Loving my hot tub from McBurneys. Great company to work with. Professional and friendly staff and installers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

We bought a pool & hot tub 4 years ago…i can say I have tortured these people every since. They have my back.they help me through all my problems. I text them and they respond. I call and they have my back.and should I mention the floor staff are awesome and they love chocolate

We received our first ever hottub today.
Delivery and installation went without a hitch (with some pre-planning for the location of course).
McBurney's staff kept in touch before and after delivery. The delivery guys were awesome!
Very knowledgeable and professional.
Overall a great experience thus far, we can't wait to enjoy our new Tub.

I have a 20 year old beachcomber hot tub at home. I have nothing but good thinks to say about beachcomber hot tubs and the service that Mcburneys has given me over the years. Years of enjoyment And fun with very little maintenance or problems.

Similar to other reviews they don't seem to want new clients.

I was referred to them in May when I realized I had a hole in my liner or something; when I called to see if they have someone who can do service I was basically told they were busy and to find the hole myself and just buy a patch kit. Perfect opportunity to make money on me by sending someone out but very unwilling.

Fast forward to June, my filter has a small leak, and I emailed in asking about a part and was told it was in stock, and then I asked if it was available in Shubenacadie and simply was told "no". I went into the store in Dartmouth (from Elmsdale) to witness one employee being passive-aggressive to the other employee and then being treated rudely because I didn't fully understand the issue or why the price was different. I left without purchasing and went elsewhere.

Gave them two attempts and I guess they have enough customers. I wasn't going to write a review until I saw I wasn't alone in this experience from other reviews.

All of the staff have been so incredibly helpful as we have learned how to open our pool in our new home for the very first time. They walked us through everything with so much patience and really made what seemed impossible so much easier than I ever thought it could be! The pool was thick and green a week ago and today is crystal clear and sparkling blue! I can’t thank them enough!

We are so thankful that we stopped in! Tara was so helpful, made sure we felt comfortable with the hot tub maintenance process and recommended products that made our lives easier. We also got to chat with Holly the next time we were in and it was another great experience! We would recommended stopping in. Great prices, friendly people, and locally owned.

We have never had anything but top notch service at McBurneys. Bought a pool and two hot tubs from them and would do it again in a heartbeat.
