Maritime Bus Truro Terminal

Super easy to ride and nice that they run every day. Would highly recommend, especially because east coast travel is so difficult!

Needs a vending machine or two like Truro so we don't pay $4 for a bottle of water, but otherwise great. Staff is criendly and professional

I give a 2 star only for driver nature otherwise 0 star for maritimebus service worst experience

The Truro terminal was excellent, very helpful. Some small hickups on my return, but I'm not sure that's the drivers '
fault, but my two hour drive home took five hours and the driver turned off the a.c!

Buses are going downhill alot, trips to Halifax one a day and it at the dumbest time around 12 afternoon. Not much good for appointments in the city

Very nice busses. Good pricing and great drivers. Although we were running a little late, it was due to summer road.construction.

Had a amazing ride, first bus going to Dartmouth NS was older but was very clean. The bus coming was a newer one and was very nice. Had a amazing time made a few friends along the way. Price was really good if you compare it to flying or taking the train, it does take more time, but was amazing vue. Always drove and was never able to really enjoy such a beautiful place

People are travelling and need access to restrooms while they are waiting for their bus.

I understand that renovations are needed for improvements but you should still have at least one restroom accessible.

There is zero excuse for this. If the staff can have a functioning restroom so should travelers.

The solution that was given.go to the Tim Hortons next door. I am a firm believer that if you aren't purchasing something from an establishment then you shouldn't be using their amenities.

Just short stop in the way to Moncton. The station in Halifax international airport is a joke. There should be better waiting room than that shelter with no heat. I don't think will use this service any more

For a stop where they make you wait, there could be more nearby or somewhere to leave your luggage.
Bare minimum seating, vending machines.

I have been useing marritime bus for several years, it isnt as good as Acadian Lines was. Their ticket system was better ad you could simply buy a ticket any
anytime and use it again later which made it far easier and straightforward
As you didn't have to deal with the current system and reddem vouchers though i understand it makes scheduling easier for them. They don't run as many routes as well which lacks convience. My last point that they could improve is their bathrooms on bus don't have any water to wash your hands with which is grose with just sanatizer. Aside from that everything is pretty standard, and it is a pretty good company with respectfull employees. It has been some room for improvement but it is pretty standard.

The bus drivers are nice but I find the actual maritime bus stations close way too early. My phone was dying after just landing in PEI (the bus plugs don't work) and I got booted from the station while trying to charge my phone (after 2 mins) :/ it was sort of unfortunate (and i almost got stranded because of it). Bad planning on their part. Why have a manned reception if there is no aid.
