McDonald's

The front staff Jaspreet very unprofessional and the service is very bad. Treating customer like trash. I am sorry to say this Usually I wont say anyone's name but this is not the first time that having issues with the front staff. Staffs please understand that the customer comes into a restaurant to buy food not to get you see your stupid talks and laugh. We pay money for the food and service, its not a free food bank.

Management please train your staff well and show them how to behave.

Went to McDonald's to enjoy one of their sundaes. Of course they had no ice cream cuz why would you have ice cream in the summertime for an advertised special on Sundaes?

Girl working in night shift was very rude
Didn’t open the window for giving order,
Ignored the car at drive thru
Was continuously sweeping on floor,
She was acting like she own that Macdonald bro

After being told to wait three times at the speaker to place my order for a total of twenty minutes waiting, my order was finally taken. When I drove to the window there were no cars waiting in front of me but about 7 behind me so the long wait did not make sense. I then waited another twenty minutes at the window. After receiving my food, I thanked the employee and they said nothing in return, closed the window and went back to their phone. Awful service McDonald's.

It seems like the staffs are not familiar with their own APP. The girl was so confused when I told her my online order number. It took me 15mins to get a pop from the staffs. Also the garbage bin was totally full.tables were dirty as well.

3rd time I have tried to occur a mcflurrys via McDelivery and have it not show up because the ice cream machine is "broken". I have yet to actually succeed in ordering a mcflurry via delivery.

Waited 20 minutes for a single meal. Beyond insanity how McDonald's only cares about the drivethru and fully ignores inside customers. Also some kid blasting terrible music over his Bluetooth speaker was ignored and not told to stop.

Ticket didn't print so couldn't know my order number, I found no soap in men's washroom, had to get back to counter because they missed 2 smoothies from my order, then get back again to retrieve them after preparation, then back again because ketchup dispenser was empty, yet they gave me only 2 ketchups for 5 persons, then when I arrived to poutine I noticed they had forgotten to put 3 forks so another trip to counter. Etc.

This is the McDonald’s I go to when I am back for my Christmas break. I usually have breakfast here, and more often than not it’s better than average. I’m still getting the hang of the self-order kiosks, but you can be served at the counter too. Coffee is fresh and large. They have at least one TV, the local rag (Metro or whatever it’s called now) is free, along with the Herald, and I seem to remember a false fireplace, though I usually have jet lag when I am there, so I may have imagined it. I’ll be there again when I can.

They got our order wrong and at 11: 15 on a Saturday they were out of French fries & hash browns!

Not the greatest McDonalds. I’ve been refused a cup of ice water here, as well as refused the option to add ketchup onto my sandwich. I’ve also had a very hard time ordering coffee here (as in they had no idea what a Medium Americano was). They are quick though I will give them that.

Waited approximately 15 minutes for a coffee and donut in the late afternoon. This location might be a training restaurant, which would explain the extended wait times, inefficient order handling, and new employees. I absolutely understand the need to train good employees in a fast paced environment but the staff are always too busy and frazzled looking.

Tip for you if you're a customer here, don't give the workers a hard time. They genuinely seem to be trying their best.

A disgusting franchise-model food chain store. Tastes bad and is unhealthy and unsustainable for the planet.

Wrong drink for the happy meal. Not a huge deal really but i mentioned it twice at the speaker. Terrible for soft serve machine but thats all them. Normally good service and food for mcdonalds hence the 4 stars.

Great customer service at speaker, till, and 2nd window. Larger order for family of 5 at busy breakfast time. Order was perfect, coffee was made right. Staff was on point and organized. We were happy. 930am ish Aug, 10/21

Terrible Terrible service, I ordered 3 med smoothies, they put them in large cups because they were out of med cups. I asked for 2 small cups because my daughter was at home with a friend,
(I thought it would've been too much for them) I poured them into the small cups with room to spare. I called and left a voice mail, no one called me back.

I go there a few days later I order my daughter a happy meal and asked for a smoothie for the drink I was told I was not allowed to do that. I say ok chocolate milk, then I asked for the smoothie on the side. Then I asked for 3 gift card I was told to get them at the second window. When I get to the window I didn't get my smoothie and was told that I need to order gift cards at the first window.

Pls do yourself a favor don't go there

Last 3 visits the orders have been wrong and its been an ordeal. Paid for mac sauce to be added. Added none. Paid for extra pickles. None. I have had so many issues just trying to get my order through the speaker and have to correct it at the window or put the whole order through the window because the person on. The speaker cannot understand the order.

Got Order Wrong ordered Double 1/4 Pounder with Cheese only got a Single. Ask for Carmel with the Apple slices for the Kids Meal and Didn't get it.
Only good thing is we where only Charged for what we got, and not over Charged.

Since the pandemic we order through skip the dishes or Uber eats and each and everytime I am either missing items, a whole meal, nothing is ever right. Going to pay the extra delivery and pick a different McDonald's from now on.

Have been eating food over 40 years and I can say with all honesty that 144 main street McDonalds store Is second to none. Michael Moore is ridiculous. I eat at McDonald's main st.almost every night some times two or three times. And the night staff above all are the most helpful informative and friendly of any of the restaurants I've visited in Eastern Canada. I try to fast most days and only eat past midnight. 6 Stars

Managers mistreat theyre staff, barate them and publically embarrass them.they didint let anyone take time off or even clean the store after a COVID EXPOSURE.food is fresh during rush hours, but staff are constantly being screamed at and being put on multiple positions at once.always gets something in our order wrong and the coffe tastes like garbage (which is weird because i LIKE mcdonalds coffee)
they wont bother refilling soda machines and its been more the once that weve gotten water instead of soda.ive literally seen them violate human rights here.pick a diffrent mcdonalds.

I've never gone to a McDonald's that consistently screws up your order more than this one. How hard is it to read a screen and put the meals in the bag that are on the screen? Y'all shouldn't have a job!

Took 10m to click and collect a fry, a Iced Tea, and a Slushie (Red Raspberry was very tasty though)

But they seemed busy too.

The parking lot design is a nightmare though

I had to repeat myself 4 times at the drive through window. Then I asked the girl at the first window to confirm my order. She had it right. And then they STILL got my order completely wrong when they handed it to me! Absolutely ridiculous. Worst McDs in town. Don't go there. As far as I'm concerned, they owe me some stars now.

In the midst of Covid-19 it's nice to encounter people who are still relaxed and friendly while also being efficient and helpful. As usual, the crew here was great!

Got hot water and milk instead of the coffee I ordered. Someone is clearly reusing the coffee grinds instead of brewing it fresh.

Also didnt get a reciept so I could fill out the survey cause the self serve kiosks are always out of paper. How convenient.

I asked for a double cheeseburger with no seasoning and no pickles and they said okay I'll give you a double hamburger they thought I was saying something about not putting cheese and I started to get frustrated so I just pulled up to the window I let them know I wanted a double cheeseburger with no seasoning they put on the meat when they cook it it took them a very long time to understand that.

Can I give zero stars? I ordered from SkipTheDishes and this was the store my food came from. They put a stale piece of chicken in what was supposed to be a filet o fish, the nuggets and fries were cold, no straw.missing a sauce, just brutal. Then to top it off, I only get refunded for half the nugget meal order and for the filet, when I called the store to ask why the heck anyone would think it's ok to treat people this way, nobody answered. I left a voicemail and I'm waiting on a response. I spent over $35 on garbage and I'm a single mom who isn't employed currently. I don't have money to be throwing out the window! Absolutely brutal!

Excellent food and great prices. Very nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Drive thru was fast as well.

10 minute wait for one egg mc muffin in drive threw.really.fast food.really. Never in any other location remotely close. It was mildly warm to top it off so prob sitting.

They often don't hear what you order or they are not concerned. Never seem to know about offers, such as beyond the arc.

Just to let you guys the new McMayo Burger is out and leaves you enough sauce left over for 2 more burgers and some tuna sandwiches. Really get your money's worth in mayo ("Chicken Sauce") Asked for light mayo on one sandwich so the sharing and caring crew sandwich artists decided to do a Picasso on my wife's dinner. So if you're a sauce boss, you'll hit one out of the park at your local Main Street McDonald's and their plaster masters. Thanks for the great service guys. Next time you should let the Chef bring out their own art piece so I can personally congratulate them on their precision, quality and quantity of Chicken Sauce slinging like no other I have seen this side of Montréal.

This McDonalds is terrible for getting orders wrong. And a new one for me was getting home and finding no top bun on my Big Mac. How does that happen!

Asked for a sausage McMuffin, specifically no egg. Egg was on it. Asked for egg and cheese McGrittle, McGrittle was raw.

Food quality as always is hit or miss

I go in yesterday to get a muffin-coffee combo that they always offer, cashier didn't seem too interested in what she was doing, no "thank you" or "you're welcome" at all, my coffee was ready quickly but she immediately forgot the muffin that came with it, gave it to me and did not say "sorry, my apologies" or anything like that.

I notice this kind of service a lot at THIS McDonald's, some of the people working there are not the most friendliest, they forget your orders, sometimes you're waiting 10-15 minutes while other people are getting their orders first despite you being there before them. It's just baffling!

We drove in to the drivetrhough at 1200. We were served by a very sullen rude and unnappologetic woman. This is by far the worst McDonald's experience I've had.enough to write this review instead of eating my angrily made, passive agrresive
burger. Which has probably offended someone somewhere for something.

Always messing up orders. Even when I try to confirm at the drive-thru window, they say it's good, then when I check, it's wrong. Absolutely awfully managed. I feel bad for the understaffed employees. Just went there again. Had to drive back and get an order they forgot. Anyone who gives McDonald's 5 stars needs to see a doctor, but especially this hole.

Service was a bit slow and they tried to force me to wear a mask even though I have severe respiratory problems. Other dan dat shes good
