Basic McDonald's foods hit or miss. Coffee is great, the staff are friendly. Inside is usually decent for cleanliness minus the floor always feels like a greasy skating rink. Prices now are in the territory of sit down dining which obviously tastes better.

In the last 5 orders i have had they have gotten it wrong 3 times.they don't apologize, they don't answer the phone and they don't seem to care.for the price it's become it's not worth it

Young man working drive thru at around 10: 30pm August 27th exceptionally well mannered. Food good.

The macdonalds in liverpool are not giving seniors the 30 cents off the tea its 144 cents everywheres else. But liverpool. Macdonalds is 174.cents do the math. Their tea is now almost 2.00 dollars the manager is racking the people pver big time there in liverpool. Wht is your damn tea cost so much

Staff were friendly and the custom orders were well prepared. Service was a little slow but not too bad overall.

Fairly standard service expected from a McDonald's. Thoroughly satisfied with what I ordered.

I was waiting for my food but apparently Rob the manager ate my food and they had to redo the order. Lol!

Only went there to get coffee, because the Tim Hortons across the street is being renovated. So very busy with everyone going to McDonald's to get their caffeine fix.

Same ol' same ol' when You expect poor customer service, you are not shocked when it's not good. Clearly smiles are no longer free there, I see why they took them off the menu. The person who waited on me was not bad but the person running good to the drive thru was complaining about a man who yelled at her for his meal that took 30 minutes. The nerve of him! The food was what I expected however the mcdoubles seems to be on the fresher juicier ad I saw. Not mine however. Oh well, better Luck next time Liverpool!

Food was prepared well.kudos to whoever owns it.much better quality than previous owners. Staff friendly and polite!
