Worst service ever, I got from this restaurant. They didn’t care about skip orders. I waited there about 8 minutes even the order is already made. I saw the order, it’s already prepared but I had to wait for 8-10 minutes to pick that order. I think they should have to give attention about skip orders.

Good to get a simple coffee, donut or snacks. Don't expect anything fancy. Sometimes can be sticky due to lack of cleaning but, good usually. Can also be crowded on rush hours and staff could be overstressed - blame managers and company for exploiting employees. Overall, good for a quick stop.

It wasn’t that busy! 11: 10 was perfect timing for my coffee on the way to work. One of the employee passed me the coffee which super hot but he failed to close the lid properly resulting spill oh my jeans & my car seat m, burned my thighs as well! Which m suffering from pain now? This is always the problem with the crew, will recommend not to waste your time by pulling in the driveway.

Waited over 10 min for Fry's and was never told the fryer was down till I asked y I was still waiting

Midday weekend the seating area was not quite spotless, difficult to converse over noise, but hey, McDonald's on a weekend.

Food was good, just had wait 4 min before lunch was available. Can you believe that 4 min. I had to leave the drive through and wait 3 minutes. And back in line. The food came right away which tells me it was ready when I went the first time to order. Also I ate in the parking lot and low and behold it was just warm not hot.they should be able to go from one menu to another that close to the time. Is it not 2023?

This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. Staff and clients acted like they have never seen a child before. I felt that I just took my kids to a fine dining resturant. It is McDonalds, relax people, kids are loud and there is no mute button. Trust me, i would have bought one if they sold it.

Reliable McDonald's in the Bedford area. We always pay this location a visit when in town to visit family. Washrooms could be cleaner. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5.

Typically they're really good and go the extra mile for customers with special needs, however I downed their stars as their wifi went out for a few days and I asked about it and they were really rude to me and told me they didn't know what was wrong, so I asked of anyone knew what was going on or if I could get the offer without the app as their wifi wasn't working, I was just told a flat out no, which I really don't believe was fair as all I wanted was a dollar drink that any other year you can just order. You need to train your staff to reset a modem, it's not rocket science or make dollar drinks available to EVERYONE.

I ordered two hotcakes meals at around 10: 30 today morning. On reaching home, I realized that I didn’t get my hash brows in the bad despite of paying in full for both the meals. The staff was barely attentive and prepared well to serve the customers. Being not cautious at all, they didn’t give my my parts of my stuff that I had ordered. Too disappointed because no one orders a meal to have just parts of it and not all the components. Never going back to this location again. Too disappointed!

I really disapponted bedford macdonald i order 2 burger 2 fries with nuggets but fries and burger are to oily like old and to salty.its discussting.my daughter love it to eat burger and fries she did not eat and waste money cost $30 we dump in the garbage.
And staff its to rude no greetings

Terrible customer service from Nour - snotty attitude and dirty looks the entire time we were ordering. We ordered two meals, one additional sandwich, and a latte. She informed us that the latte cannot be part of a meal, which is why we ordered it separately. When we got the order, there was only one cup for the fountain drink and the latte. When we questioned this, she said that actually the latte can be part of a meal, therefore we only got two drinks. So I said, "Ok, but we should have been told that. " In response, she shrugged and gave us a dirty look and walked away.

Very bad service. Staff is too rude. Today I went there to get skip delivery around 8: 05 pm and in description it was clearly written that after 8 pm all mobile order will be collected from drive through window and when I went to drive through one of staff very rudely talked with me and told me to come inside to take order and I went inside food was not ready. I waited long to get food. I am not satisfied with service.

It took them 20 mins to finish my order that was clearly for dine-in. They shove everything in the bag, crushing my burgers. It was not busy inside the store, DT was a bit busy though. Not recommending this store.

Clean and not too busy at 3 PM. Kiosk ordering electronic board was very frustrating. It did not respond to touch hardly and gave me no receipt or even order number at the end. For second order used app and said pick up and worked much better. However at pick up point my order number was still listed as in progress on the board even though it was ready to go-only got it because I asked at pick up counter-then just handed me the bag without even checking my app to confirm that I was the actual person who paid for the order and not a random Joe Blow. I like using tech-but their tech and service do not engender happiness!

Went through the drivethrough and got fries and coffee, I asked for a single sweet and sour sauce and the woman at the window said no, you can only have ketchup. She didn't even offer me to buy the sauce, I dont like ketchup. Horrible service will be going to a&w instead.

Used the drive-tru. Typical McDonald's drive-tru. My quarter pounder was slapped together and the patty and cheese were halfway out of the bun. My wife's fillet-o-fish was nice and hot though. The soggy fries were few and cold. Overall it was a typical McDonald's experience.

I was there last week and it seems there was a new manager on site. The food was a lot better than previously! The burger was well cooked and was delicious. The fries were as they are supposed to be: crispy and well done.
I also noticed how quick I was served - probably under 3 minutes. I used to wait for 10 minutes for a take out meal.
I hope the team will be able to keep up the good work!

Don't expect your order to be right or hot. Do expect an attitude and resistance from staff when you bring it back. These employees look TIRED and SAD at all times, I'm wondering if it's management?

Macdonald's is always great for a fast meal. I love their chicken burgers but there are lots of other options. My favorite part of the meal is the fries but I think that is because of the enormous amount of salt.

On my most recent visit, I arrived as a power outage occurred. The staff were very competent and good humoured. I didn't even get to order, you can just tell a good crew when you see one.

If only people cared about serving the public maybe they wouldn't make the mistakes they make being threatened to be didn't being fired is a good thing it makes you work harder

Went through the drive-through last week and was charged full price for ice cream cones even though it is $1.00 ice cream days. Can't trust anybody, especially when tapping with debit. They get annoyed when you want to see the debit screen before you tap your card.

I've gone here 3 times and i don't think i have ever had a good experience here, once i ordered a meal with a poutine and an ice cream for desert, someone decided to make my ice cream first, then the kitchen decided to take forever to make my food so by the time i actually got my order, my ice cream had melted, and i actually point it out to them, for them to realize it had melted, then, when i finally sat down to eat, my food was already getting cold, which means it must have just been sitting before they even gave it to me, and on top of that the poutine was saltier than the dead sea.

Another time i went, the store was out of CO2, which i totally understand happens, but it's kind of strange I've never experienced it at any other location, but it likely could've been a wrong place wrong time scenario

I am shocked, order a big meal including 2 double burgers, and a lager Frepi, but what i received is "2 small hamburger and a medium frepi"
But I still thanks for the new Indian staff, he brings the order to me

Loved their chocolate Shake. I normally stop drinking tea or coffee post 4pm, went there to meet a friend tried it. Loved it

Everything was cold. Burgers were beyond messy. There was 1 table in the entire place that didn't have garbage on it from previous customers. There was only 1 other person in the entire time we were there, so they should have had time to clean but were instead chasing away.

Oh and there was no receipt paper.

I don't understand why you have to go forward when there's no one in line. By the time he brought food out another vehicle arrive. Not sure how this is efficient. Not moving next time.

Every time I go to this McDonald's I place my order I then drive to the first window to pay, after that I go to the window to pick up my order and they ask me to pull ahead and bring my food out none of the food is hot so I don't know what they would be waiting on, only reason I can think is they're little drive thru competition with the other local McDonald's.doesn't make you a faster service if you do it that way. Take notes from the McDonald's on windmill rd.

Food was fresh and fast. We ordered in store, the drive through is terribly slow and i find my orders always missing stuff

Ordered ahead through app. Promised fresh. Worst meal I ever had. Big mac patties were cold. Half the bun was hard stale and the pop was warm with no ice. Pretty said when a big chain is so poorly poorly mismanaged. I have been eating mcds since I was a kid like most people. Over 30 years. I had enough with the corporation. I moved on to greener pastures. Dairy queen or wendy's are now my go to fast food. Way fresher, happier, and best part usually cheaper if you know the menus well

I had an incredible experience at this McDonald’s. A gentleman named Samual went above and beyond all of my expectations and catered to my every single need. This staff member deserves a raise for his exceptional work, and I will absolutely be returning. Thanks Samuel!

I mean, it’s McDonald’s so I’m not going to rip them too bad.food was fresh tonight, maybe dial it back on the salt though. Fries were way over salted. Salt should be left up to the customer in my opinion. It’s bad enough I’m eating McDonald’s at 11 pm, I don’t need two weeks worth of sodium on top of it. Asked for no pickles, got pickles. I picked them off, over it, but that’s not the point. Attention needs to be paid when preparing food, who knows if allergies are the reason people are requesting food to be made the way they ask for it.
People should get what they ask for and it should be quality, we pay enough for it and McDonald’s pays you (employees) to get it right, so put some effort in.

Usually sloppy and dry. Somehow. Amazing french fries. But not just this location, all Mc Donald's. This is your standard location, you'll get what you're expecting

Terrible Store Manager. The training practices and policies are not being followed. Hopefully the store owner or McDonald's Canada will pay more attention to these underlying problems.

If there's no one else here don't make us pull up. Why should I wait longer because you want your numbers to look cuter to corporate?

Rating is still a 1 star. But like really y'all want more money but cant read the word egg in sausage and egg McMuffin or cook a damn hasbrown it was half raw. Like really.

This has to be the dirtiest McDs I have ever visited. Went there at 130 in the afternoon food was all cold, bathroom was gross, not a clean table in the whole place. Avoid at all costs!
