I’m a regular customer at this McDonalds (3-4 visits a week) and I have to say the best part of my day is interacting with some of the amazing staff here, Ava is always such a friendly and pleasant server, and makes sure my order is right every time! The best Mcdonalds staff in all of Halifax is right here on Quinpool!

HI Mcdonald managers, tc care of quinpool location delivery.they many times give me cold food, the staff is not respect to the customers.staff is happy in their own world.staff including all levels need a training bad customer service.
I opted curv side pick up this is the 5th time that they give me stale food.and when i back to store a lady misbehaving.she seemed immature.why do you hire immature.

Please focus on that.provide fresh food.

Slowest drive thru I have ever visited. You are just taking advantage of the fact that your position is bringing you people no matter what. 30 min for a coffee! What are you guys doing inside there? !? ! Congratulations to the manager.

Just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru trying to get breakfast. The staff didn't know how to process a gift card OR a credit card properly.

Through the dozens and dozens of McDonald's I have been to, this has by far been the absolute worst. I wish I could give 0 stars. There is never anyone at the tills, and they are extremely slow, if you are going in expect to wait 3 time as long as any other McDonald's. Awful.

One of the worst Macdonald’s I visited in my life! My Big Mac was actually a Lettuce burger. The meats were so small and they put a lot of lettuce around it to make more volume. Awful! And the decoration is ugly and outdated. The guy at cashier didn’t receive trining for mobile offers as well.

No ketchup at all on our burgers.we are staying in a hotel it’s not like we can just go into our fridge for ketchup… and plus didn’t provide correct dipping sauce

The. Worst. McDonald's. Ever. Always short staffed. Everything takes forever. The floor was sticky and gross throughout the dining room today and I only got part of my order and no receipt.

This place is the best campare to other Mac. Staff professional and most of them have a good attitude!

I don't usually post negative comments but when you use the McDonald's app and park at curbside pick up and watch 7 cars that pulled up to the drive thru line AFTER you submit your order. That's not good enough. This was at 615pm. There was 8 cars in line before I ordered & 7 cars joined the line after I ordered & all got served before my order.

Fast but I didnt get bacon and I repeated it twice. Wasnt charged for bacon but after repeating it twice, I was sure they heard me

Food is fine but even if there isn't a line there seems to always be a delay at this location. Important to note Ive only gone through the drive through

Drive thru staff believe saying hello and you’re welcome are optional. High rate of error at this location too

They misheard me and got my order wrong, but I don't really care. The line was long and most times people are confused where it starts/ends. Employees seem frantic/overwhelmed during rush times. It takes a while for my food (never a big order) to be ready, not convenient or fast like one expects from a McDonalds. But the main issue I had: there were multiple people not wearing masks and not socially distanced, and no employees told them that it's required if you are not seated. I got my food and got out fast, feeling unsafe. Will not be returning to the restaurant

Horrible service added with Horrible Quality. Nothing like standing at the counter for 10 mins having people look at you but not serve you. Then get annoyed when you complain. It's like management doesn't care here. Let alone the bathrooms are disgusting and don't get cleaned proper if at all.

After spending over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru finally get to the menu board place an order simple coffee and bagel with butter waiting another 6 minutes to get to the window to pick up my food and the gentleman asked me to park my car you're asking me to park my car because you can't get a coffee and a bagel ready in 6 minutes hopefully the management of McDonald's would read this with some type of response

Awful service, even had a customer leaving mention how bad the service was not the first time either. Thank you!

Worst service at this location. Can you add (-) minus rating star so that i can give you minus -5 rating. Don’t know how to serve and talk with customers even the customer is polite with them. Disappointed

They don’t know how to respect and deal with customers. The guy who was working in night shift was so rude. He made my day disappointed and bad. I will never come back

Been in Halifax, Nova Scotia for 5 years and have never got a window slammed at me. The quality of people has degraded so much that now they are rude. The person had my order and was giving reason to not give me a simple extra fries (for which I already had a reward). I have all the conversation recorded on my car dash cam!

Worst customer service.
Manager named Rony, does not know how to talk politely with customers. Could I give your zero rating if possible.

Very bad experience, never get ketchup for my fires, even I asked for on the app, and no ketchup at all

The service was great the nuggets were COMPLETELY dried out and inedible. The fries were also looked like they had sat under a heat lamp for hours. Not a happy customer and just threw out the food.

Terrible! Workers could barely speak English. Could not understand them nor hear them with the stupid masks. Horrible. Would not go back! /

I go to the location in bayers lake every morning for my coffee, always a mobile order and I'm usually the only one in the line and I am always surprised at the shock that the person seems to have about my mobile order of a single coffee

Worst experience, the Indian girl over in the drive thru before a few minutes around 11: 30 to 11: 55pm dec19,2020 seemed not having good customer service and also upon seeing Indians, behaved and talked rudely when we informed her that the hot coffee beverage was cold and not at all fresh. We asked for cancellation of the entire order which was communicated to her manager which returned less then half the money, probably due to some
Miscommunication between them, but then when we came back to gather the rest of the unreturned money, she asked, ’what’s your problem? ’ with a lot of attitude. This was her behaviour with customers. Extremely bad experience, management should do something abt their staff attitude.

Pretty much impressed by the service. Drive thru moving very fast. Always got fresh food. Excellent service by bikram and simrab

Servers were quick! I practically waited 4 minutes no need to sit and my order was ready at the snap of my fingers.

McDonald's is McDonald's, this Quinpool location does have very young and rowdy crowd during the school year and weekends.

Typical mcdonalds but with a new twist? Some how a few chips ended up in both my burgers, my friend also had the chips in her burgers. Not really upset, mostly just confused.

Lots of places without power, place was packed but staff was friendly and service was quite speedy given the circumstances.

The WORST SERVICE, my goodness there’s always a line they are the slowest “fast food” I’ve ever seen I don’t understand why they all just sit around with a line up out to the street. Food is always cold but I mean after a 20 minute wait why would your food be fresh! Skip the wait and drive to Mumford rd. This location is absolutely terrible.

Whoever runs this McDonald's has no idea what they're doing, it's a complete unorganized disaster. This is a real shame because it's also kind of a beloved local icon. There's no reason it needs to be this way. Please try harder.

A list of issues during my visit:
- No receipt given
- Onions on burger despite requesting no onion
- No salt on fries
- Given takeout bag despite eating in
- No straw in bag
- Flat pop
- General terrible state of the restaurant
- No condiments/napkins station
- No separate compost/recycling bins
- Garbage bins overflowing

I'm not somebody who is easily bothered by poor service but this is just sad.

Also I've heard they're planning to remove the beautiful historic mural on the wall? What is wrong with whoever makes these decisions? Please focus on fixing the problems with your restaurant and not removing the one notable thing that everyone loves.

Went there, they toke forever, then finally when they brought out my food I told them they messed up my order, then, they didn’t even ring in my order after I told them! Then finally after waiting 10 minutes they came up to me and told me what did you want sir? I told them my order, junior chicken with no mayo and Caesar salad with no bacon, not too hard to remember. They messed up the junior chicken AGAIN, then finally had to wait another 10 minutes just for a poorly made junior chicken, the store wasn’t even busy. In total waited around 40 minutes for 2 items. Will not be visiting again.

It's a McDonald's so expectations approriate. But the service and quality at this are sub par compared to the field. There is constantly a long wait and the order is more often than not wrong or just half @$$ put together. For example tonight I got a large fry that wasnt even half full. Like I said it's McDonald's so I know what to expect but this location constantly ubderwelms at the simplest of task.

It's strange. It doesn't have a self-serve fountain pop station. It doesn't have self-serve food kiosks, and it's missing an order screen to show when your order is ready. They also got our order wrong. I'm sure it's not always chaos in there, but it definitely seemed like a gong show tonight.

I don't eat out at fast food places often. But I appreciated the nice and fast customer service. The restraunt was clean and I liked the new renovations.

0 stars you don't get a star when you don't put someone on cash that speaks English, to hell with mc Donald's I could not ask the most basic question "do you have summer deals on still" 3 times I asked this question clearly all I get back is a reply of "no only 3$ *he points at deal on screen *" when I make the order for 2 of them I see about 30 seconds later on screen they still have the deal. Screw them I feel bad for the one team leader there it must be hell for her.

We stopped in and ordered the Mango Smoothie. It was very good. I order the Fries and they were hot and not over salted. I had a little problem when I asked for the McNuggets, They asked if I wanted dipping sauce. When I asked for Honey Mustard they kept trying to give me Hot Mustard. It took a little effort to get the server to say they did not have Honey Mustard. I was ok with that. When order was given the server put the Hot Mustard on the tray even after I had said I was not interested in the Hot Mustard dipping sauce.

I dunno if anyone working knew what they were doing. I also felt foreign (wait am i at the immigration office?) while at the counter. The bathroom was, to say the least unpleasant. And my bacon n egger was burnt to a black crisp.
Forget that, the guy at the side/ order wait line was standing there before i walked in and is probably still waiting for his order and im long gone.

Service was terrible got my order wrong twice and had to go back after I got home because my orange juice tasted like water not very impressed.

For a 24 hour McDonald they don't have all there stuff available and are very disorganized to the point where they don't have the stuff in that they need to make you your choice of meal or drink

Use to be great service. I got for coffee once a week. The service and cleanliness has seriously gone down hill the last couple of months.

Was there to pick up Uber eats order.first of all they make the order disorganized and slowly. They make the order and put on side, not giving to the drivers. Spring Garden MCD is way better

The meat in Big Mac wasn't in its best taste. It felt brittle. The hash brown and McNuggets were good though.

Actually about a 3.5. Typical McDonald's, however it is a little bigger with a raised area with a large window next to the sidewalk. Great for people watching.

The staff messed up my order, I ordered medium iced coffee with extra cream and ice. 1st time, he gave my coffee to another guest, 2nd time he gave me wrong size, 3rd time, he made it wrong again, at 4th time, the manager stepped in and helped my order. Oh man, it's just a simple order! I know the store has new staff and I do appreciate their work. But just please be more focus at work. Two weeks ago, I had bad experience with new staff here too with my order but it was still acceptable and I let it go without complaining.
