It is the worst everything sucked they mixed up everyone's orders and nothing tasted good

French fries were uncooked, rest of the food tasted like it was under heat lamps for several days.

Seems to be the location for the chemically altered.

All ordering stations were broken.

Outside bins full.

Today I visited the McDonald’s location on Nantucket in Dartmouth. I usually make a point of not Going to this location for various reasons like cleanliness. Food made in properly. Managers that think by talking over me that they are right I just chose to de-escalate instead of making the situation worse it almost seem like the manager thought she was putting on a show by the way she talk to me. Very unprofessional. I came in with my wife, my daughter and myself and you’re probably asking why I went back here after having issues before. Well, I believe in second chances, even in the food industry but unfortunately, instead of making the place a more inviting and clean location our shoes stuck to the floor every step we took. I started at McDonald’s when I was in my 20s. I started in the front of the house as a member that took orders from customers. Then, gradually I worked my way to doing fries all day to the grill making hamburgers. And then going into management so for this manager to tell me that what I am seeing and experiencing in her location is corporate policies. I say shame on her. I found McDonald’s to be one of the best morale boosting jobs I have ever done. One last note. I worked at the second most busy McDonald location next to Montreal and this was a Quinpool Road location and kempt Road was the number one busiest location from here to Montreal so it’s not like I’ve never worked in a busy location and i’ll guarantee you’ve never stuck to the floors and garbage wasn’t piling out of the receptacles. We always had a dining room person and anybody that works at McDonald’s was always told you have time to lean you have time to clean again I wish that location luck, but I won’t be participating in it. Signed disappointed customer.

Waited for so long to receive my order. The coffee was not that tasty when compared to other mcd restaurants. Some of the staffs were not at all friendly. Overall not a great place to dine in.

I used to like macdonald's coffee until I tried it from here, it was very bad. I tried fish fillet which was good. The place was not cleaned and not well maintained

Ordered a Sausage McMuffin, and it took them over 10 mins to get it done while it wasn't even busy. Disappointing service.

It keeps getting worse, I think it's time to go to bk or Wendy's instead, and back to Tim's for coffee. Haven't been back for awhile best decision I made.

Should be 1 star. Worst location in HRM. Supervisor on yesterd iwas a real piece of work. Got 2 Happy Neals ans asked for boy toys, what does she put in the box 2 girl toys. Took them back and said they're unisex.not when it's a doll type box. Then said I'd take books two different ones. She said they are all the same. Bring out 2 different boxes at a time. Then went to eat and found mini fries in box, not even a dozen fries between 2 people. Went up and said I want the small fries instead. She taked away from me at young ckerk and said in a snotty voice. If they don't specify they get mini.that's our way. They have officially taken over veing the worst customer service/location in HRM from Portland Street.

Last time I'll ever go there. One girl on front counter, waited over 10 mins to get my coffee I paid for and had to leave without it because I needed to catch a flight. Last time I went they drowned a chicken mcmuffin in so much mayo I couldn't eat it, was disgusting. Need better management and more better trained staff.

It was adventurous as usual. A worker who was off was was cursing about another worker who wouldn't step to her when she told her off. I'll refrain from typing what she actually said. There were numerous customers in the store. No care given whatsoever. She then proceeded to go behind the counter to bag her food, placed her dirty phone where the food goes. Didn't wash her hands at all and touched numerous things in the process.

The food was also garbage. I miss McDonald's actually hiring adults who cared even a little. I can't do it anymore. The manager on duty did nothing at all even though she was also standing right there.

I don't even know how this can even be real, but this mcdonalds is the worst in the whole HRM. Somehow on the last three visits to the drive through they got my order wrong. I thought " oh they can't always mess up", well third times the charm, avoid this mcdonalds and just stop at the quinnpool, mumford or dartmouth crossing locations, they're all great places

For some reason this is the best McDonald's in the city. Mostly because they are usually so quick at getting orders out unlike the rest which I no longer consider "Fast" Food.
