Bought a car from them 5 month ago for 11.000+tax. The engine light turned on, so I brought it to a mechanic to look at it. The car had a major oil leak, a second engine in it, and the brakes where almost used completely. Short, they sold me garbage! If you want to avoid headache, never consider buying anything from them!

DO NOT buy any used car from here. My brother bought a car from here A honda civic for 8k with new mvi and come to find out it was all puy togather with junk yard parts! After he drove it for 2 days it needed new struts, new sway bar links, Allingment, New spring kit for rear drums, the trunk leakedObvs they just threw a saftey sticker on it and called it a day. Cars is only worth 3500$ in relality but had it up for 7k. Unbeliveable

Probably the Worst place to get your car fix.i was facing few problems with my car ford fusion 2010.they told it needs nee abs module and they will need to order the part which will take them 2 days.i told them to go ahead with it and order the part…tried calling them few times no one picked.instead of 2 days i went there after 3 days saw my car parked on the same spot on work was done to it they just forgot to order the part. The office guy was very rude instead of apologizing yelled at me saying take your car just clear the bill… on work was done to it…they charged for transmission line repair and trans oil change which was not even done. I had to pay 260$. Terrible customer service

I got bulb replaced from these guys and for 15 min job, they charged $60 plus the job was not done properly, guy told me he had to trim a part to get led set up in a correct way but after couple of weeks, i saw that it was just placed there without hooking up with anything and it was hanging inside.

Overpriced and poor service

We bought a car 3 months ago. After 3 months, oil was leaking. We repaired the oil tank at the repair shop at Master Tech Auto, but the oil is leaking again.
We wanted to check what the issue was. We called and asked when they open on Monday. They said they are open for the repair at 8 am.
I was there at Master Tech Auto at 8: 30 am, but nobody was there. I was waiting for them until 9 am. They still didn’t come. Wasted my time. I had to back home to work.
I am not writing for only this time. It happened whenever we contacted them except for the time when they sold their car. That’s why I wrote this review after happening many times. They should respect others' time as well.

I bought the car from them after it was sold to i has to buy summer and winter tires, a battery, replaced the spring and bearing of the car, bought ac radiator and value, now the car is working fine, only problem is with the ac, which is not working since day 1

Gentlemen came to my car as I pulled in and asked what I needed. I was looking for 2 tires. He went in and checked inventory and all was good paid and left. Very helpful and professional. Will be going there for my other two in a couple week's time

Fraud, Unprofessional and be careful when you buy the car from here. They just sell the accidental cars with over smart MVI, after buy you will face problem and when you contact him. They will waste your time and money.

I recently repaired my 2012 honda civic ex with bumper, mirror, fender. It was great replacement with lesser price than others and they also helped me with couple of more things. I had great customer service from them.

This is an excellent place to buy your car. Maher and Bilal are very direct and honest about the way they do business. They have a great handle on parts supply and are constantly searching for ways to deliver common sense value and to save you money. I have all of my work done here for several vehicles. Highly recommended.

Master Tech is a wonderful place to buy your car. Maher is a very honest person to deal with. We bought a car (Honda Accord) 2 months ago from him. We did not face any issues till now. If you want to go with a good dealer just go for it.

I bought my car at Master Tech in May. The staff there are unbelievably friendly, helpful, and most importantly, honest! The car works great and they have been quick to help me whenever I had a question. I have been recommending them to friends and family who are looking to buy a vehicle. They are gaining a great reputation in the city, and I feel their family run business will continue to grow and become very successful, and it is so well deserved!

The most honest used cars guys in HRM. Was purchasing a Honda Ridgeline from them, they took it in the shop and the engine light came on, Mahar called me right away and gave me the news that it may be a timing belt issue and he wasn’t comfortable selling it with this problem. All other dealerships should learn from the integrity of these lads as most would clear the code and let the customer get stuck with a big bill for repairs. Kudos guys!

I highly recommend Master Tech Auto, bought my first vehicle from them, these guys were not trying to over sell me i came in knowing what i wanted and they helped me through the process for purchasing, the vehicle came with a brand new MVI for 2 years, new winter tires, these guys are awesome if your still needing help with certain replacements for the vehicle they don't stop helping until you are completely satisfied, i would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to all the workers at Master Tech for my family SUV.
