McDonald's

After 8PM this McDonalds turns into a trap house. I wait minutes at the speaker to finally be able to talk to someone to take my order. When I get to the window, I just hear rap music blasting and employees signing along until finally someone comes and asks me to move to “spot #1” to wait for my food. This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and since recently moving to the area it’s been a similar experience every time. I’ve never been served from someone who looks to be over 15, and the lack of customer service experience is present.

Looking for a St Patrick's share. Don't spend a lot of time at MacDonalds, for a green shake, I will indulge. Counter service was helpful and pleasant, as expected.

Great service! Fries salty. That one shift leader named Sally, poor thing almost slipped and fell but caught at the right moment. Need to (not sally) clean floors, and a raise. Almost fully embarrassed herself on the 10th of March 2023. Check security cams. Thank you!

Front steps get VERY slippery in the winter and are a major hazard to everyone especially those with trouble walking.

If you're looking for the PlayPlace for your kids to run off some energy, it's closed until at least end of March 2023 (per staff).

Guys, please, if you’re going to make me pull up and wait for fries, at least give me the serving. The last few times I’ve ordered here, the fries have been half filled.

Went yesterday Feb 12, extremely poor service, the young man staffing the counter too busy chatting with colleagues and ignored customers … one even walked out without ordering. After I spoke up and was served he seemingly made comment to one of his colleagues about me and both smirked. I will never go back and management needs to ensure better service.

Lol this location sucks. The sandwiches/burgers are always either too saucy (ie the sauce will make its way to the outer part of the bun) or the buns are oily.

Excellent location right off Exit 5 on the 103 highway making for quick stops. Recently remodelled interior and clean bathrooms. One of the few McD’s left with kid’s play gym. Drive thru can be busy and sometimes service is quicker by going into the store. Has four parking spots for mobile orders in case you want to avoid the drive thru and use the McD’s app.
