I was at work and order poutine for my friend, who work at Walmart but forgot to send him order number and left my phone in lunch room. They said him we get order for poutine but didn’t gave him order cos he don’t have order number.

Clean tables, Fresh hot food&drink, Good guests service (Lil wait but of-course busy staff). Thanks you to all team for there service.

Only one person ahead of me, already ordered and waiting. I stand at the counter waiting to order. After about 3 minutes I'm acknowledged with, "I'll be with you shortly". Ok. In the meantime, people are ordering from the kiosks. I'm now into 10 mins waiting. She gives the 1st lady her order and instead of coming and taking my order, she proceeds to fill the orders of those who ordered after me, from the kiosk. I left. Totally lousy service and the cooks looked like they'd been wearing the same uniform for a week while sleeping in them between shifts. Gross.

Went in 8: 15 this morning, and waited at the counter for several minutes while staff slowly cleaned coffee containers in front of me. Staff ignored me, so I left and spent money at their competition.

At around 440 Aug 16 I heard a manager talking bad about a family that comes in on a regular infront of a line of guests, very unprofessional saying she hates dealing with her because she gets anxiety from them. Sits and talks about customers and is a manager.

It was quick, but we ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and a cheeseburger with only ketchup, and the bacon double cheeseburger had no bacon and the only ketchup burger had 2 pattys, onions, pickle and mustard. Staff is freindly though.

Clean restaurant and recently renovated. No wait or line when I went and it was easy to use the screen to order. Fries were super fresh and the staff were nice. I'd give it 5 stars if they had the full McCafe menu.

Another place that makes it hard for people to access without vehicle, I don't get why half of the places offer delivery and these places don't. It's really unfair and your not going to get service. Think about how much people will put towards delivering their food, you have 2 nearby towns which is possible. I'll be putting my business towards places that will actually get my food delivered to me. I'll be sending a complaint about this to the corporation, places like this NEEDS delivery or you wont get CUSTOMERS.
