Very helpful girl cashiers. Had a bad day, and can't tell what I want, but after few minutes she add to order what I looking for)

Great ice cream if they have it. All 3 stores near me no ice cream. They are down more than they work. Get new ones or better repair people.

Useless and unfriendly staff in here. They never get anything right. Right now it's dollar days where any size fountain drink is a dollar. I told him I wanted that offer and he charged me $1.50. He argued that was only the medium size that was a dollar so I showed him the offer and he just looked confused so I gave up and paid the $1.50. Also I said No Ice, that was also on the receipt, but guess what, when I got the drink it was full of ice. How difficult could it be? ! That is so typical of this branch. I will never visit again.

The food wasn't very good. I got a chicken mcmuffin meal. The sandwich was sloppy and very salty.

It's like they double cook cold items. Uneatable to say the least.
Worst MacDonald's I have ever ordered from, and I have been to them across Canada.
I gave Fall River MacDonald's 3 chances with no change.

I rarely get an order that is correct, so much so I only use it currently for dollar drinks and even that they make mistakes on. The wait time is horrible, I even waited on day for 30 mins to be handled someone elses order. Can not recommend as their management doesn't even follow up on promises given.

95% of the time they put cheese on my burger even tho the mobile order has no cheese. Sure, I'm getting free cheese, but I cant have lactose. Lady at the window listed off what I ordered and it was corrrect, but then the burger had cheese and pickles and onions when I had those selected as 0 and she even listed them as not being on there. Then she was sitting in the window with her back to me while she just waited for the food. Kinda weird lol

Waited 30 minutes for a chicken burger and fries, got it and the chicken was wet and inedible. Had to wait another 20 minutes for a new one, the sauce was on the side and it was a mess. Horribly understaffed, wasted almost an hour for bad food. Not the staff's fault for being busy: management needs to schedule more people.

The toilet inside the store was clogged and pouring out. This outlet has a common space shared with Wilson's store and only 7-10 seating areas which were very dirty.

Quality and temperature of food is so inconsistent. But it’s cheaper than most other options lol

Although it is an express location with limited menu options, service has always been good for me

The food is McDonald's food. I rated it a 5 because if you've ever had McDonalds and know what to expect, it is an excellent version of that.
Service is ok. The restaurant is really small, and they are trying to manage a busy drive through with counter orders with Mobile App orders. Again, you sort of know what you're getting into when they're 7 cars ahead of you.
Atmosphere is a knock. It's in a gas station. They've tried to make is more "McDonaldsy" but it is still just in the gas station. I would never stay there to eat.

I consistently go here to get nuggets for myself and my girlfriends movie nights and I always ask for habanero sauce and they never give it to me I always get bbq sauce

Cold fries, stale bun and McChicken hard as a rock. Not for to eat, threw it out. Drive a little further to another location
