I have been to magicuts couple of times earlier as the service is good. First time i got the hair color and hair cut but this time i am not satisfied with the service. I told stylist which color i want all she said is okay okay i got it. And she started working on my hair. The color i wanted more is less visible than the black and my forehead and neck is all dyed black. Went back to ask them to remove dye from my forehead that girl was nice and cleaned it. Even my hair wasnt straighten properly. I hope they ask for more details from customer and give suggestions.

Recently visiting Sydney for family medical emergency.was stuck with bad hair and a little depressed! I came across this Stylist Kris M and she brightened my day and my look! I am from Toronto and have used the same stylist for years, so I was nervous! She put my mind at ease and had me in, finished and leaving with a smile! Who says young people are lazy these days? Not in this case! Thanks Kris!
