Terrible service, it's definitely not fast food anymore and you never know if it's closed due to some excuse I am a truck driver and the drive thru is not an option for me as someone who doesn't have much time to eat Macdonalds suck

The young guy had so much cologne of after shave on in the drive threw it bled into my car and my car smells like him now, He also threw my bag of food at me and gave me a dirty look. This was about 5 am this morning july 19th. Wont be going back to that mcdonalds again

I grabbed a sausage McMuffin and a coffee to kill some time waiting for my dog at the Vet. Great visit

Tried to get just Mac sauce and onions on a burger.can't be done.pickles, ketchup, mustard. Really?

Worst service you can get in sydney, The foreign folks are mostly rude to you and give you dirty looks. This place really went down hill sadly

Its good but they made the inside all modern and bland.take out always give you pickles, mustard, and onions on your burger even if you asked for none

We clearly didn't get charged enough today as we received an unplanned show with our meal. About halfway through sharing our nuggets my husband and I were witness to an in-dress employee seated in the almost full dining room engaged in a deep-dive dual nostril excavation. Break completed, said employee got up and proceeded to walk behind the counter, touch the kiosk screen, and return dutifully to the fry counter. No sink was encountered between his seat and station. There is no way we were the only customers to witness this atrocity today. This is the most disgusting thing we have ever borne witness to in an establishment that serves food. Nuggets were okay.

The owner or senior manager should read this. We had a horrible experience and what seemed like pure discrimination yesterday morning around 1030am. We placed our order in the drive thru. When we got to the 1st window the young man working was clearly having trouble understanding what we wanted due to language barriers, but after 3 times of telling him, it seemed he understood, so my elderly Mom, who was driving, gave the young man the money for the order and a $5 tip, because he was definitely trying. We arrive at the 2nd window and that's when the trouble started. The woman who greeted us was nothing short of mean to my Mom when we asked for the 2nd orange juice we ordered. We explained that the young man had misunderstood our order and told her what we had wanted. She says.well you didn't pay for it, aggressively showing us the receipt. We ask again for what we want and again she says, well you'll have to pay for it, in a very rude way as if we were trying not to pay. We agreed to pay of course. She gave my Mom the juice, but not the hashbrown, so I tell the woman that my mom gave a 5 dollar tip for this terrible service and she ignored me. We were wearing masks. My mom is going through chemotherapy. I'm immune compromised and there was clear discrimination from this staff member because of it. She should not be dealing with the public. We left feeling awful and in tears. Nothing short of an apology will fix this. All this to get a rare breakfast out.

The food is good but don't get the gravy cause when you order the gravy you only get a half if that.sray away from it

I live nearby to this location and we only go there in a pinch. Most recently when the power was out and they were one of the few places still open. I am not being hyperbolic when I say they have never once got our order correct. It is easily one of the worst run locations I have been to. If at all possible I recommend one of the other McDonald'slocations in Sydney, or just any of the other fast-food choices near by.

They make the best Coffee n they won't mess it up like a few places! Nice and hot every time with happy workers:)

Very fast service and very friendly. Glad they were open after the hurricane. Tons had no power and it was the fastest service I've ever had.

The kids love this place no matter where we travel. This particular McDonald's was okay. The food came fast and the restaurant was clean and modern. The love the kiosk and using the app. It seemed busy so I guess business is good.
