Amazing massage therapists but their policies and practices are designed to commit you to further treatments without your knowledge and they are clearly not worried about customer retention.

Maddison was very friendly and knowledgeable RMT during my first Massage appointment. She explained everything clearly and I immediately felt better after my appointment. I look forward to my next appointment! Thanks again!

Second time at this location - very disappointed. Booked an hour massage.received roughly 45 minutes of treatment (was brought into the room just after the booking time, after changing, was face down on the table for 4-5 minutes waiting, and was wrapped up treatment + paid and out the door before the hour was even up.not sure how that works for an hour booked of treatment). On top of that, I could hear the front desk phone ringing and the massage therapist chewing gum the whole appointment.certainly not a relaxing environment.

I am never one to leave a poor review, as people all have 'off days'. Thought I'd at least call to let them know, but was met by voicemail, and no returned call. Quite disappointing.

I have been to this location in the past and the RMTs were great. Yesterday however my experience was not to standard. To start, The RMT had gloves on throughout the treatment, a first for me. Secondly I wanted a deep tissue massage concentrating on areas of concern. I have been to see a physician for some of my issues and the RMT proceeded to tell me that what my Doctor had diagnosed was in essence incorrect. My treatment was not even close to what I had received there by other RMTs in the past. When asked at the front desk when paying I told the ladies it wasn’t what I was accustomed to. That the RMT used a hook like stone during her treatment and it was just ok. Will I be back, probably but not to see the RMT I had yesterday.

Everyone needs some self care now a days. Massage addict is great. And Chris Shepard at the Larry Utek location is the best

I have been going to Massage Addict bedford for a few months and find everyone pleasant and professional. I especially find booking online fast and convenient. There are many massage therapists at the location along with evening booking options so booking last minute is even possible. Getting the package is worth it if you plan to go once a month.

Excellent massage therapists always and okay admin service from time to time. I book online and add my comments and requests while booking.

The hours of operations keep improving. Highly recommended especially if you book online and avoid the phone calls.

I booked a massage at the Larry Uteck location today Jan 3rd. Upon arrival, I was told, I missed an appt back in May of 2021.which was A. NS was on a lock down, and B, my father was in the hospital in ONT with covid, as was my sister. My Dad nearly died, so pardon me, for forgetting to cancel a massage. It definitely was not the first thing on my mind. I explained this to the receptionist. She not only had ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION (not even a sorry to hear that), but yes, you need to pay for that missed appt anyways. I asked for the manager.she refused to give me contact info. I asked for head office as this is a franchise, and she said she did not have the info. I will never be back, and I'll be sure to spread the word.

Worst massage experience. The room was freezing, the music was too low and I could hear everything in the reception room during my massage. I could not relax. Will not be returning.

Great staff and super accommodating for appointments. Very clean and bright and would recommend going. My daughter and I both go monthly.
