The "Maple BBQ & Bacon Quarter Pounder" is MOUTH-WATERING and I'm begging you to keep it in your menu for longer

Service was very slow and the restaurant was filthy, there was garbage piled two feet high on top of the cans and trays left on almost every table. The only “clean” table there was covered in coffee. Staff were informed of the mess and dismissed the complaint without cleaning anything. You couldn’t use the ketchup as there were FRUIT FLIES that came out of the dispenser when pumped. The napkin dispenser had garbage stuffed into it so you couldn’t get any napkins. Only words to describe this place was disgusting.

It's a McDonalds. You eat it, you feel sick, and you do it again later because you have no self control. It used to be fast cheap and convenient, now it's just fast.

I don't usually stop here because of past issues. I've given this location many tries as it is close to home and easy access if I dont feel like cooking after a long days work. Every time I've ordered there was an issue with the order in some way. Incorrect items, stale food, not fresh in any way, sloppy burgers that are basically thrown together, poor service from workers and it takes far too much time for them to get an order through the window.

Stopped on my way through truro around 6PM, the fries were cold and half were hard and felt like they were sitting out for days, and way to salty. Looked like a snow storm in the bag.

I like McDonald's for its consistency. I don't eat fast food often, but when you missed breakfast- it's a good stopping place.

Messed up my burgers, Always taste weird. Please get better staff. NEVER GO HERE, GO TO WENDYS INSTEAD (specifically here not halifax just dont go to truro ones)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.bettylee legere the shift manager was VERY RUDE and its on video.i came across the tik tok videos.she needs to be fired.she also appears to have herepes all on her face, and its seems to be a bad herepes outbreak too.we have picture proof.

They messed up my order and fixed it then mailed me coupons for 4 free sandwiches any size! Lol can't complain there.

We've been in the drive-thru for 40 minutes and I think we got 20 more minutes to go before we get served

McDonald's seriously needs to up its game with offering plant based options. Almost every other fast food chain offers a veggie burger. Get with it!

Very disorganized waited for a simple burger for almost 20 min. Had to re-give my order as it "got lost". Staff was friendly tho.

All good.quick service, hot food, friendly, a little chilly in temperature.a super meal though.

Orders a regular chicken burger with bacon and 3 times they got it wrong. Then I have to sit at the nasty tables. I completely lost my apatite to eat. Stuff all over tables and food was over cooked not coming back. Here's a few pictures of the corner I was going to eat on.not hard to wipe a table and or swap a floor

I was disgusted by the management at night! The girl with pink hair was screaming at her staff with customers in the restaurant. And they had an issue with their freezer so they had no more burgers left and was complaining that people were mad. And we had ordered a big mac but they had 2 drive offs so they'd combine the meat and build a bigmac but the cook got mad at an older lady and said she should've charged us the extra $1.50 or so to change the order. Not right at all! And the BATHROOMS & TABLES were disgusting! I've never seen or heard such a lack of professionalism of their supervisor team, and lack of cleanliness of a restaurant as this. Truro McDonald's you are bringing the McDonald's name down- you should be ashamed!

I ordered a big mac and a kids meal, it took 20 minutes and when my number was finally called the kids meal didnt come with fries

Told us 5 mins for burger they were still on breakfast it took over 10 mins to get our food an one egg McMuffin was not toasted an mine was burnt
