I received the services of Marcus and experience is amazing.well at the end I was asking about the interest rates which need to be lower and he did manage to offer me fair rate competitively on current market. Good thing is I got through TD, Cash back and some of the payments are wave off it’s because of TD as per lawyer.still waiting for Cash Back offer to be happened as mortgage has to run for first couple months.
