The worst service of any mcdonald's I have ever been to.

Watch them literally take food out of my bag that was waiting for me to give it to another customer after bumping my number off the order screen.

Absolutely awful service. Busy or not, doesn't matter. That's just an awful way to run a place.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stood in line at your location and left! (Along with others in line). There was 5 employees including a shift mgr more worried about drive thru lining up then serving customers right in front of them. We were looked at but not even I’ll be with you in a second or one moment! When you’ve been waiting 10 plus minutes and they just look at you it gets a little frustrating! It always seems like your staff are running around and getting no where! You need to get them organized!

I always enjoy going to McDonald's, all those the orders get messed up sometimes it's bound to happen in a large chain of fast food restaurants. I do enjoy the food and the experience.

Not one clean table in the place (it was not busy) and all staff standing around talking.asked for a napkin to clean the table as a hint but not one took the hint.

This was by far the grossest McDonalds I’ve ever been in and I used to live in downtown east Vancouver. I felt like I needed a shower after I left, couldn’t even eat my food.

They are always supper busy waits that are long inside they don't have poutine and a few other things

Very bad even for mcdonalds like I ordered 2 burgers and they were just smashed in the packaging and looked like my kids had made them

It's a great location, well maintain, has seperate play area for kids & open early & close late.

Ordered a Big Mac meal and nuggets and my chicken nuggets weren’t cooked fully and gave me food poisoning. 0/10

One of two McDonald's in Truro. It's in walmart building and order to get into the McDonald's, you need to go into walmart. You can have nice meal or snack in there if you want. Though, due to COVID-19 restriction, you need proof of vaccenation.

I was very impressed with the staff at the Sackville, NB McDonald's. The employee who was taking the orders and payment was also helping out wash dishes. That my friends shows a great work attitude. I'm truly impressed with McDonald's ability to train and instill in young people a great work ethic and interpersonal skills.

The Robie Street McDonald's is horrible! I had a fillet a fish and it tasted old and tough! Nasty!

However to pay almost 8.5 bucks for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Almost 12 if you have hashbrowns is ridiculous.

We have traveled far and wide to review all of the McDonalds in nova scotia, and this one.it was by far the best. They did this whole avant garde thing where they gave us frozen hashbrowns, literally a block, it was so fun and funky and fresh and cool. Amazing service too, the staff were super careless and nonchalant, like the way you act when your crush is walking down the hall. We loved the way they took their time with the order, 20-30 minutes both times we went through, but yet they somehow also made it look super thrown together and casual definitely happy with how they did this whole rude and disrespectful thing at the window and when they brought out some fresh hashy-browns for us, it was like we were at that restaurant in Las Vegas where they act mean to you and just put you down for fun! Super duper exotic and fetch

Employees act like extra sauce comes out of their paycheck.this location is the only one to ever give me a hard time about mcchicken sauce for my dipping sauce for my nuggets. SMH

Big Mac was not up to their old standard, thin, tough patties, bun bottom was tough, too much sauce.

Too busy at times and your food can be very cold most times, usually only at the Walmart location

Waited at the drive through for over 20 minutes. Was the only vehicle there for the first 10. Girl looked out the window after the third vehicle showed up behind me. Pulled up to the window and was ignored completely. Outstanding service.

Normally I have a hard time with my order at this one Mc d but this time I actually got my order right

It was terrible not the staff just none of the my order was right at all and quite often it's wrong

Awful service, slow and order is always wrong. They yelled at me and disrespected me because they made the oder wrong. No only that, but they lied to me about a silly ice-cream machine.sad

Not a good experience. Fry’s were cold and hard. Burger was dried out and very obvious that it had been cooked and left in warming for a long time. Will not go to this location again.

Took 25 minutes for them to prepare my order, meanwhile and I can see the drivethru orders were being prepared and presented. Issue seems to be with front counter staff only able to work on one order at a time. Once the order was received, no clean seats in the lobby available. Had to wipe one down ourselves.

Guys mcdonalds is going to hell, they are never quick, 15 mins for an ice cream, food is always sloppy and staff don't know what they're doing which isn't there fault it's the stores, let's boycott McDonalds!

Very slow the wait was so long thought the food was going to be hot it wasn't fries where dried out nowhere enough big Mac sauce on my burger.

This is the closest McDonald's to my home and I never left satisfied. Recently, I ordered a poutine which came in a burger box. This was not a big deal however it has to be eaten quickly as the box is not designed for wet foods and it quickly turns into an unpleasant mush that looks a lot like the poutines itself. The burger box is smaller than the regular poutine boxes and it was pretty empty. The "fresh" fries we were waiting for were cold, the gravy cool, and the cheese cool. I called and they told me I could come in for another two poutines on them. When we did, the poutine tasted completely different than any we have had before and not in a good way. We did not eat it. We went to pick up ice cream tonight. We bought four hot fudge sundaes. The fudge wasn't even warm and didn't seem to be mixed (it had the texture of improperly mixed jello pudding). There are also "no peanuts at this location" which may be for a staff allergy, however, this should be posted without disclosing any personal information about the individual. This was my final try. I do not recommend this location.

Seems to be the worst running McDonald's in the town, The workers did not seem to know what goes on a burger, what is included with the meal, or when to pull a customer ahead when 8 cars are waiting as well. Just a horrible experience. More training is definitely needed.

A very filthy mcD. I have never seen such a dirty restaurant. Tables and floors were disgusting. Dead flies on window sills spider crossed my table.

Stop forcing people to pull over and wait. If you can't meet customer demand, you know that's a sign to employ more (or smarter) people and get more grills.

The pothole in the drive thru is ridiculous. It's been there for nearly a year. Don't be so cheap and fix it.

The most of the workers act rude. There are garbage under the tables and chairs for a long time. Quantity of French fries are extremely less compare with other shops. The worst McDonald I have ever experienced in my life.

Was at wade road Walmart location and wanted 2 large coffees was told they had no med or large cups they were recalled so when I tried to order 4 small the manager said only 2 cups per car and would not budge ended up going to Tim hortons

I rarely ever go to McDonald's & now I know why. Worst food EVER.shriveled up old fries & burger was disgusting. ICE cold.if I had the time, I would have brought it back. The crows ended up with it.

Took 35minutes to get an order of medium fries and a burger. Was maybe 5 other people waiting for their orders as well. Most of the people in front of me were waiting on drinks that the staff just didnt bother stopping to make.

They were averaging one car every 4 min for drive through, which is horrible, yet they were still prioritizing drive through over dinner customers.

The manager started an argument with another customer in front of everyone over not allowing the customer to upgrade her fries, claiming "no one in onva scotia does that" and then " no stores owned by our owner can do that". IDK but doesnt exactly make sense for a buisness to not allow customers to order and pay more.you're in business to make money arent you?

They definitely were not understaffed on this day, saw at least 5 employees. If you go here expect a wait and maybe bring a book

There has never been a time that I’ve ordered here and they didn’t screw it up. They literally have an “all day breakfast” sign on their window, and the employee told me they don’t serve any breakfast items any time of the day. As well, they claim there’s no iced tea on their fountain drink machine.

I ordered a large fries and drink in the drive through. They didn’t give me the correct drink and gave me a small fries. The staff are clearly very undertrained. I usually don’t mind little mistakes, but usually they roll their eyes and don’t even apologize. If you want your correct order, go elsewhere.

As a customer at the Truro store, on my 2nd last visit there, it was was bad enough that I waited 10 minutes for.my smoothie, but furthermore after the girl with the red hair handed me my smoothie, she said "there you go, sorry for.the wait" and I replied, in my lower than usual voice (I now identify as a transgender female), saying "oh that's okay, thanks, have a great day" and she looked at me with an uneasy look and was speechless, I walked out so as to not tell her off. I then completed the survey, after which the SM contacted me saying that she has spoke with her staff about this issue, saying she thought it was a misunderstanding, and offering an extra value meal coupon, I replied explaining I doubted that it was a misunderstanding, as she at least could've replied rather than being speechless, and I also explained to her that I'm a vegan and that the coupon would be useless to me, and that It'd be great if you guys brought back the 2 veggie mcwraps, better yet a vegan burger option. She never replied.

On my last visit there very recently, they didn't put the sugar free vanilla shot in my cappuccino. If I'm going to pay $4 for a coffee, it should be made right!
