I've been taking my car to Mac's for years, I love how quick and convenient they are. Take note that they have moved from the Mall to the Tacoma shopping center (behind the shoppers). I love shopping for a few minutes while my oil gets done! Thanks Mac's for always taking great care of my car!

Love going to chill at the mall while I wait! They were the only place I called that weren't booked up for weeks, especially since I just needed an oil change

Speedy service at a great price with no upselling. I can definitely recommend this if you'd looking for a convenient spot to get your oil changed.

Cross threaded the oil pan plug and put synthetic in when my vehicle calls for conventional. Had to go els where to get it fixed. Great pricing but needs staff that knows how to take responsibility

Fast and efficient service usually. IF they happen to be opened. The last 2 times I've gone to get an oil change they have been closed with no reasoning behind it.

Arrived this morning.to them not being open. I arrived at 9 am. No one was even there at 1030 so I left. Came back at 130. Told the man. Still had to wait. Didn't get discounted for the inconvenience of this morning. Very poor way to do business when it's a walk in service.
