Marble Slab

Went in there today around 9.30 p.m. There was one young lady working we put an order for our gourmet ice cream. She never greeted us well when we asked to put brownie on top of our ice cream she took out brownie from container and throwed the lid of container in anger. And when asked for little drizzle of chocolates syrup. She in anger just drizzled a lot on top of it. Never had this type of experience there. This is the first time it happened to us like zero customer service from that lady. Rest the ice cream is always good from there.

Nov 04 2022 9: 30PM: After waiting 10 minutes for someone to show up from the back of the store and acknowledge me, I was greeted by "what do you want". Uh, maybe a competent employee or a resemblance of decent customer service. Shameful.

After years of going to marble slab, tonight was by far the most incredible experience i've ever had! The lovely lady with the brown hair had the best customer service i've experienced in a long time! Incredible job and thank you for making our experience awesome!

I haven’t been here in a couple years, and i don’t know why? It is amazing! They actually have vegan and lactose free options! I was so happy when i saw that.their vegan chocolate ice cream is so delicious; it’s so rich and if you like dark chocolate i would definitely recommend it.they also have such a nice variety of toppings, including fruit, candy, chocolates, nuts, syrups, and more.i will definitely be coming back here more.the price is totally reasonable, as the small was the perfect size for me at that only came to like $7 (plus tip). It is just so good and tastes so high quality, if you like frozen desserts you should definitely give marble slab a try
