McDonald's

Very rude distracted girl at the take out window. Didn't listen at all. Charged for an item not ordered and then charged for 4 drinks that actually were ordered but never even bothered to give us with the order. I guess customer service was of zero importance this evening.

Went through the drive thru l…I always check the bag they added my muffin in the bag on top of other items not individually wrapped face down

Breakfast is always good at McDonald's! I did/and find the English Muffin is sometimes burnt around the edges. (Bridgewater)

The last 2 times I have been there, the quality of the service has been lacking severely. A gaggle of staff standing in the drive thru window, talking, leaning on the counter, on their phones. Stick arm out the window with my order, never acknowledge me or even look at me. Just keep on talking to their co-workers. AND my orders were either wrong or substandard. (Didn't realize until I got home with it)

No matter the size of the order. A coffee and hashbrown.they make you pull around to the side. Defeats the purpose of a drive-through. Next time, I'm just asking for my money back

Can't rank the atmosphere because we didn't go inside. Every time we stopped in, people seemed very friendly. Service was fast, just like what McDonald's wants, so that's also good for customers. Will stop in at this location again when we are in the area again.

Can't say anything negative about this place. Everything was awesome. One of the best McDonald's I have ever been at.

Very seldom do they get your entire order correct if you order more than one meal. It has gotten better

What can one say about McDonalds. Seems we spend quite a bit of time waiting "around the corner" for our meal after going through the drive through. A lot of the times they are so busy that they really don't listen to your order and you either have to repeat and correct it a few times or you find out, after you've driven away, that they got it wrong. And don't get me started on how often the ice cream machine is "down". Update: 7 months later. Food is horrendous. Ordered a Big Mac for the 1st time in a long while. Nothing "big" about it. Wafer thins, see through patties and just a lot of bun and filler. If I could post 0 stars, I would. UPDATE: . Jan 13,2023. I thought time has passed and maybe. Just maybe.that Big Mac was an anomaly. Nope. It wasn't. Went today, tried it again. Paddy's are so thin that they are practically see through. What the fudge? Where's the beef?

It's a bridgewater McDonald's.that just about sums it up. Half the time you get really nice staff that deserve better jobs and other times you get not so good staff. Its "food".

Went to mcdonalds and I ordered fillet-o-fish meal but the guy who was taking my order rung my fries and drink separately and I paid for the two. Took too long for my order to come and when I arrived home, I just received the fillet-o-fish and the drink but no medium fries. I just wasted my money to this location. Not worth it. Make sure you guys are ringing the orders correctly and giving it to us (customers) the right and completed items. I didn’t go back to this location since it is not worth it to argue and tell them that they didn’t give me the correct food items that I ordered. You guys are just collecting the money but customer service is so bad.

Last time for me to McDonald's. I know I have been around a while but the price was rediculous for what you get. I think they don't need my kind of people there. Didn't mention the size of the burger has changed for what you pay for. Yes I know it is weighed before they shink it in cooking.
