McDonald's

Management are verbally abusive to customers. Witnessed the evening manager "Phil" be rude and raising his voice to a customer that was just politely asking where their order was. Told the customer to be patient or get out of the store. "Phil" was grey haired and at least in his 50s, you would expect someone in a management position and with that many years of life experience to be better at a simple customer service role. Definitely not taking my kids here again, very disappointing that McDonalds does not have better control over management at individual stores.

Couldn't get my phone to get the order i wanted. I got to work when I got to the window and the lady said why didn't you tell me at the speaker in a very rude manner.

Not great at all… ordered online through the app and got a completely separate order worth less then what I ordered. Quite disappointed.

Ordered a large hot chocolate and had to wait for it at the third window. After I got home I realized it didn’t taste right. Took the lid off, they gave me a cup of warm milk.

I was handed the wrong order at the drive through window, then half my order, I had to ask for the rest of it. Only to drive away without my drinks. I went inside and they handed me the drinks, when I got home I realized I was not given a hashbrown

Went out of our way to stop at this specific McDonald during a road trip with our 3 kids (The playplace was the reason why-so the kids could get some energy out). Upon arrival we found that it was closed. Other patrons said it's been closed for years.

Great efficient and well managed restaurant. They don't mess up orders here like some other places.

Person who gave us our order cockily said, "We're pretty fast here, aren't we? " Except they were slow in the middle of dinner with no other customers, the fries weren't full and the Big Mac was such a complete mess that the sandwich maker left sauce on the burger box and more lettuce out of the sandwich than in. The few employees who do wear masks are constantly touching them without washing their hands and are clearly only wearing them because their parents want them to. Go to A&W right next door for better food and people who wear masks.

Came here just to say how much I appreciate Quan. He is so cheerful and friendly, and genuinely puts in the effort to make sure you always have a great experience. Please give that man a raise!

Halle i think her name was very disrespectful towards me at the window the girl taking my order was aggressive and i asked for am manager and they said they couldn’t do anything about it i think his name was chichi not sure but overall horrible service but quan he needs to talk less so people can get their order smh

Traffic flow in the drive thru was pretty quick. Got the wrong burger. No napkins. No salsa for burritos. No straw for the iced coffee.which was mostly on the outside of the cup. Fries were hot though and got lots of ketchup for them.

Not sure how to make a NEW review. But today (sep 5,2022) my condiments were not even ON the burger. Haha. Beside it. Like for dipping?

Quan is a superstar employee who always puts a smile on every customers face who he interacts with! I hope Quan is getting the recognition he deserves as well as a raise!

If you haven't been served by this fine young fellow, I highly recommend going in when he's working. Give this guy a raise because if anyone in fast food deserves to be making way above minimum wage, Quan is the man!

Quan is absolutely the best. Such a sweetheart and amazing energy. Theres people posting on fb about how great he is.

Never get anything right, no manners, and no customer service skills.but the manager is a great lady of it wasn't for her fixing all the other employee's mistakes there would be no stars

Mcdonalds in a small city of Nova Scotia. A small but clean place. I was with other friends. We enjoyed fish burger and banana strawberry smoothy. We will definitely come back if in the area. Thanks for good service.

I mean sure they get some orders wrong and occasionally take a tad long, but they're always pretty busy
For the most part they're pretty good there. Staff is friendly and usually smiling/ happy.

Customer service is amazing but that new drive thru design makes me never want to go to Macdonalds again, on top of that the amount of customer’s that don’t know how to use it is baffling, parking is also terrible.

Long drive thru line up. Location is in the heart of New Minas. Can be difficult at times getting out of the parking lot due to the traffic coming through on the main road.

Bad customer service i ever had in my life. Employees don’t even know how to talk with customer. Uneducated employees with no manners

Night crew seem to be always updating/resetting their system and tell me to come back in 40 mins. Use a calculator to take peoples orders like every other McDonald's.

Absolutely ridiculous, every drive thru line is always TO THE ROAD and always always takes at least 20 minutes to get a COFFEE. 20 MINUTES.
Now I understand that there is wait times OBVIOUSLY but not EVERY SINGLE DAY of the drive thru line being as busy as it is.

Maybe let’s think about opening a second speaker through the drive thru? It’s Covid ffs, EVERYONE will be using the drive thru so let’s fix the problem and speed up this process a little bit.

I like the large parking lot in the back. I was pulling a new trailer I got the day I stopped here, and the large parking spaces for RV’s was awesome and came in handy.

When we decide to revisit the North west coast of Nova Scotia, may stop here for a quick bite to eat.

That first picture is not a picture of a mcdonalds burger, i have never walked out of a mcdonalds with a burger looking like that. I do enjoy mcdonalds but you will never see a burger looking like that im sorry to say.

I did not even want to give it one star food is never hot fries are always cold we have decided to boycot this McDonald's cause absolutely pathetic ill go to coldbrook or windsor before ever stepping into this McDonald's again

It's fast food. Sometimes you get great service sometimes you don't. Unfortunately it seems to be what we've come to expect with this type of chain.

The service is slow, even the drive thru where it is suppose to be faster. Over cooked fries a few times, which is my main reason for going is the love of mcdonalds fries.

Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Got to the speaker at 11: 02. After I heard the lady in front of me order a breakfast sandwich. I was told that breakfast ended at 11 and they couldn't make what I wanted. After making a special trip in and being there in lots of time! Terrible service.

As solid as your typical McDonald's - which for a fan like me is quite solid! The staff here are very friendly, and you get your food quickly. Usually a very long drive through line, but they have curbside online ordering which is great.

We bought two 10 piece nugget meals in the drive thru, and bought two strawberry pies (they were up selling these) and when we got home and checked there was ONE dipping sauce and the pies were apple. And they are burnt. Seriously. Can't you get it right even one time? Experience says that you cannot.

If you want your order done correctly, go to burger king.
So fed up with my orders always being wrong. It's normal to make mistakes occasionally, but every single order?
The one from today had 4 big mistakes. Including the fact my kids' happy meals had no toys. Also, I received fries but I ordered apple slices.
I'm tired of wasting my money here. We had a really busy day so decided to take a break and have an easy supper.

Always make sure everything is in your order before you leave.
Their habenero chicken burgers are quite a tasty alternative to the regular chicken burger.

Food orders are right 60% wrong most of the time and that's a generous rating. Cold and old fries and they are never full usually half full. And when you ask staff to fill them up you get attitude back from them. Need to pay attention to detail more clearly! Gone down hill long ago. Remember we are the paying customers.

So tired of getting incorrect amounts if fries. I know it's supposed to be fast food, but that doesn't mean we should be getting fast service if it means not paying attention to details. In the past couple of weeks I've gotten a child small drink in a meal deal and 2 times my large fries have only been half full.
