McDonald's

There is nothing fast about this food. No one working window to take orders, food is cold, garbage everywhere, fruit flies at the collect counter and in the ketchup dispenser. When asked why no one is working the desk, the manager used the excuse that "5 or 6 staff called in tonight". There are about 4 staff standing around literally socializing. In my opinion, this place should be shut down for health reasons and for incompetence.

Worst service we've ever had at a McDonald's. Only two people waiting for food inside restaurant when we went in. Staff buzzing all over the place. I waited 13 mins at counter to place my order with numerous staff members walking by me doing or saying nothing. We almost left, I wish we had. The girl that took our order mumbled couldn't hear what she saitables on't think she was someone that normally took orders. After I placed my order it was another 20 mins atleast before we recvd order. Several people behind us received their order first. No apologies or anything said about our wait at all. We wasted over an hour by the time we ate in our travel schedule. Normally if we stop at a mcDs on way to Hfx takes a half hour tops with bathroom breaks. The tables had bags of garbage on them. Not many clean to sit at and eat. Never again will we go to this location. They catered to the drive thru! No friendly staff at all! Been reading all the bad reviews, why doesn't head office do anything about this location?

Just a pick up of food for my workers who are helping me pack. Personally I don't Luke McDonalds.

Horrible curbside experience. Waited for over half hour for my food. A very simple order. During the entire time we waited, not one person's order was brought out.

Very slow service and inaccuracy. I used to come a lot but it’s become worse over time with consistent inaccurate orders and wait times of over 20 minutes.

I ordered through the app, waited almost an hour.didn't receive everything I paid for and spent almost $50. I was lied to from Irene Cail and ignored.don't waste your time at this establishment. I'm absolutely disgusted with how we were treated

Went to McDonald's on Friday May 13th, the drive through, the young man was nice and had manners but I didn't receive all my order. I got home and had to go back. The manager (a young man) on duty didn't apologize for the inconvenience that it was for me at all to go back for the rest off my order, not even sorry or thank you, very unpleasant, he should learn some manners from the young boy that was handing out the orders at the window!

Great customer service & well timed orders. Even under mass amounts of pressure and stress quality of products are as advertised! 5/5

Don't order online for delivery, the order is always wrong, they don't send any of the sauces; this time they forgot the Big Mac meal, two apple pies, a poutine and again didn't send any sauces, coffee is black. And if you call the delivery service, you have to pay them a second time to bring.
