Very unhappy with the service.

Multiple weeks in a row they called a few hours before to advise me that they had to cancel my appointment that was booked more than 6 months ago.

They themselves required more then 24 Hours notice otherwise they charge you a full fee but when they themselves do it two weeks in a row they say sorry nothing I can do!

This policy should go both ways. And laws should be there to protect both parties not just policies to protect the business. Otherwise I would get credit for two appointment's.

I have been going to this place literally for well over 100 times and I am currently looking for a new company to take my business.

Need a place that appreciates and respects the customer a bit more and the I don’t care attitude front desk clerk I keep having to speak to is doing this company a great disservice.

Hope this helps someone's choice on if they should go to Massage Experts Dartmouth.

My first time at this location. To begin with, I was greated warmly when I entered. (Reminded me to use the washroom if I needed to.now, that you say it.lol)
I was treated by Erika. She was a 5 star in every way, knowledged, she told me what she was going to do for my consent, compationate, and very kind. I highly recommend Erika.

Pratik is an excellent RMT. In addition, I also find the team very friendly and efficient. Everything always runs very well at this location and I am usually able to get an appointment without waiting a long time which is very helpful. I will continue to support you.

The place is not too big, its a small space and the rooms are not too fancy. Lack of professionalism as a full 60 minutes massage was not given. The only good thing about the place is you can get an appointment on the weekends.

The hot wet rag was nice on mg face but i paid for an hour back massage but laid on my back for 40 minutes getting lightly poked in the chest with one hand.when i expected him to tell me to turn over, i was asked to get dressed.it’s not often that i do not tip, but $103.00 for 40 minutes is too much.

The therapist kept checking on me and eventually figured out all the problems and focused on them for an hour. I'm so happy he focused on the main pains!

I just moved to NS and Pratik Patel was my therapist. He was really great.he asked me my concerns and tension points and started the treatment. At the end of my session, i genuinely felt very good. Will definitely go again.

It was a very pleasant and relaxing environment, and Rachel was great at focusing on the points that needed a lot of work! Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Kelsey and I left feeling 10x better than when I arrived. She listened to my concerns and focused on my issues at hand.

Jessica was very thorough in her assessment and really focused on resolving my acute discomfort and advised of a plan going forward. Great massage!

I called in suffering with a lot of pain in my back, I was fit into the schedule within a few hours. I feel like they cared about how I was feeling. The massage was fantastic, Krista gave me a lot of relief and discussed the reasons I could be feeling the pain and ways on how I could possibly prevent it. I was provided with lots of great information and relief. So thankful for the care. I left the clinic feeling 80/90% better and it was more then I could have hoped for. Even today I am following all instructions and I'm extremely happy with my entire experience.

My go-to place for regular massages to deal with pain from working at a computer all day and overuse of muscles from activity!

My experience met my required needs. The knowledge andprefessionalism of the therapist was excellent

Josh was as always very thorough in asking how I was feeling, any main issues, listened closely to all I had to say the described in detail the treatment he would be providing. Asked numerous times during the treatment if I was doing okay with the process. Afterwards he was very clear about the at home care that I should follow. Waited for me outside our session room to recap the at home care and to end our session. Would recommend him to anyone. He has brought me a long way from where I started on my first visit. Very grateful for him, his knowledge and professionalism. Regards

I am always able to get in when I need it most and the therapist is extremely knowledgeable and listens to what I need help with and focus on that issue not just a generic massage

David is absolutely amazing! He makes you feel very at home and relaxed. How technique is like no one else I’ve seen before.
