I don't understand why the employees can't get my order right.
Every morning it's wrong.
Xl Tea 2 milk 2 sugar and a muffin
THAT'S NOT A HARD ORDER!
Getting coffee with a tea bag and milk, tea with no milk, tea with 1 milk and no sugar, tea with cream and no sugar, cream and 2 sugar. Out of the past 4 days I've been to this location they haven't gotten my order right yet.
3 days it was wrong and once they couldn't take orders due to some computer issues.
Update- 2023 and it hasn't changed.
Still terrible service.

My issue with fast food places everywhere is everything can be hit or miss, this bigger issue is the lack of respect people have for the tables, making a mess makes tables always (normally) sticky with like juice which makes you not want to sit and eat there but McDonald's always makes good food very fast so like why complain

Minimum staff, almost entirely automated. Might be OK if you know the menu before you go in.

This location has gone downhill so badly, that I doubt I'll return. They used to have decent standards (for a McDonald's), but it's actually pathetic now. The staff are beyond incompetent to the point that it's almost comical how badly they mess up your order each time. The food is thrown together with zero care. The fries are typically cold and stale.

You're probably better off eating at a gas station.

Ordered the Grand Big Mac and a large caramel ice coffee with milk.
I have to say I was very disappointed with the Grand Big Mac. There was nothing Grand about it. The patties were the same as a plain burger. It Reminded me of an old commercial. "where's the beef"
Also you only got two thin pieces of bacon. Can anybody can tell me why the Patty colour looks so different in areas. See photo.

I am a delivery driver Every time I come out here, I get my order after waiting for 20 20 30 30 minutes.and your employees I stand there but no one comes and asks is the order ready or what is your order, does not ask anything

Never recieved correct order i dont prefer ordering from here. They dont send full order on uber, always some missing items. Irresponsible staff brain dead!

Around 12pm today I had purchased a dbl chbgr meal from this location. I got home, had my meal and within 2hrs I was sick. Sick sick. Couldn't keep anything down, including water. This was the first thing I had eaten today, minus a small coffee this morning. The fries were cold and kinda hard. Definitely not fresh. And the burger patties tasted off. I couldn't finish the burger. Definitely got food poisoning from this location. It's now 6: 30pm and I'm still getting sick and running to and from the rest room. Not impressed. Will be calling corporate and the cfia.

I'm lactose intolerant but I'd risk it all for some fries and a shake. 10/10 food, 0/10 cramps

I go thru every morning to get a large coffee and espresso. Today I went thrrough the drive thru and I was charged for the espresso which came over my eveyday coffee price. The manager argued that it's always been that way but my debt transactions say different. I will no longer be taking my service here.

I tell ya right now. This place is the absolute worst. I’m not sure who runs it but my oh my if they don’t have the brightest bunch there and they usually have 15-20 ppl in the kitchen and front end but they still manage every single time to mess my order up …faithfully every time. I can only imagine how many mess ups they have in a run of a day. I wouldn’t be suprised honestly if that number would be greater than a 100 ppl a day. I could almost bet any amount on that.

Worst McDonald’s in Halifax. Staff are horrible not friendly at all, they make your order wrong an roll their eyes at you and continue to do what they were doing until you ask multiple times and get cranky because they are ignoring you. Then they talk an complain about you thinking you can’t hear them. Whoever the manager is here is horrible at picking staff. None of them have hair nets or gloves on they don’t pay attention to the proper orders at all.nothing positive about this place.

Big mac the Worst burger we have only with tomato not even made good, bun was saggy like they put a bottle of sauce in it.

One word “THIS PLACE IS A HELL “

Most disgusting staff ever seen in my life, their main manager with curly hair should be fired. He don’t know how to show respect and hospitality toward Customer fully mentally case, attitude problems, he need to go mental hospital. Be safe when you order at this location please

After waiting on drive through, debt machine not working and they ask me to pay cash but I don’t have cash and they should let me know before ordering and waiting so I told them that they should give me this for free as they wasting my time and this is not my problem but they refused. I can’t imagine how the quality of service became so bad in some sores in Nova Scotia!

Went to get a burger, went on app. There was a promotion for a 1/4 pounder meal. It turned out it was free because of the reward system. The fries were cold, the Diet Coke had no taste. The worst part was the burger. The meat tasted like cardboard and there was this stuff in it that looked like the outside of a corn kernel. Are they putting ground up bugs in the meat? It was really gross. I am really going to have a hard time trusting what’s going on with the food now. And I know, it’s fast food! But there is a limit to what people can accept!

The staff were great. The store was clean. The good was fast and delicious! Best McDonald's experience I've had in a very long time

The food is what you expect from McDonald's, but when I had a custom order that was incorrect, they were fast and friendly about fixing the issue.
Even gave me the choice about which solution I preferred.

Ordered on Skip a quarter pounder with cheese, no ketchup. Rec'd a dried out burger with no other condiments or cheese. It was totally discusting

I go to this location quite often, and usually it's good. Unfortunately the past few times I've been here it's been horrible. Our food has been cold, or missing. I go through the drive through everytime, and the workers are pleasent, nothing over the top but definitely not rude. I understand once in a while, this happening, but this has become consistent. I am really considering going out of my way to get better quality.

I usually go thier every day and order the same meal and couple of thier habenoro sauce which is free and and they give what I want for the past week every Time I order they eaithr give one sauce or non I’m asking the employee where is my sauce she says you have to pay for it they so cheap to give sauce and they have listed for free but they don’t give.if I can give them zero stars I would but no choice other than one star

This is the second visit in a row that I have placed an order on one of the self serve cubical and I have not received everything thing I ordered. Based on my previous experience, I mentioned my previous visit when i received my order, and specifically asked if i had all my order and was assured that my order was correct. It was not correct. I have already made a complaint to McDonalds Corporate, and awaiting a reply from them.

My wife and I refer to this as “the good McDonalds. ” We’ve been here about 6 or 7 times, and every single time it’s been hot a fresh.

Worst MCD of Halifax, I hv ordered Spicy Habanero McChicken last night, and this was its condition when i opened the box.

Bought the Grander big mac might of been good if it was hot, and actually had ingredients on it. It had a tiny amount of sauce so it was super dry and the sauce was only in the middle of the burger on one piece only, no pickles, lots of cheese and could only find a teaspoon of lettuce, so essentially, dry like cardboard with 2 bare patties. I will never order it again unless I eat in and can return it. Macdonald's has really let their burgers go to hell. I don't have this problem at wendys.

If you're able to navigate the parking lot/drivethru situation that was clearly planned up by someone who has no idea how drive thrus work, you're golden! I'd have your insurance information handy just in case though.

It is a great place IF getting chewed out and insulted by their Man Child Manager is what you want. Don't bother complaining to management. You will speak to 'the owner's right hand man' who will review the video and call you back with heartfelt apologies and ask for your name and address to send out some complimentary food coupons. Don't do it. It is lie to get your personal info. You will get nothing. Right Andrew? Zero stars, if I could.

I wanted a bts meal and they gave me something else like I was so excited to eat it and I even told them two or three time and they still got it wrong I was so happy but quickly changed but other then that it’s a good place and the food was ngl but it’s sad I didn’t get my bts meal: (

Charged us twice for the same order. When we went to try and get it refunded, they were rude and refused it saying we could have just made the same purchase twice - which makes no sense. Worth just driving to another fsat food place to avoid their poor service.

I drink caramel iced coffees most days and the one I had today was hands down the best one I've ever had. Thank you to the girl who was working the front counter, great job!

Ordered food through drive through, and 3 junior chicken was missing. Checked the package right at the window and told them. The staff told they put the junior chicken in the package but was not there. The attitude of the staff at the window was ridiculous.

I personally work here and I can vouch it has the best staff, and focus on quality not just speed.who wants their meal in 10 seconds if it's wrong? Not us. We have a motto if you wouldn't feed it to your family then it has no place to go besides waste bin. Also staff treat guests as if they are family. It's how it should be!

Too concerned with getting the orders out when they should be worried about whether or not the order is right. (which mine almost never is). Stopped there for the convenience of the location but I should have known better after past wrong orders.

Decent location, parking lot is terrible though, people just driving in all directions and nobody seems to know where to go

Horrible mcdonalds everytime i go through the drive thru to get a mcgriddle they give me a mcmuffin like what is the issue here they need to put people who can speak english properly and understand english properly on drive thru this is ridiculous

The outside drive thru speakers/intercom worked very well! Based on the customer service, accuracy and speed I give a five stars! Pleasant experience

If you like missing items, half made burgers, or lack of condiments this is the place for you! Placed an order today for big Mac, BLT and happy meal with mcchicken sauce. Burgers missing pattys, expired milk and no mcchicken sauce.

This will be the third and final time we use the neighborhood McDonald's. I'd rather drive 10 minutes out of my way for staff who can get the job right.

They're illiterate. Cant even read my order enough to give me everything I ordered, its pretty sad when a second grader could handle your job better.
Good job guys, maybe next time you can sound the word out to figure out what it means.

Picked up a Mcdouble meal to go at approx 12: 00 from this location to take back to work.work is a 3 minute drive back. Was hoping for a nice hot meal however was GRAVELY disappointed. Not only was BOTH the burger and fries cold, I had to through the fries out b/c they were not even close to being fresh, the burger I had to heat up and even then didn't have a fresh taste as the patties were like they were sitting out on the counter and not even close to being hot.epic fail folks.never again

They always forget my items I order, today it was my son's bacon that goes with his hotcakes and BACON. I know it's not really a big deal, but try explaining that to a 3 year old.

Everytime I go here they have 5 parking spots filled with cars told to pull out of the drive thru and wait for their orders. How does this always happen? Even if I just order one thing. Disorganized
