Missing one breakfast sandwich.another is wrong.no cream in my coffee and missing the 4 ketchup mentioned twice.

After asking if they could do milkshakes a little late they assured us they could, and when we got them they were mostly melted and tasted like cleaner. I was up sick the rest of the night. Apparently this location thinks it's funny to poison their customers.

I am not happy at all with my experience to McDonalds in Greenwood, NS. Bought a Big Mac Meal and a Habenaro Meal. Sandwiches were cold, fries were cold, med drinks were missing game stickers and none put in bag, no straws for drinks, no napkins and no ketchup that was requested. Sent complaint to Head Office and requested to be contacted and didn't receive a call or email. Been over a week. I will not return to this location in the future and possibly any other location based on the fact that McDonalds Head Office ignored my email.

I bought a breakfast sandwich meal for my self which was good. But for my son I ordered pancakes and sausage.

When we stopped to eat the food I discovered that he didn’t get the sausage. Next time I was there I told them this and was informed I would have had to return with the meal to have it corrected?

Most of the time I find everything good but this was disappointing. I even had written in a complaint on the same day but never heard from them.

Double order speakers aren't all they are cracked up to be. Just twice the cars going to the window at once.

Hours say closes at 1 am, entered the drive thru at 12: 30 and the employee stated they were already closed. Also, the signs pulling in say open 24 hours. Very confusing.

Friends and I were charged for the correct order, but were met with a COMBATIVE manager demanding us to pay more for something already paid. Online banking records were shown for the payment and she "comped" the meal saying she was doing us all a favour. BIG OOF, PALS

I have tried 3 times to order from my points menu not only does it not work but apparently no one knows inside how to use it either.from my order code being I valid to not knowing where my order is I'm done

Should have turned around and left when the guy working tried to over charge me for my coffee and muffin but I needed something. I always get a coffee and a muffin on my way to work. But this muffin I ended up with was supposed to be cranberry orange, didn't have a single piece of cranberry in it, it was rock hard small and dry! There were big fluffy muffins there full of cranberries and I got given garbage! I'm not impressed! I'm done with McDonald's, gonna start leaving the house earlier so I can go to Tim Hortons from now on i guess

Drive thru was slow, but the main reason why I only gave three stars was because the service was a little iffy. Asked if I was charged for sauce (because at the mcdonald’s I work at we don’t charge if it’s only a couple packs) and the worker said yes and talked to me as if I was stupid for not knowing that: ’) I understand that places work differently, but at least don’t talk down to customers. All three service workers weren’t overly friendly- but maybe they just had to deal with a rude customer though so I give the benefit of the doubt!

Our burgers were room temp, not even hot. This is not the first time either. I think they need to serve burgers fresh off grill and stop using the damn warmers. Now I know why dont eat there much. I will say though that the staff is friendly. They also have great coffee.

A bit slow but to be understood with all the renovations going on. Hate to see it close for 3 weeks but I think by the looks of it, it will be a much larger place.

The best McDonald's for the health concious! Their order accuracy and customer service are so consistently bad that I no longer get cravings for their food.

Update: Whenever I go back to see if the service and accuracy has improved, I am constantly reminded that it has only gotten worse if anything.

You guys screw up my order 99% of the time. By far one of the worst McDonald’s around. Maybe hire people with a Brain and we wouldn’t have this problem. Better off asking 4 year olds to cook you a meal they’ll get it more correct.

Check your bag-order before you leave. They forgot 2 things on our order. The doors closed at 10pm on a Friday (!) so we had to wait in the long drive through line and bailed out at one point. Screw that!

This place can be hit or miss, today my fries tasted about 6 hours old. The main reason I'm writing this though is because on going through the drive thru today I was asked to provide a donation before my order was even taken, greeting people by asking for donations is incredibly unprofessional and in my opinion rude. I'm here to buy food, not donate to your charities.after that purpose has been fulfilled (or after my order has been taken) I'm open to being solicited for donations, but doing it before ensures I won't be giving anything.

Burgers rarely look like burgers and you have a better chance at winning Olympic gold than you have at being served an ice cream, milkshake or McFlurry. The machine is always broken.

Always new staff, never see the same faces anymore. They always mess up the food, and sometimes even the drinks. How can you forget main ingredients that go on these things? That seems to happen quite frequently.

Disappointed is an understatement. I went there not too long ago and ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. Not only can they not slap a sandwich together and align it properly. They also seem to have a real hard time cracking their eggs without getting egg shells in the egg part of the sandwich. It makes it completely disgusting and inedible. I wish I could say that was the worst part. While I stopped for a second to wait for a car that was ahead of me to pull out of a parking space there a car started backing up not paying attention and ran straight into the side of my car! This wouldn’t really have anything to do with their service if not for the fact that it was one of the MANAGERS of this establishment that blindly backed up into me. Her excuse is that she wasn’t looking. I literally held the horn on the second she put her reverse lights on and she did not stop until her red Ford Focus was up against my nice car and damage was already done. If you want to be disappointed, this is the place for you.

Order 2 meals, didn’t get my other meal (bacon and pancakes, fries and chocolate milk) went to get my meal again I had a pay again. He gave me my food with my bacon missing so I tried to go ask for bacon twice and got disappointed that he did not get my order right more then once. Still don’t have my bacon.

They had a really long line up to wait but the food was the same quality as you would expect from McDonalds. There's really not a lot I can say because we only went through the drive-thru. When we originally pulled in the lineup was all the way around the building and all the way to the street.

I was amazed at how quickly they move through everyone and they didn't make any mistakes

Felt bad for the folks working there while I visited. Looked a bit understaffed. They looked stressed.they apologized for the wait while they were making other's meals. But i had said it was ok as I wasn't in a rush. Felt so bad though as I left

Drive thru is shamefully slow. They forgot to include the spoons for Sundaes, leaving kids to use their fingers on the drive home.

My friends with me had all their burger's messed up.after waiting almost 30 minutes for their orders.they were still there waiting for their good when i left.my order was after theirs.i wasnt happy with service at all.sorry

This store can never get my order right.when I get coffee in the mornings I have to come back home and fix it so I can drink it and a lot of times my bacon egg macmuffing is so hard that I end up throwing it out and there is one server that is not friendly at all.he is a Forgione worker

The worst Macdonalds. Had the nugget meal at lunchtime today. Cold fries as usual and dried up nuggets. This is the 4th time in a couple months I ate here and it's consistantly bad food. Returned my meal today. I'm officially done with this place.

Kim the manager on duty was being extremely rude to the staff on duty. Threatened one possibly new employee from India in front of me that if he didn't figure it out his day was going to end bad. Not the classiest way to treat people at 8am, nor any time of day for that matter. I know the district manager keeps sharing posts on Facebook saying "no one wants to work anymore", time to look inside the four walls and figure out why.

Would not honor coupon from mail stating it was scanned to many times. That is impossible once scanned they keep the coupon. Bought dinner elsewhere.

This McDonald's is rife with issues. I am taking a break from this fast food choice because of continued errors.

Only go here if you want to be disappointed.

Been there a few times within the last month or so and will say one of the best McDonald’s around. It’s McDonald’s yeah, but the staff are always friendly when leaving. Thanks for the work you do folks!

Each time I go in I always want extra onions on my hamburger cheeseburger whichever, when I go to the drive-thru and I ask for extra onions and extra pickles I get approximately, and sadly I can count them six onions. It's sad because you expect to get enough to at least taste and you don't. I'm also in love with the pineapple mango smoothie! I have one or two a day I'm not going to lie, except every 7 days they tear the machine apart in the morning. To me that doesn't make sense they should do it the night before that way they're still making money off people who want the smoothies. So I give McDonald's and Cole Brock Nova Scotia a 2.5 star in hopes that this could be rectified one time when I go through the drive-thru. Best thing I can say is take your chances.

On may 15 I went to Greenwood location. My experience was very unsatisfactory. My burger had the sauce on the outside. There was 1 pickle under the burger. It was so poorly made I threw it in the garbage. I will not be going back.

I only go here for breakfast but even when the drive-thru is lined up to the street they move incredibly fast. Best McDonald's service I've ever received anywhere, and they never screw up your order!

Terrible service and rude to costumers. Don't live in the area and just stopped in for lunch and a female manager was very ignorant and disrespectful. Don't go here.

It's a shame, there are many friendly people that work here (especially the drive thru) but service is usually VERY slow. It seems as though it is a mix of being under staffed and relying on people that are new or in training that aren't up to speed.

Got shorted chicken nuggets and got a big Mac without any meat on it.wasn't even busy! Luckily the manager issued us a new meal but having to go back after arriving home was an inconvenience.

Half way through taking our dine in order, the staff member stopped us and proceeded to take the order for the drive through. When I told her that it was ignorant, she brushed it off as if that was how things were supposed to happen. Shift manager stepped in and appointed someone else to finish taking our order. We then overheard the shift manager trying to explain to the staff member that she cannot do that. The staff member ignored the manager, cut her off and walked away. McDonald's needs to get a grip on their staff.

I waited in a line for one large shake, had to pull over and wait, no big deal, but what I received was not a strawberry shake, it was white with a tinge of pink, and I asked the young lady who brought it out to me and all she did was shrug, this is not the first time this happened but it will certainly be the last. If I could put a picture here I would.

Tired of the poor service and food here, the only thing they're consistent with is messing up people's orders.

Went here to get a Friday evening meal for my family and was very disappointed.
I have not had good experiences here and had to be convinced to even go.
What happened whilebi was there was unbelievable.
All the fries were cold I'm talking stone cold going hard the burgers looked like they had been made thus morning.
Neither my wife or I got what we ordered and the kicker was the Big Mac with no onions that came to me as a Big Mac with nothing but ketchup.
Behind the counter was like a gong show with no movement of orders and the drive through was backed out to the street.
I could understand if the dining room was full but it was empty.
Final strike MacDonald's Greenwood your out.
Manager glad handing with the only guests sitting down talking about the price of tea in china instead of watching the circus going on behind the counter.
I got a suggestion for the manager if you have to be out policing people coming in the wrong door a simple exit only sign will help with that and LET YOU DO JOB.
Unable to call when we got home because it hung up on me every time I selected talk to the manager.
My wife is currently driving the 20 mins back to rip them a new one. I wish I could say I feel sorry for them.

What do you expect. Good drive thru for a quick pick up meal. Humbug patties are a bit undersized and price no longer reflect good value compared to other fast food restaurants.

The McDonalds in Greenwood had certain shift managers that think they can lecture you ok how to be a proper customer loud enough to be heard outside. Other than a particular managers terrible attitude it is a great employer for the local kids and new landed Canadians

Seriously, 1 time out of 2 they forget to give me stuff on my order. Everytime my wife order a iced coffee and ask for milk instead of cream they don't do it.
Also they charge us extra wheb we try to exchange a coffee card for a speciality coffee in medium size when no other mcdonald do that.

Quarter pounder is hard to beat. There is something about the other burgers that upset our stomachs. Fries are really good. Curbside works well.

Asked for EXTRA PICKLES x2 on my burger in drive thru waited 15 minutes and they only put 2 pickles on my burger. Place is a joke. Monkeys could do a better job. Disgraceful.

Food is OK, but their coffee is absolutely disgusting. It almost tastes like dirt was thrown in a coffee filter and boiling hot water was poured through it. I am a huge coffee drinker, and their coffee makes me light headed and sick. I would avoid buying coffee here at all costs.

Foods alright. Just be careful if your trying not to get sick, as when I worked there dishwashers were "encouraged" to not follow proper and required cleaning procedures by some of the other staff and some management. Fine for food, just always check your order when you receive it (sometimes it takes certain people ridiculously long to get it together properly). Just never work there. The person who ran it when I was there treated people as disposable and like garbage. Pretty sure violating food service laws and laws on treating employee several times too.

Usually get pretty good service at McDonald's locations but this place is definitely not a good place to stop.

The owner apparently can't afford to give customers condiments for orders without charging them, 1 sauce per meal? It's literally
$. 08/packet and you want to charge $0.50 for extra sauce.

Also the manager could be heard shouting across the store to coach the back drive thru person when they made a mistake, she then went into the lobby and used the same snippy tone to tell some guests to put their feet on the floor as she passed by. I understand that feet are supposed to be on the floor but that's not how you speak to customers.

Go to Mary brown's or A&W instead!

Someone should have scheduled an adult to work. The staff was made up completely of young folk and there was a lot of horsing around and goofing off taking place while we were there

Beyond horrible, don’t normally post reviews, but beyond dissatisfied. They usually get my order wrong but oh well. But tonight took 20 plus minutes to get my food. Offered a free ice cream for the family, my daughter was the only one that wanted one. So I take her up, and they charge me, the exact people who less then 10 minutes before said to come back for on the house. Lesson learned, thanks for the superior service, but for $2.00 I paid it and posted this review.
