Got 2 coffee. Both tasted watered down. Went in for replacement. Same. Macdonalds use to have good coffee. Not this place.

Went through the drive through, when passed my food I asked for packets of ketchup. The girl at the window proceeded to say can I give you BBQ sauce instead and then said it was because the ketchup was too far for her to get (literally 5 feet away).
Then when we said no we wanted ketchup she rolled her eyes and say are you sure.
When she came back with the ketchup we asked her why it was such a task considering it’s her job. She then had attitude and realizing what she did tried to cover it up. Working In the service industry, it is your job to serve and give the service guaranteed from the company and we didn’t receive that. We received a lazy girl with no respect for a simple job or the customer being served.

Used my points for a free burger, it was pathetic. It wasn't a quarter inch thick by at least an eighth of an inch.
The cheese wasn't melted, it was partially stuck out the side of the bins.
Absolutely no pride placed in my order, also I should add, it was not busy at all, only two other orders.
Finally reached the point where I am done with McDonald's, called the restaurant, nothing was done.
Pretty sad.

Ordered two breakfast burritos, they were premade and cold… not even a couple seconds in the microwave

Never again. 2 cars in the drive thru and 1 guy waiting for food inside.still waited 10 min before anyone took my order. Not busy at all but definitely not fast food

This is the first time I had a dry/old burger at McDonald's. I ordered a Chipotle BBQ 1/4 pounder meal deal and a chicken bacon wrapped for my daughter.
Sooooo disappointed in the quality of this burger.

If you can’t find staff then PAY MORE. I am sick of coming here and the store being closed due to a lack of staff, or the drive through only being open!

When I went there it was breakfast time at 8: 30 am and the restaurant was out of capuchino, pancakes and some bagels! That is simply unacceptable! Service and staff was nice but that just can't make it back for not sticking better with their supply. Also there was a huge garbage track parked across the parking lot that was not nice either. They should plan their supply and monitor parking better.

The staff seemed like they just wanted to get everyone out, they also seemed angry. I had to repeat my order 5 times.

Ordered 3 DBL Quarter pounder meals Large. Didn't get the large and also missing a fries with one of the combos.

The new chicken big mack is ok. The burgers often look like they are just thrown together which doesn't affect the taste but looks messy

Further downgrading to 1 star based on the filth of this restaurant. My last time in i noticed it was quite dirty and unkempt. Now it is downright disgusting. The washroom is a health hazard! Sink, urinal and toilet haven't been cleaned for days or weeks. Whoever manages this restaurant needs to be relieved of their responsibility. Disgusting! Changing my review and downgrading rating from 4 stars to 2 due to the state of the restaurant interior. All tables have food and crumbs on them. Ripped chairs are a huge turn-off. As I type this, a young girl says to her dad "eww! These tables are disgusting! ". This is totally unacceptable! Go somewhere else to eat!

Don't order espresso, they don't feel like cleaning the machine I guess. Went to get an espresso in my coffee and got told it's not clean. Not only that but it would take 30mins to clean it.

Service was okay, but place was extremely filthy: tables and floors were sticky. Do not go to their washroom: you would simply loos your appetite.

When you're busy, you're busy and I respect that. Just couldn't be bothered to load the girl's into the car, because my daughter noticed they didn't put yogurt into her happy meal.

Has to be the most dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Trash on the tables an also the floor I got my food an tried to find a place to sit. Having to go to a dirty table as there is no clean ones. Been here for a half hour didn't see one person come out to clean. They are more into the dive through then anything eles.

My friends ordered earlier than me. My order came 3 minutes after. We ordered the same items. His came after 20 minutes, 12 other customers after them got all their stuff and its not like they just got a little thing of fries or nuggets.

2 iced coffees did not have to take 20 minutes. Wasnt that busy, orders after mine were given and I had to ask twice, thank you bethany for getting my drink to me even though you were working on the drive through side

Terrible service and when I got to work there was this hair in my sandwich and the hashbrowns we ordered were cold and soggy. Waste of 17 dollars. I tried to call but no one would answer. Last 3 times were awful

I got food poisoning from eating here, very sick, didn’t think to take a picture of the food at the time but wow, never eating at McDonald’s again, have never been so sick in my life

Closing time says 11 pm, I was there at 10: 45 pm, they didn't take my order from drive thru and even the door were closed. When I saw through door, there were 4 people still cleaning up inside. Atleast, one of them could have easily took my order. I just wanted a Coffeeeee!

Two times in a row my order wasn’t ready in the drive thru so I was parked, then continued to wait upwards of 20 minutes for them to bring it out. Not sure how you can call that fast food.

Good to get a simple burger and refreshments. Don't expect anything fancy. Sometimes can be sticky due to lack of cleaning but, good usually. Can also be crowded on rush hours and staff could be overstressed - blame managers and company for exploiting employees. Overall, good for a quick stop.

Incentives for ordering on the app vs time it takes to place the order balance out if doing takeout.

The line of cars around the building will all pass the 2nd window before a pick-up order is made.

They got my order wrong twice than they said that my husband did not order a drink when I remember him ordering a drink aside mine than I ordered Apple slices to be added on to my happy meal and no yogurt because I'm highly allergic and they gave me yogurt it was totally not professional then the girl yelled us

McDonald's is McDonald's where ever you go. I found the taste and quality was the same in Beloit, Wisconsin as in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It is kind of neat to find that kind of consistency in what I am looking for. A quarter pounder with cheese and fries tastes the same in two McDonald's over a thousand miles apart. Like a taste of home that I can count on.

WE ordered a very straightforward meal that took four attempts to get across to your staff.
Orange frutopia was watered down trash.
No straws in the bag with 4 drinks.
No sauce with a nugget meal
And craziest yet I was given a coke (that I didn't order) that I had in my car only to be asked to hand it back into your restaurant DURING A PANDEMIC she gave the drink to the next car behind me.

One of the slower McDonalds around. Often get parked for basic items and sometimes products substituted for others because they were "out" without asking.

I have been using the drive-tru mostly so it's difficult to judge the service and upkeep of the areas inside the store. For the most part, the drive-tru service as been good. Food is received fairly fast, friendliness and professionalism of staff is generally good. The outside upkeep could be a bit better. The outside garbage bins were overflowing and litter was being tossed around by the wind. I suppose that in their defense, it is a very busy store and Covid has left everyone short staffed. We'll see how things progress over time.

The crew at this location are absolutely amazing in handling drive thru customers. They also showed exemplary good customer service to an irate customer.

The only downside was that my fries were a little "old" slightly soggy and cool.

Fast and quick service. Ordered spicy nuggets but we were given the regular ones. When we noted it, they were quite quick to replace them without question, we just had to go back through the drive thru. The corners are a bit tight in the drive thru so be careful of the curbs. Screens were also not working so could not confirm our order - this may have fixed the order issue if it had been on the screen.

Just as expected. Coffee was good, fries were crispy and hot, service was prompt and attentive. Thanks for the good experience!

McDonald's are usually not my favorite places to grab something to eat, but this one in Dartmouth Crossing is definitely a nice place to stay, nice staff, nice manager, easy to order, and cleaner than another place I went.

Been to this location multiple times due to work. I have never had a good experience! Issues with orders, rude staff, not even close to "fast food" even in off hours, not able to take basic drive thru orders, it's frustrating. Unfortunately they are sometimes the only option available.

I received someone else's order. No receipt in the bag. Challenged me for the receipt when I went back later in the day even though I still had all the food in their bag! No "sorry Sir". I suspect they are poorly trained and/or managed from my recent experiences there - I've had enough. I won't be going back. I'll go somewhere more healthy.lots of choices here and they might even be happy to see a customer!

2nd time this has happend at this location. I Let it go the first time, but starting to think this is how they operate. I was interrupted 4 times giving my order by the lady giving me the total before asking if that was everything I would like. Never asked if everything was okay on the screen and we get parked to wait for the food everytime. I know that is fine waiting for fresh food but we had cold fries and 1 burger made wrong. Literally everybody gets rushed through and parked when it's not busy at all. I'm thinking so they have good drive thru times? I dont know, but this location is getting annoying to go to. I’M SO UPSET. I asked at the drive thru if they had all the packaging for the BTS meal and he said yes. >: (and ONLY OUR CUP WAS BTS PURPLE. I would have not bought the meal if I couldn’t get the packaging. So upset. Tell your employees to not lie to us ARMY just to make the sale. If the managers are telling their staff to lie to us, then screw McDonalds. The BTS meal is a sentimental to us western fans.

Never before have I seen a McDonalds that had to park 7 cars at once during the supper rush because they couldnt keep up. Disgraceful

My order of 2 cones and 2 iced coffees was handled about as well as the Vatican handles cases of child abuse within the church. That is to say, it was completely ignored until I asked about it, and it was acknowledged begrudgingly without admission of fault.

McDonald's, please be better than the Catholics. It's not that hard.

The service is okay but not consistent. I order several coffee each day and there are times none of them are correct even though the slip has correct information. On other days everything is perfect. So maybe as new staff get trained things will get better. At least that is my hope.

Very poor services in this retaurent. Crews were careless, and the manager was also very irresponsible. Surely, the worst Mac in town.

Nuggets where huge for a change and the chocolate milkshake actually tasted like it had chocolate syrup in it this time and not like a plain vanilla shake.

This location has very friendly staff and are good at getting orders out. Now I'll be adding this to all of my McDonald's reviews. The drive thru order times expectations that there head office has set for them needs to go away. It's annoying when you have to go from the drive through to the curbside pick up zone just to save a few seconds on the order times. It's a huge inconvenience to the customer. Because of this shuffling cars around and concentration on the drive through it makes it's so the dinning room has long wait times. I remember waiting over five minutes for just a coffee in the dinning area and I was the only customer present at the time. That all I would like to see fixed in the future

McDonald's at Dartmouth Crossing was quick and efficient for a noontime order. Staff were very pleasant even during the rush which speaks to good training and experience.

Big Mac is the wrong name as getting smaller. Didn't like the speaker customers had to deal with when ordering inside. Staff were not very friendly compared to my many past experiences at this location. Will not return

Not bad. Order was correct but my wrap had no sauce on it. Made it very dry. Also was not wrapped tight so made it awkward. Friendly service.

Tonight my boyfriend went to the Dartmouth Crossing location on his half an hour break. He ordered a small coffee and a jr.chicken. After waiting in a slow, long line he was asked to wait in the parking spots for his food and was sitting there for seven minutes. When the woman finally came out she had at least three orders with her. When he received his food he opened it up and it was a hamburger with mayonnaise and mustard. After already spending 20 minutes to get his food he wasn’t able to get his order corrected as his break was nearly over. Very slow service and nearly ever time he goes its the same outcome, asked to wait and the order is wrong.

The new drive-thru menus are terrible- it takes a long time to cycles through the different screens and not everything is included. The staff was unable to tell me what's on the 'Value Picks' menu and didn't seem to knw what to recommend so, I made a guess and settled for whatever was closest. I don't eat here often- I don't have the menu/pricing memorized like others must have.ended up just throwing $20 worth of food away because it really wasn't what I was looking for. On top of that, the burger wrappers were absolutely drenched in ketchup on the outside and made a mess in my car.surprise surprise- no napkins in the bag.
