McDonald's

I love Mc Donald's, I love there chicken nuggets, but I need to start eating healthier, and see what they may have. Can go wrong with there famous that and chicken nuggets. Love the all there cheese, gonna have to try beyond Burgers, I heard they are healthier I hope they have them.

Not enough space to move into his place, was jam packed with a party going on at the same time it was the rush hour lunch. Waited almost a half hour for 2 ice creams, and my breakfast McMuffin was that over recooked you could hear it hit the table it was that hard. Normally have a good McDonald's experience but today was a short one for sure.

The drive through is useless at this place the menu only shows some items and usually only the most expensive items

It's OK. Prices are climbing. Food still tastes the same. I eat this maybe once a year. Good in a pinch, that's it. Third take out window is a bonus, when they almost always, screw up your order.

I love take out, I do recommend eating here, although they need to start being more aware of putting more napkins and utensils in the order,

Check your order at the drive thru window before you leave. More than once I've gotten home and either had the wrong order or I was missing items. Sorry whoever is behind me but im checking to make sure my order is right and all there. The wait in the lineup is too much of a deterrent to go back especially when you only have minimum time to eat and get back to work

Great staff. Always friendly and organized. This location is always busy but it is never a long wait.

Cold frys I ordered upsize there was less then half full in the box. Big Mac tasted a week old.never again

This McDonalds can not seem to get an order correct. The last 3 times I went through the drive thru my order has been incorrect.

Service in-restaurant was a quite slow given I had only ordered a couple of coffees; there was no one working the counter and I was ignored for about five minutes while standing there. In the end, this is a fast food restaurant, so expectations shouldn't be high for much of anything.

Awful, staff didn't know what they were doing and remade our order 3 times before giving it to us

Wait times are occasionally quite long, and food is not fresh later in the evening. Once recieved a wrap with mold on the tortilla: (

We take our kids here alot they love tbe happy meal chicken wraps n the toy of course and the banana strawberry smoothies they are really good and a good price

Just left there with my order my meals i got had xlg fries witch were cold and a half box of fries i ordoer a big max i got a chicken meal instead not happy at all i tryed calling there 20 times no answer

Not bad,
but as somebody who gets coffee here regularly I wish it was a little more consistent.

I get quite sad after ordering a burger, waiting five minutes and still getting less then half the toppings I expected.

Don't like it here. Poor service everytime. Asked for mayo on my egg McMuffin and they tried to charge me. 60! I told them to keep it! Tiny orange juice was almost $3. The dining room is tiny and cold. I won't go back!

Way Better than the Sydney river McDonald's that's for sure, Sydney River makes everything so sloppy and not worth even going to that location.

We have break at 3 am every day and a bunch of people go to get coffee every night and they serve cold coffee almost every time. Have some standards

The both lanes of the Drive Thru were backed up so far I decided to go in. I only wanted a coffee - thats it. Ordered, had my coffee, left, got back out o to Prince St in about 5 or 6 minutes. BEST I REMEMBER!

Very impressed with the speed of drive thru at this location. Made a fairly large breakfast order and was almost as fast as when I get just a coffee! It was really busy but vehicles rolled through quickly. Will revisit this location again as needed.

Was in the drive thru and got yelled at by the worker because I was whistling a song that was on the radio

This McD does not deserve even 1 star. I have visited multiple times in a hope they will make my order perfect. The staff is always rude, and the order is never perfect. I am McD ex-worker and know that the staff does not follow the order preparing procedure, and misses something every time. Instead, try Sydney River McD, they are way better and probably best in Sydney and Cape Breton Region.

Really great for kids. Use the mobile app to order along the way, and then take the kids directly into the play place while the food is prepared. Play area is hard to navigate when coaxing an unwilling kid to come out though.

Good natured staff, they're not the fastest, but they're decent human beings who do good work. The food is almost always well put together and not "messy. "

This restaurant needs to work with their staff to improve customer relations. The counter person grunted when I greeted her with "Good Morning. "

Drive thru got dbl big macs meals n nuggets one burger didn't have a burger. Went bk in said you guys sold me bread no meat. Lettuce was gross n soggy my meal was a mess.

People in drive thru very rude. Got 3 burnt bagels. Ordered them again and waited 10 min then there was no cream cheese on it. This is not the first time. They really need to be trained properly

Fast lines. Friendly people working there. I've never had any issues with them. I leave knowing my Big Mac addiction is satisfied.

Standard McDonald's. The flurries are horrible now though not even half the cup worth icecream. Thought it was just mine but the 2 others I was with had the same amount.

I dont really eat Macdonalds my kids like to get the happy meals. The prices have gone up too high. The one in Sydney has a play place that does birthday parties. The parties are not private others are allowed to come on and eat while they are going on. I have had a lot of birthday parties there as I have 4 children. The cost is around twelve dollars a child and that's for the meal, toy, and at the last one I was at they also gave out these cute water bottles. Drive thru is fast.

It's quick, quality of the food, even for fast food has gone down hill. Things seem to be getting more expensive and smaller. You could go to a restaurant and pay the same as you would to eat Macdonalds now.
