Massage Addict

I wrote this massage addict about their masseuse Chris and I see below that someone had the EXACT same experience as me quite a few months ago and therefore this issue was never taken seriously. I wrote their location days ago without a response about my experience. I suggested he have additional training because what I received was not worth $120. I added I don't want him in trouble - but clearly there was no additional training after the previous comment made. He did not flip me over (which was extremely unusual), and he mostly poked at my neck and rested his arm on my back. He only did one half of my body. I hope for a response to my email that they will make sure nobody else has to spend their money and time on such a massage. If I wasn't half dressed I actually wanted to get up and leave - it was that bad.

I had my first prenatal massage with Mavis and it was the best massage i ever had, i cant wait for my next appointment with her

I booked a massage here three times and every single time I got a call that it was canceled because their staff was "very very sick". Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I have a gift card for this place and will probably never get to use it at this rate.

Very friendly front desk staff! Chris is awesome! He is great for sports massage or anything that just needs some good hard elbow work haha. I'm not a relaxation massage kinda person

Best chiropractor in N. S. I've seen about 6 different chiropractor in the last 10 years and hands down Taylor Spears is the best and most professional one I've had the pleasure to work with. She does a full 30 minute treatment, no 5 min adjustments when you pay for a full treatment. Shows you how to do excersizes and really helps you see her less as that should always be the goal. She does amazing follow-up and really makes you feel seen and heard. Ask her anything and if she doesn't know the answer you know she will find it for you with her professional community. I've seen her for a back injury I had and it's 10 times better now! Thanks Taylor for all you do!

I visited massage addict last month for the first time and had booked a full body massage to relieve stress & fatigue. I had booked online and selected male for massage and they randomly selected a staff for me. I think his name was Chris. During the entire massage he kept talking to me and focused less on the massage part.he kept massaging the neck & shoulder region and when I told him that I need a head & back massage too, he said "Don't worry I haven't forgotten! " and he never massaged those areas for me. That way he passed my time and I regret going there and wasting my money. I would never go there again. Also, they should have an online option where we can get to see the staff photos and select according to their skills and knowledge rather than them selecting a random staff who won't stop talking. I also wanted to ask for a refund but I thought it would be useless!
