Mary Brown's Chicken

Big marys ain't as big as they used to be, but I may have gotten a thinner piece of chicken designated for a smaller sandwich. Taters were great as was the service.

People are nice working at the franchises but the food is getting too salty for me.
Can't eat fast food anymore. Too hard on my digestion.

Went in to grab lunch a few days ago and an employee was just standing there at the cash working on something. Another employee in the kitchen looking out at me. Not 1 hello, can I help you… nothing! Stood there for maybe a minute and just walked out. What ever happened to great customer service?
Can’t find it anywhere anymore. So disappointing.

Staff is always over worked. Cannot handle the order load. Shame really. The staff are lovely people and kind. But the work is just to much for me. Hire more people and pay more smh

Puts the chicken under the taters when you order so by the time you get home it’s soggy and wet. Love that when I order fried chicken don’t you!?

ordered 2 big Mary combos with fries side of pickles and coleslaw
sandwiches were cold and fries were even worse.pickles were dripping in grease.wow very disappointing

Ordered on the app so that it would be ready when I got there or not long after. Waited 45 minutes after I arrived waiting for my food! After waiting almost 30 minutes I was asked what I was waiting for. When I finally did get home with the food, it was not made the way I had requested. Multiple people came in and ordered at the counter and got their food within minutes. I will not be back to this location. Staff also had little to no regard for the customers but spent a lot of time standing around and laughing while people waited.

Of all the fried chicken franchises in the area, Mary Brown's is the best by a long shot. The food tastes great, and the taters are much better than the limp soggy fries from the other places.

Pretty slow service given the number of staff. Although for a rush hour felt there should've been more. Washrooms were gross and one was out of service or locked off. Very poorly organized

Called to order for father's day, there website says delivery but you have to go to another service not stated on there website, they said no deals for father's day, could not even understand the person on the phone, will never go back there again

The blonde tall chick that works the cash should not be in customer service. I waited almost 5 minutes for her to take an order from the phone and then when she was done she just starred at me. Later when i got my order I asked for some ketchup, she rolled her eyes at me an tossed them over like I was taking her precious ketchup. She is what is wrong with the youth today entitled, lazy and rude.

The food absolutely carries this place. If the food was even remotely worse than it is now then I wouldn't come here again. Would definitely not recommend eating inside, just pick up and drive home.

Advertised dine in service and I said the order was 'for here' but only got a take out bag, really tired of this still happening, covid isn't an excuse anymore not to offer dine in service

Got home with our order and was missing part of the order. Called and was told I didn’t order that. I asked them to check my receipt and they would see that I did indeed order and pay for it. Then they said I could get that the next time I was in. That wasn’t helping me feed 5 children who were visiting so I asked if they could send it to me and was told no but they’d record in the book what they owed me so I could pick it up next time. I told them that wasn’t going to help so could they just refund what I paid and didn’t receive. They advised they couldn’t refund part of an order so I suggested they refund the whole order. They couldn’t do that either. Asked to speak to the manager they had been discussing it with but she wasn’t there and could call me the next morning. I asked them to have her call me same day and of course didn’t receive a call. Still waiting. Obviously I won’t be returning.

This place knows how to cook a good piece chicken. For what you get the prices are fair. Ever since I've eatten here, I've said good bye KFC!

Great food.not greasy like the other chicken places in town. Staff so friendly and helped me out as when I arrived the power went out.we came to a decision on payment and off I went with a smile on my face and food to go in my family's belly. Plus they offer military discount which is always a bonus.
