The young lady that works there is always polite, fast, and efficient.

Terrible experience…they messed up our order (drive-thru), the lady with red bangles at window was super rude and have no customer service skills. I wish I could give zero star!

Dear McDonald’s Bayers lake. If someone orders a plain burger it’s obviously for their dog. I just got one and clearly it was just taken out of a bun. It was covered in onion and condiments.

It’s not that’s difficult get it right.

Fries were raw and food had to be remade twice to meet dietary needs. Barely an apology and my order went to the bottom of the queue every time it had to be remade. Not impressed.

There needs to be wifi when you go thru the drive thru, to get the codes.very frustrating!
Everything else is great.

Update Sept 4 2022: we tried again at this location because my husband wanted Wendy's, kidd wanted mcdonalds. We went in the drive thru and it was around 930. Noone greeted us at the speaker. Husband asked "are you guys closed? " Noone answered, we went around the turn.there were 2 cars being served. What rotten service!

We had the worst service here ever. We got 3 bug macs, and 1 happy meal with sweet and sour sauce and apple juice.

The time it took to get our food was very long, there was 2 orders ahead of mine

There was no seating (even pre covid, seating a family of 4 would have been rough) they have 1 table with chairs and 2 tables with stools, that I seen.

Upon getting my order, there was no sweet and sour sauce, and the apple juice was bitter water. It was so light and watered down it was disgusting. Told the clerk and he said he would make me a new one, I waited so long for a new one, my husband finished his meal and told me to go and sit down so I can eat mine which was now cold. Instead if getting me my drink, the clerk waited on other people, stocked, and basically walked around like he didn't know what to do he seemed out of place. So my husband finally got another drink made, it was the same bitter disgusting taste.

So my child who is autistic, was ok with fruitopia at the machine.

Afterwards I said I was going to order a tea. How bad can you fick that up? Well they did. It was gross. They are supposed to give give two tea bags for an xlg tea, I was provided one. A new clerk needed to make me a new one, it was way too weak and too much milk was put in it (I believe he put 4 milk and not two)

While I was waiting previously for my food, I was already getting a bad feeling when 4 people came in with wrong or missing orders.

I will never come back to this location.what an awful experience. We just moved here, not even a week and decided to check put the stores down there and stop for a bite.

Came at 12: 50 to eat. The doors were locked and someone was inside and trying to ignore us. I tried the drive through and they didn't pick up or explained anything. If they are lacking employees they should at least put a sing or explain instead of just ignoring customers.

This location seems to always intentionally underfill the fries. We often order medium fries and all other locations give you significantly more. They also seem to intentionally place the coffee order sticker right over the frequent buyer sticker (it happens so consistently that it can't possibly be accidental). I know we can choose not to go here or go to a different location but it's convenient and of a different location is on our way, we absolutely choose to go to a different location instead. I also recognize the challenges in staff hiring and retention but this particular location also seems to have the most unpleasant and grumpy staff, which would be down to management.

Fruit flies that happens and not the Greatest Big Mac but, the staff is trying God love them. All women I believe on the evening shift.

They get my order right only 50% of the time at best. Because of this, I started mobile ordering for pickup. They still get it wrong. I asked for a cheese burger. I ask for no onions and extra pickles. I get onions and no pickle. I asked for no mustard add mayo at $0.40 extra. I get no mustard no mayo. In the last month, 3 out of 6 orders were wrong and on 2 occasions I was without a straw for my drink. I also waited 13 min for a mobile order while I watched 10 vehicles go through the drive-thru. 6 were there ahead of me

Been there 2 times this week for breakfast and both times my order was wrong. Repeated it multiple times into the speaker then waited at the window for someone to come back to fix my order and everyone inside ignored me. Very frustrating when a simple order for one person isn't right and you can't get any help fixing it. Staff needs more training and to actually put a little effort in.

Super clean and staff was really friendly. Thank you guys. Maps hours showed they will be close at 11 pm. I went there at 10: 50 pm. They were still opened. Nice Timing too ️

So sorry but I cannot give you a good review I am really disappointed in McDonald’s I went there on two different occasions thinking the first on what this was one of those bad experiences since then I have had two cheeseburgers that are absolutely horrible there’s absolutely no flavor there is No flavor and the bun is so flat reallylooking when you do have cheese on it it’s just sort of sitting there absolutely no flavor I don’t know what you’re doing but I do not think that is what anybody wants to eat anybody wants to eat a hamburger it was horrible I will not be back and I have been going to McDonald’s for a lot of years thank you

Only once had problems with the coffee at this location still go here every morning before work for coffee never had an issue since that day

I enter the store, look around, see people. People of different shapes and colors. It truly does hold a local friendly atmosphere. You can love it, or hate it but at the end of the day McDonald's is the place you go when you need a quick bite or a little snack. Therefore I don't think anyone can complain about the service being a bit shabby. IM LOVING IT!

Terrible service always give the wrong order, the indian lady in the drive thru counter is rude,

Had issues ordering due to communication with person on intercom. Food was only warm. Asked for no salt on fries, but still had salt on them. Could have been residue from other fries.

Ordered with mobile app, and picked up via drive-thru. Process was very quick and order was (almost) ready when I got to the pickup window
Just I wish they had added the extra caramel I ordered to my McFlurry, maybe next time.

Fries were cold and soggy, also the Barcs Root Beer drink tasted like carbonated water with very little Root beer taste. It was a terrible experience.

Ordered coffee with my meal. Burger and fries were okay but coffee was not at all warm. I ordered it again even next time it was the same.

This McDonald's always has hot EVERYTHING. I've never needed to complain about cold coffee and 95% of the time my order is perfect. NO ONE is perfect but these folks are pretty close.

Service was a really long wait, and all we had was a coffee and tea. Many others who came in after us and ordered food were served ahead of us. Also - bathrooms were appalling which I alerted staff too. Would avoid this location moving forward.

Came in late at night so the staff just looked and acted like they were tired and annoyed at more customers coming in the door.

I was there on my tablet as I do not yet have access to Internet in my home A loser stomped and smashed my tablet just because I stood up for myself. Enjoyed a plesent Christmas with family and enjoying the holidays at my brother's. This occurred on December 28 2019 I have gone to McDonalds all of my life as it is my very favorite fast food restaurant. Never in my life have I ever experienced such a rotten trip to McDonald's This was at the restaurant on Lacewoos Dr. Also I will mention on Mumford two or three of the employees are not friendly.
