The staff are always nice, this is a very busy location. They have alot of folks who come everyday and meet up.

By Far the worst McDonalds In Canada. They push customers though and will have 2 cars waiting in parking lot at all times to keep numbers down, Never put ice in drinks I called about this and still today was the 4th time in 1 month no ice in drink at drive though. I go in store ask for manager and ask her if the ice machine works and she says yes ask her why there is no ice in my drink and she says sometimes ice maker dont work nothing but excuses time after time the only worker in the place that has a brain is Helen

The only McDonald's I've been to Canada where the person taking my order asked me how my day was and commented on the weather.

It looks like a new owner, took over.from the last time we were here.you don't see homeless people begging outside. And rude teenagers, making the place dirty.

Nov 17 at 10 am we would like to add small coffee in the drive thru, and the manager said to go back again to drive thru and order again for a small coffee coz she said she can’t ring it. She was not friendly and lazy

I had a mobile order with jr chicken meal and mcdouble with icecoffee. Large fries. What i got after waiting in line? Just a jr chicken and medium fries. Manager was not ready to listen or instead of apologizing just gave me my other stuff one by one and still messed up with the large fries. I left anyway as my time is more valuable than arguing with them.

Worst, inconsistent, give the wrong order, park you for a coffee in the drive thru, never answer their phone, give cold food, give small portions of fries, McDonald's in HRM. Food is good, sometimes, but not great more often.packed the wrong order tonight with the Uber driver.now it's inconvenient for us and him. Right invoice, wrong food.

Not the best service I've had but also not the worst. The burgers I got were built wrong and wrapped badly so they fell over in the bag and made a mess. Every order comes in a bag even if the display says tray because they don't want you to stay. The employees don't care and it shows. There's not even a stack of trays so obviously it comes down from management.

Absolutely horrible.didn't complete my order and refused any solutions and were extremely rude will never be back!

I’ve never in my life came to a McDonald’s and the burger test different. Not anywheres in the world where you can go and say this big Mac tastes different. But I come to spryfield and I get the wrong order and then there’s a old smelly mc double in my bag! And the cheese looked old. I didn’t even ask for cheese. And they still it was the wrong order…

Short staff can understand and its alright. But rude morning staff to delivery drivers especially bith old Karens.

I found the car breaker and a nice homeless guy having a soda. One of our nuggets came bitten from the box. Baby chair was clean and wrapped in tons of plastic. Soap wasn't found in toilet. Huge ice cream too!

I used to go here. Not much anymore. It's been better food wise, recently. My coffee was hot and my bacon and egg McMuffin, was inside the bun. The drive thru cashiers were great, but, the last 2 visits, the line was so slow, I'd have left, if I could have.
It was 20 minutes and 35 minutes, behind 4 and 5 cars, respectively.

The only problem was the drive-thru wasn't working so we had to go inside and then they forgot one Burger but we went back in and they apologized and gave us a burger.

I ordered junior chicken burger but they used mcchicken patie in the burger instead of junior. Most irresponsible people work here

I am delivery driver and I asked for a coffee in the middle of the night. The lady on the drive through shift (23/04/2022) told me that I don’t have time for your free stuff. How rude and insulting she was! It’s not from her pocket and this employee is behaving badly to the company’s customers and destroying the reputation of the company. This is insane

Were there in drive thru for 10 mins and they still gave us two chilled coffee and when we aak them to hot they gave us attitude that this is how the coffee is done i mean seriously worst place to ever go for the beverage blnever recommend to anyone.

I love Mcdonald's french fries and almost everyday we are buying here in this store. I want to give a credit to the staff and they did not disappoint me being friendly and accomodating even the fries was a little bit cold it compensate with their positive attitude.

"Egg sandwich with cheese, no bacon. " for a vegetarian somehow transforms in the mind of the drive through attendant to "Sausage and Egg sandwich. No cheese. Add bacon. "

It should not be possible for a person to be this incompetent. Even just messing up the "no bacon" part, sure.can throw that out. Whatever.

I look forward to discovering the next iteration of vegetarian meal they offer. Maybe they'll substitute the english muffin for more sausage patties.

The staff was very rude! They don’t know how to talk. They only rush customers. Also they provide cold coffee instead of hot. If we go for return they deny and just give money back. Would never visit again! Staff of the Company like McDonald’s should not behave rude to their customers. Poor service!

Its macdonalds what can I say.stop eating fast food. But its fast for a reason. It's pretty convenient when you forgot to wat and are hungry on the road or you're too lazy to cook.

I wish I lived in a different area somtimes. This one is so slow. Worst service. Why does it take 25 minutes to have one order prepared. Absalouty rediculos.no need of that.

Honestly the worst McDonald's location in all of Nova Scotia. The past 5 times I went there was a minimum of one thing wrong with my order, either missing food like a hash brown, having ice in the drink when asking for no ice, having burgers made wrong and the list goes on. To top it all off the customer service here is the worst. They cut you off while you're ordering in the drive-tru to ask "is that it". The best part is when you are waiting for food or a drink and one person brings it to the window but doesn't pass it out while the rest of them have personal conversations. Then they look at you like you're crazy when you get their attention and ask for your stuff so you can go. Never coming back to this location as I've finally had it with them.

Omg been waiting 10 mins for a hamburger and I mean a regular hamburger and still don't have it!

I couldn’t stop myself to say that’ ‘They need more staff at nights’. They always busy, lined up and big online orders. (Uber)
2-3people can’t run whole place it’s stressful.
But still their service and way of dealing with costumers 10/10.

The service isnt very fast and my icecream was half melted by the time she brought it out to our car which means it sat out for awhile which i think wasnt very sanitary

Cold fries as usual, rarely get good fries, service not that good, it is always dirty when I go in, not lately because it has been closed for eating in. They usually get my order wrong and burgers are cold. It is one of the worst McDonalds around.

I hate going and only go if nothing else is open and then wish I went somewhere else.

Ordered Big Mac with fries. Fries were very over salted and cold, then half way through my burger I found a black hair in it. Top it off when I opened the burger I discovered the pickles had weird brown spots and they were moldy looking. Not sure if it was mold or not but definitely unappetizing and won’t be revisiting this location ‍️

Waiting in drive thu, 3 cars that were behind me got served before me, when I told the employee was told the ringer doesn't always work, I mentioned they might want to get it repaired then when I went to the next window they had my order totally wrong, I said that's not my order" and was promptly told I didn't have to be rude, I was frustrated and told her, her reply, she just looked at me.

Ask for receipt, was told it was in the bag, it wasnt and bought crispy chicken, very cheap on the lettuce and tomato.

Terrible experience, I saw many times most of all crew used hand touching food directly without any gloves, and treat delivery guys unfriendly and disrespect them.

The manager offered me free food for an inconvenience. Now, that's a nice customer service skills.

Was told to wait for our order and pulled into a spot. I don't usually mind waiting because it means our food would be hot at least. When our food was eventually brought to us it was very cold.awful service

17 bucks for two burgers smaller than the palm of my hand and an instant trip to the bathroom. Never again

Very friendly staff. Always very clean. This location always seems to be short staff at times takes quite awhile to get your order. The drive thru line they always have people parked. I see more orders carried out to vehicles waiting by staff then people getting their orders thru the drive thru window. It is not the staffs fault that they never have enough people working that would be the owner of this location. When you try to order yourself at the kiosks inside, I have never seen anyone get a printed receipt, either they have been broken since they installed them or they just don't put paper in them. But I say again the staff has always been nice to me and the coffee is great

It's a pretty standard McDonald's. If you like McDonalds or hate McDonald's this won't change your world view.

Worst McDonald there is, extremely slow, horrible customer service, cold food no matter what time of day. Would recommend driving across the city to another location if you are set on McDonald's. Otherwise the gas used to drive anywhere else is well spent for a hot meal. Tried this location multiple times before leaving a review. I will not be returning to this location,  it's just a waste of money.

Unprofessional staff. I was delivering an order. Took me 20 minutes to drive to this restaurant after accepting the order. Turned out these guys have not even started the order untill I reached there. After that, the guy preparing the order just put my order at their counter and started preparing for another order. I tried picking up the order from the counter because noone from the staff would respond to me. Then the manager came in saying you cant do that. Like seriously? What else do you expect? Should I have waited for another 20 minutes for you guys to respond to me?

They made my Burger three times before getting it correct. I witnessed several orders being returned while I was here. I don't think I will hurry back here

They got my order wrong yet AGAIN! I asked for no pickles.the paper on my burger said "no pickles" and I bit into pickles!

Can't make a double double coffee to save their lives! I have tried, many times, they ALWAYS mess it up. Makes sense though since they park every drive though order and rarely get the whole order correct anyway. Absolute worst McDonalds in the HRM! Would post negative stars if it allowed!

Love their egg mcmuffin. I usually have one every second week when I go to pick up my granddaughter.

It was worst experience at drive thru. I went 2 times there I have to wait at least 45 minutes.

Orders are always wrong, got 3 drinks today that were warm, no ice, they must have been sitting around for an hour.
I tried to call the store, they picked up and hung up twice. Can never understand the staff either.

Best McDonald's ive ever had. Hot and fresh and nice workers. When I was living in Ontario I stopped buy food there because it was junk. I was blown away when I was starving and grabbed some mcdoubles

Just about the worst McDonalds to ever go to for service and food taste they will ask you three times what food you want and still mess it up, I want to like it because I am from the area but man are they disorganized. Clayton Park Mcdls food tastes much better and is usually hot. We actually gave up completely on going to this location. The 5 star reviews are obviously fake.
