They gave me cold "hot pumpkin spice latte" how can they not froth the milk right?

Coffee and burgers, new girl did not how work cash register on her own. Left without the fake food. Coffee was good tho.

Fries where cold, burger was thrown together like they didn't care. Over priced for poor quality

When you ask for extra pickles, they deliver. It’s rare that a McDonalds will get my order 100% correct, but this location always does.

Will be last time my family has of 6 eat at this location 36 min wait for 2 kids meal a 3 ice cream. After ordering on app and sitting at playroom table 30 as app requested. As I’m curious why everyone is getting orders all around me. I decide to go to the front counter (I know I should have sooner but I was playing with my children lost track of time) and said I was waiting for 37 min was wondering how much longer the wait would be. The person on the front counter asked someone else she comes yelling at me saying they been yelling my order and no one came. I’m in play room far distance from counter and kids yelling/playing. Not to mention I used the app and put table 30

It's what you expect from a McDonald's. Cheap reasonably quick food.
The staff was friendly and despite how busy it was they were filling orders quite quickly.
Our coffee cups weren't full and they didn't mix the drinks at all.

Stopped this afternoon for 2 coffees. They were a little busy at the counter but not what I would consider crazy busy. The drivethru had a bit of a line. The reason to explain is there was one person in front of me at the counter when I got there. 2 other groups of ppl formed in behind me. There was a few groups of ppl waiting for food to the left and some ppl using the kiosk. The person in front of me, myself and the two other groups waiting about ten minutes with staff moving around the counter occasionally looking at us but no one mentioned anything to us. Finally the last behind me walked over and asked a girl standing behind the counter but not helping us if they weren't taking orders at the counter. The girl said no we aren't.not one staff member had let us know or even acknowledged us or at the very least have a sign up. I left and went to Tim's instead.

Was very disappointed. I saw on the app that i could get ice cream cones for $1.00. Had 5 hot hungry kids and found out that from the I could only get 1 cone at that price. Went to Wendy's and got Frosty's for $1.00.

I went through the drive thru yesterday with an extremely complicated order with a bunch of extras on multiple burgers and they had them all right, I was pretty impressed! Lol

The one lady that works at night (Lora I think?) Is the rudest fast food worker I've ever dealt with. I don't often go here but when I do, it's at night and she gives you attitude no matter how nice you are. I always go above and beyond in treating staff anywhere with the upmost respect, but I do not understand how after months and months or her attitude towards people how she even has a job. If you hate your job so much that you have to be ignorant while taking an order, then maybe find a job with less costumer contact.

Definitely need to work on Customer Service skills in the drive thru regardless of the shift.
Takes forever to get anything inside.

I am sure they have a reasonable excuse why they messed up both sandwiches ordered, my other half ordered a sandwich with no pickles extra sauce and got no sauce, an extremely large amount of lettuce and I had ordered a sandwich with no pickles and no onions and as you can see from my photo that isn't what I got.the worker ever repeated the order back.

Terrible service.young woman behind the counter wasn't paying the least bit of attention.then a staff stepped ahead and put his break order in before us.aaand two of the three toilets were out of service in the women's washroom.

Hey it's McDonald's! You come here for a quick meal and have low expectations! This place never seems to have the donut varieties I'm interested in ready. They never give ketchup for take out, always have to ask, yet they keep giving straws that don't need. The parking lot needs to be reworked or something at the side closest to gas station. Horrible area to park especially when they have transport truck making delivery plus line up for drive thru. So if you come here and go in, try not to park around there, save yourself from getting annoyed when you leave.

It's a McDonald's. Drive through design is kind of dumb, there's 2 lanes but only 1 window so it just lets them take orders twice as fast as they can make them. Took 15 minutes to get a coffee but that's a highway stop for you.

Very busy location on a holiday Monday. The staff were very busy! Aside from one obvious new staff everyone was buzzing around and trying to smile. I had a pleasant experience and thanked them for their service.

If you wait in line inside, they apparently have decided to only serve you after 2 orders appear on their screen. But they dont communicate this, say this to anyone, or post a sign. If you use the touch screen to serve yourself you can jump the line. Drive through was prioritized over in person clients. The workers I spoke to claim this is more Covid safe, but the 5 people waiting to the door certainly didnt think the same. We stood waiting with no cashier for 5 minutes behind a lady, and the 3 (not their claimed 2) people ahead of us in the waiting area got their food and left. No one was waiting indoors for a meal, until a touch screen user arrived and started to wait, yet management feels that the 5 people in line needed to not be served, and somehow claimed there were already 2 people waiting. Not. We left without being served. The food isnt that good to waste my time.

Fast service and good food tonight. If you're ordering a happy meal ALWAYS check it before you leave, because 4/5 times, there's always something missing. Never the main or fries, but the yogurt, toy or drink.

Not gonna lie, I had to use the loo on the way to PEI, but was gifted the loveliest visit I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, not even kidding. My mother and I were met with a welcome upon entry from a staff member in the midst of disinfecting the door, and an even warmer welcome from what I assume was management as we walked in. She was so bubbly but not in a forced kind of way. At this point we felt guilty for using the establishment for the purposes of its washroom facilities, so we opted to get coffee. While waiting, they offered us cake (I’m assuming there was some celebratory reason for the decorations and cake), and even offered for me to take an extra piece to my fiancé who was waiting in the car.
Perhaps this experience was more pleasant than usual due to the celebrations they were clearly having, but as I myself wasn’t having the best of days, I can say the warm smile and hospitality left me feeling in a great mood

Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches in the drive through, had to wait in a parking space for them. All the cars around us got served, we had to tell them that we were still waiting, at which point they immediately brought them out. Not going back any time soon. They can't seem to handle the drive through and call ahead orders.

This McDonald's location in Amherst today was wonderful I was able to catch up on some computer work and the store was clean quiet and I was happy to be be there over lunch

No matter what i order, im always made to pull ahead to a parking space to wait 10 minutes for cold food that usually isnt made right. I rarely go here, but every time i do, they remind me why i shouldnt with such poor service.

Like all McDonald's this location adheres 2 the standard set out by McDonald's. I am here stuck in town because the highway is closed and the one redeeming quality was that there was a McDonald's close by where I could get reliable friendly service with edible food that doesn't taste too bad. On a side note I think McDonald's coffee is far superior to Tim Hortons coffee

Summer drinks are back! Small and medium are $1 and large is available for a reduced price (about 1.60 after tax)

Aweful experience!
I waited 30 minutes to get served, with only 4 people ahead of me.
This establishment is absolutely NOT a fast food restaurant.
With only one of three tills open, the front teller was deliverying food to tables, making coffee, pouring the pop.
The serve yourselves kiosks were out of order.
Two of the three bathrroms stalls were out of order

Slow and they wanted to charge me extra for a bbq sauce cause I forgot to ask for it in the drive thru. Not to mention that our order was 51.00 good job Karen losing a customer due to a bbq sauce.

Just service has gone way down hill. I was served a half cup of coke no ice and food was cold. I went through the drive thru. Miss the Gerry Moore days.

We had to wait over 20 mins to get our food and there were a totally of four cars in drive throw three sitting waiting at the waiting lanes and us and then when the food came out it wasnt even hot or fresh a waste of money and time.

Forgot to put McDouble and fries into bag.could not get a root beer they said their machine was broken.

Weekend staff is slow and careless. Which forces me to use mobile order so that I don’t get stuck in crazy drive thru line ups, and I know that my order gets entered correctly. But now people park in the mobile order parking spots when they are going in so I have to park nearby and flag down the employees when they bring the food out. You should be refusing service to people who park there when they aren’t supposed to.

Nice place for a quick coffee break or quick lunch for truckers. We park at the corner of the dollar store parking lot.

Usually fairly efficient. Staff are genuinely nice and easy to get along with. Sometimes orders get messed up but they are simple to sort out again. Sometimes fries are cold but they are good about correcting that if you tell them

Usually have the breakfast sandwiches, no meat and substitute Mont Jack cheese for the processed cheese. So they charged extra for the cheese. Other Mac locations don't charge extra. Won't stop at this location again.

Food was good and very fresh, but I saw it be finished then it sat there for a few minutes before the girls running for counter stoped fooling around and put it on the tray.

Very fast paced work environment, dining in they normally always get my order correct and have it hot and ready. One compliant would be the sounds and noise of the assembly lime out back. Machines and the noise of loudly hollered instructions can be nerve wrenching and annoying when trying to enjoy your food and have peaceful conversation: (

Specifically asked for only ketchup on the burger and still had everything on it. Travelled all the way home 45 minutes away. Severely disappointed in them, again. Becoming too much of a common occurence.

Terrible drive-thru service. They make you pay and then pull to the side to keep their window wait times low to look good to corporate. But they have 6 cars waiting in the drive-through pull out. Not only that, you wait for 10 minutes for the manager to bring out your meal drop it in your window and run away before you have time to check that it's wrong.

Lined up. 10m later there were zero customers served in the line. Drove next door to.and was served instantly.
