It's McDonald's they managed to make the mcrib the pork version of the quarter pounder.

I popped in for a quick breakfast, everything was as usual, but the table was dirty, although there weren’t very many visitors!

Please make sure your lettuce/veggies aren't slimy, gross and clearly not past thier dates, multiple times I've gotten veggies on a sandwich that were NOT suitable to eat and I've just taken them off. But it definitely ruins the whole meal. It's not hard to keep up on food dates. Or like, use your eyes the lettuce was BROWN

I like the food but didn't't like the staff, especially the manager (Ethan). He was very rude and unprofessional. Expect a high level of professionalism from one of the biggest food chains in the world.

Actually it is not 24-hours service, because once I dropped by at 4: 00 am and it was closed due to cleaning maintenance. You guys out there need to know that cleaning maintenance carries out 1 hour from 4am to 5am. Good to know.

Most teams were dirty. Hars to find any clean seat. Quality of burgers were soso. Toppings were outside the burger

I am heartbroken. I ordered a nugget happy meal and a cheeseburger, but only got my burger and nuggets. No fries.: (

Only guy in the store is me, very early in the morning just one coffee is all i need, worker still needs to print me a slip of paper, worker walks around for a while then slowly starts to pour coffee, stops, walks around some more, goes out back, comes back stands there for awhile back to me, finishes my coffee slowly walks away, then comes back, puts lid on coffee, walks very slowly over to me calls slip number very loud like he doesn't remember i am the only guy there, i waste paper in the trash, take my coffee and leave. Would you go back?

Food is good, but service varies too much between visits. Sometimes you get served quickly with good to go packaging, other times you are served out of order with half filled food, a mess, poor packaging, and no napkins. Training and hiring could be better

I have two children that live with me and 1 of them didn't get a toy with her happy meal. Should be called the sad meal because she's now crying.

At the front till I ordered a quarter pounder BLT, just the sandwich. The employee asked: would you like to make that a meal? And I said sure! Why not.
He asked if I wanted it with a sprite. I said no thanks, I’ll take an iced tea. He said okay and did something on the till.
When I received my order I received a sprite. I said to the employee, Hey, I’m really sorry, but I actually ordered an iced tea. Would you mind remaking it for me?
The man proceeds to jab his finger at the word ‘sprite’ on the receipt he had and said ‘Well what do you think it says here! It’s what you ordered! ’
Me: I think your coworker made a mistake. I don’t like sprite. Could I please get an iced tea?
Him: I guess. No ice though. No ice in the sprite either.

First off, this was so rude. But mostly. Why are you guys upselling drinks without mentioning that you don’t have ice? I wouldn’t have ordered a drink at all if I’d known. My quarter pounder was burnt and had no mustard or ketchup. I would give zero stars if I could.

This place is definitely not following health and safety protocols. No one is wearing gloves.

Huge warning! Before you order anything from the display donuts or any others in the display, check that there are no bugs or flies. No one would probably want to eat the eggs of the flies!

TL;DR
terrible customer service, awful store

Store is awful, always busy and crowded, serivce is always awful, staff are rude and inconsiderate, washrooms require a pin to enter that is only printed on the recipts, unfortunately the staff never give you your recipts so you're pretty much outta luck if you wanna use the washroom, my girlfriend was sick and needed the washroom but couldn't access them because she didn't get her recipt.
Ordered 2 hot chocolates, neither of them were hot, let alone luke warm, neither was the third i got exchanged, and they made my girlfriend sick to begin with, horrible excuse of a McDonald's

Ive gone to this location to either receive cold coffee/tea, no sauce and other condiments on or with my things. Its not the worst, by any means, but I expected better.

The tables are sometimes dirty, since the store is small, social distancing is tricky so I understand a staff member waiting until theres more room.

Needs some Improvement for sure. The staff so far have been super friendly.

Small McDonalds with all the usual setup. Order at kiosk screens or counter. Fast Service. AC worked well on a hot day.

I don’t like it. The food is good when I’m short on time but tables always seem to be dirty.
Today I and other “guests” had the pleasure of having our feet mopped while eating.
Person mopped the floor without sweeping and mopped all the discard into a pile. Then

Open 24*7. Staffs were friendly. Helped us when we mixed up the order. Dine in allowed even after 12am.
Right in the heart of the city.

I asked for a large fries and I got the amount for a medium. I was better off asking for a medium and save some money if you’re going to do that.

I wish I could put zero stars. I placed a mobile order (Feb 21 at 6: 06) and arrived at the restaurant and there was 3 people ahead of me that had already ordered. Note that my order was small as it was just a coffee and one burrito. Once they received their order, the screen stated that they were now serving my number. However they served every single person that arrived after me, not to mention the fact that when a friend/co-worker arrived of theirs he was served with his food right at the counter immediately ahead of EVERYONE. The guy handing out the orders, kept giving customers the wrong orders then laughing about it like it was funny. I was the last person served (6: 32) and again he laughed about it. By that time my food and drink was cold, I would of asked for it to be remade but there were other people waiting and I didn't want to be late for work, lastly god knows how long that would of taken. Horrible manners, horrible customer service, horrible attitude.

Horrible customer service. Didn't even give my change! And then messed my order up and then proceeded to talk about me in their language right in front of me. Sorry for expecting my change back smh

Slow and unorganized, foods cold so when ordering in person ask for it fresh its worth the wait, they close for an hour at 4am to clean and set up for breakfast
