep Ryan was fantastic with the prompt response and keeping me up to date with the repairs. Turn around was quick considering the repairs needed.

Very disappointing. The person I talked to would not give me the information I asked for. He only told me how many hours it would take. He couldn't give me a time for my appointment. He wanted me to drop it off at 8: 00 and leave it there all day.

***Please be warned*** We purchased a Ford Escape in 2017 and paid extra to have the full inspection done each time. When we were due for our MVI and our warranty had expired, their repair team told us we would need to pay them nearly $3000 to pass MVI. We were shocked as we’d just had them check everything a few months prior and were told it our vehicle was in great shape. We decided to get a second opinion with a well-known mechanic and were told there was absolutely nothing wrong with our vehicle. To address my concerns regarding this situation, I called multiple times to speak with their service department as well as contacting them through social media. Nobody would return my call. This situation made me extremely uncomfortable and disturbed that we could’ve paid so much money unnecessarily. Please do not go to this dealership. They’re highly unethical and untrustworthy.

Terrible experience. Got a quote for tires, made an appointment and after I dropped the truck off, they call and say there's no tires there for me and did I order them? Apparently getting a quote and making an appointment is not indication enough for them to check their own tire stock. Plus I'm looking for a key that didn't come with the truck and they said they'd order it in.that was weeks ago.

We were told our car needed a huge amount of repairs to pass its mvi. We had another place take a look and found out their service team had lied about work needing to be done. Very sketchy.

So I stopped by here in the afternoon on my way home. Wanted to get some prices on some vehicles. It was a very comfortable atmosphere and I didn't feel rushed at all. The sales guy gave me his full attention. We talked a little bit and then got down to business. He really seemed to know what he was doing. Soon he had me in a truck and we were driving around the block. He was very helpful and explained all the features of the vehicle and anything he didn't know about it he knew how to find out. Ok all great but I was running out of time time (maybe I should have told him this) I was about ready to go and then he said "So do we have a sale today? " I said no I just stopped by to get some prices and was hoping to get a truck in the near future but it felt like he just kept pestering me to get it. I finally left and with a free cap. But I felt a little pressured although they were very helpful with trying to figure it all out for me. It was all around a great experience here though and I won't hesitate to come back here once I'm ready for my truck. This place has great inventory selection. Thanks a lot.
