McDonald's

My friends and I have visited this drive thru (which claims to be open 24hrs) two nights in a row, around 11: 45 both times, and each time we have been turned away because they say their “system is reebooting” and they give us a randomly estimated time, we waited the 20 mins they told us to wait, went back and they told us they STILL couldn’t take our orders and turned us away.

Took almost 10 mins to get a breakfast sandwich. Staff very slow, and most seemed like it was their first day. The person making the orders slid the sandwiches down the 'ramp with such force that the sandwiches were falling out of the wrapper. I observed one person putting my sandwich back together and rewrapoing it. I requested a new sandwich because he was handling money earlier and no idea the last time the belt was cleaned.

We go to the 24 hour drive threw and we get told that thay are closed on a 24 hour drive threw. Very disapointed.

Rarely eat at McDonald's and this was a nail in the coffin. Stopped at this McDonalds on the way back from the zoo with my family. The McDonalds looked fairly new and it wasn't busy with maybe only 12-14 people including us inside. Ordered through the panel and paid. It took quite awhile for our "fast" food to be ready. Meanwhile we changed table twice as there was food on the floor and/or the tables were dirty. We even wiped down the dirty child chair ourselves. Once we had our food, we noticed the most flies I've seen in a restaurant which made eating a constant swatting affair. Then after rushing to eat and get out, I take the trash to the garbage can and it's over flowing. I had to leave our tray on top of it. While there, we did not see one worker in the place doing any sort of clean up. We debated waiting for an A&W or going to Wendy's and we should have done so.

Almost every time I go here they mess up something with my food. I ordered a happy meal with the burger plain and got no patty at all, just cheese and bun. How do you forget the burger part of a burger. This and many other times like this have made it so I will never come to this McDonald’s again.

I am very disappointed
My mother and I got breakfast this morning each ordering ice coffees, my mother gets hers sugar free because she is a type one diabetic, I get mine with caramel, so lots of sugar. THEY LABLLED THE COFFEES WRONG. So my diabetic mother got the full of sugar coffee instead of her sugar free coffee. We can't switch as we work in different offices, I am glad I was able to notify her before she drank hers.

TWICE in a row, TWO DAYS I have ordered through the app TWO DAYS in a row. I always get my ice coffee with your sugar free syrup because I am an insulin dependant diabetic. The first day I get my daughters caramel. Second day I get regular syrup!
Thanks for nothing, people order a certain way for a reason. If your employees can not make it correctly, or just figure no one will notice.guess what. WE DO!

Continually disappointed with the quality of food at this location as well as the accuracy of orders. I had five orders going through the drive-through that were completely wrong. The manager tried to amend the situation and offered me a complementary meal which an exchange I asked for muffins instead. The muffin order was wrong.
I know that there are some people that have probably received the wrong order as well and as times are tough financially and otherwise receiving outstanding service from such a large chain should be at the forefront. McDonald’s has gone downhill not that I eat there anyway, I usually get muffins or Diet Coke from time to time, but this is just lower than standard.
McDonald’s as you’re feeding into the epidemic of obesity and diabetes how about this - up your service up the quality of your food up the basic standards for accuracy of the meals that are ordered and take into consideration that when people spend money at your organization end, it should be 100% accurate bang on and if it’s not, it should be made right. Will never get a Diet Coke, or muffin from McDonald’s ever again. You’ve lost a customer.

So I never went to this location, but I know that this McDonald's was just built, it looks good in the inside what I can tell by the photos on the little pin on the map.

2 lanes, I find the drive thru fast and looks pretty nice inside. Recently open 24 hours now from what I heard,

Cannot get the simplest of orders correct, this is the last time wasting my money at this location, nothing but problems.

Love how there is a little coloring area set up for those with kids. I think there should be no tax for kids meals or at least a lower overall price. Love the food. Really am happy that they have brought out kiwi smoothies although it could have a stronger kiwi taste. Love when their ghost burgers come out bur wish it was a permanent all time flavour. I think all of their menu items like big macs should be available all times of the day.

Every single car is told to park, there was one at the 3rd window and 3 sent to the reserved spots. Then when they brought out my food (quickly enough that I could have waited at the window!) They didn't bring my drink. I bet they have fantastic drive thru times, but clearly that is being prioritized over service.

Stopped in on a hike. Fast friendly service as usual. It was nice and clean, and there was room for more people to sit.

Had to go back to the counter multiple times before could sit and “enjoy” our food. Fries were served cold. Items forgotten. Food was warm but hard to believe it was “fresh”. If going through drive thru or dining in or mobile order, double check your bags. Side note we were the only ones sitting in the restaurant

One of the few McDonald's in the area that doesn't charge the customer to exchange a much more expensive (fo them) bun for a piece lettuce. Otherwise, it's a normal McDonald's.

I just got the worst, and coldest McDonald's ever! Not changing my review after trying this location again.
McDonald's company should be embarrassed about this franchise!

I asked for a Gouda breakfast bagel. They had no bacon or sausage, so I asked for ham…I got it on an English muffin with burnt pieces of bacon tbat the probably scraped off an old pan I’m assuming, since they had no bacon? …and when I called them to complain it just goes to voicemail.

Items shouldn't be offered if they're not available to serve. Where did 15 minutes to be told? I needed to wait longer because the product wasn't available.

Not To mention staff arguing with each other. And yelling at each other.

I had to redo my review and knock off a few stairs. It's happened quite often that'll get a coffee that's black. I double check my order and every time it's supposed to have two cream in it. I don't realize this but the time I get to work usually and it's inconvenient to go back.

I understand you're busy but at the same time you have the order right there in front of you if it's happened to me several times I'm sure it's happened to other people. I've also stood around for 10 minutes because they cleared the board of all the orders I assume to get them off their internal system. Meanwhile eventually have to ask are you going to serve me your food and they look at me with a blank stare what food. I had to show them my receipt and sure enough it was just sitting there waiting to be brought out.

Hilariously inconsistent. One day the service will be great and fast, and the next day it takes 20+ mins to get food and my egg BLT bagel is missing the egg.
