Ryan has been treating my upper back for a few weeks now, and I’ve been seeing incredible results. With a mix of chiropractic care and acupuncture from Ryan, my back has been feeling great!

Have had an ongoing pec injury and started seeing Skye for deep tissue massage. This is the first time I've gotten a massage where the RMT was willing to really dig in and it really shows as the progression of my recovery has been terrific!

Excellent staff, welcoming & cozy atmosphere. Skye is an extremely attentive and kind masseuse who clearly prioritizes the client’s experience and comfort and is very good at what she does. Highly recommended!

Massage Therapist Elin Rose Kays has made a remarkable difference in my mobility and comfort. She has taken me from constant pain and restricted movement to such freedom! She is focussed, strong, and committed to helping me. And our conversations are equally therapeutic: she has helped me with new ways of thinking about some longstanding challenges. Finding her was a great gift.

Apparently I should've researched who is a better massage therapist there because I really didn't have the best experience getting a full body "relaxing massage". They did something like a deep tissue massage and I'm so sore a day after my massage and unfortunately I'm not someone who speak up at the time and I feel like I wasted my time amd money. Also I would have preferred a nice relaxing music while getting a massage. I don't think I would try them again.

Kaley is awesome! It is by far the best experience I’ve had for massage therapy. She’s takes the time to get know what needs to be worked on and will apply just the right amount of pressure needed to get relief from any muscle tension or tightness you may have.

I initially came for physio but decided to try massage as well. Brian does the best massage I've ever got in Halifax! Have been coming for 7 months already and will continue!

Dr. Anthony was my first experience with a chiropractor, as it was recommended by all my coworkers to see someone before I develop problems from my profession, where repetitive strain injuries are common. I was hesitant at first, but Dr. Anthony created a comfortable environment and I have been going regularly ever since. He places focus on preventative stretching and exercises, which is great because you can continue to improve between sessions. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

I use massage therapy to manage low back pain and muscle tension from distance running, Ellen gives the best massage I have ever had, I always wish for another hour once we reach the end! Cant wait for my next session!

I came in to get my knees feeling better again. I explained my problem to Erin and in the past little while i feel a lot better.

I have been going to Brian for several months now, I can honestly say his approach to message therapy is warmly welcomed. His background and work experience lends to a more clinical sports approach that I truly appreciate and has helped my physical progression immensely.

I have gone to MendRX for both Massage therapy (W/ Morgan) and Physiotherapy (W/ Marcel). In all cases, the quality of care at Mend has been exceptionally high. Their entire staff is committed to making clients feel comfortable & welcome. Further, their model is directed at helping you feel better long term, not just temporarily. They were able to help me manage and eliminate neck pain I had been dealing with for years & have helped me with various sports injuries since. Dani has been doing shockwave and manual therapy for my plantar fasciitis and it’s been really helpful. Super impressed with her professionalism and with the friendly staff at MendRX.

Brian, massage therapist, was fantastic fixing an issue with my leg that happened after a week of travelling. He explained what he thought was going on, walked me through each treatment he was doing, had me move my leg in certain ways and intervals as he applied pressure which helped more than previous massages I have had. He directed me to breathe as he was going through the treatment which was a huge help. He gave me after care tips and exercises to prevent it from happening again. A great experience! I had pain relief before I left.

Go see Brian for your massage. My back feels like a bowl of mash potatoes right now and that’s the best it’s felt in years. 10/10 will do regularly.

I came in following a bike crash when I couldn’t get any medical support. Anthony quickly assessed my physical stress and went to work mobilizing and providing support to the healing. I know he has greatly expedited my recovery. Anthony has demonstrated his skill and knowledge and I am benefiting greatly.

I had another chiropractor recommended to me by a colleague and somehow ended up booking at MendRX by mistake but I think it was meant to be as my experience has been amazing!
I felt a bit out of place when I first walked in because here I am a new mum, the most out of shape I've ever been and walking into a place completely geared to high performance athletes and repairing damage from sporty accidents, etc. But they are so welcoming and the chiro treatment plan with Antony is going very well! It is actually not intimidating at all, anyone can benefit from these treatments
I also booked a massage with Sarah and honestly, it was the best massage I have ever had in my life! I can't wait until I get a chance to go for another one!
Overall, the treatments are a little on the pricier side (so my insurance tells me, as they don't cover the whole amount each time), but I am actually happy to pay a little bit out of pocket for the experience and treatments, because they really know what they are doing at MendRX!

Anthony Ciccarelli is the most knowledgeable and effective Chiropractor that I have been to. He’s helped me with a number of different chronic shoulder and neck issues over the past 18 months. Highly recommend!

I'm a avid runner and Kristian Thornton is my massage therapist who gives great advice on treatments and exercises to do at home. The time flys when I'm receiving treatment but feeling like a million bucks when I leave, it well worth giving Mend RX a try!

Brian is a fairly new addition to MEND/RX, and a newer RMT, but you'd never know it based on his treatments. His insight into the origin of your pain, in balance with being mindful of past injury sites, is an approach you usually only see in more seasoned therapists.

Had to get some Physio for my shoulder.as always, MENDRX is a great place to get help and it's always an expert experience. Stephanie Boone was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She knew exactly how to approach the issue and thanks to her I'm almost completely pain free by now and back to my usual strength.

Don't be fooled by its shabby exterior as the inside is very nice and inviting. I had a massage with Sarah and she was fantastic. She used the right amount of pressure and my sore back muscles felt much better afterwards. Highly recommend this place!

Conner is an excellent physiotherapist with a true understanding of his clients needs and develops a clear plan to help his clients achieve their goals.

The atmosphere and professionalism of the staff was awesome, I had a great first experience here. I definitely recommend Lisa for a massage, she is very personable and professional, she makes you feel very at ease. I've been seeing her for years now, she's amazing and I'll following her wherever she goes.

I started physiotherapy a few weeks ago after an injury and can already notice improvements. Stephanie is wonderful at what she does and very knowledgeable. She has also been great at adapting our appointments based on whatever issues I’m having that week and is a delight to chat with during appointments:)

I had been experiencing some knee pain from a sports injury and Stephanie quickly identified the affected ligaments in our first session. Stephanie is very competent and can easily adjust to your level so that the prescribed exercises benefit you the most. She is very cautious in ensuring to not work through pain or discomfort. She is happily available to help outside of your scheduled appointments via email, should you run in to any difficulties with the at home exercises and can modify based on your experience.

With Stephanie's help my knee is nearly back to 100% and I'll be back on the field soon!

Also, all the staff I interacted with were kind and friendly, and the studio (Halifax location) was exceptionally clean.

Needless to say, MEND RX will be my first choice if I need physio treatment in the future, and I recommend anyone the same.

Firstly, both the Halifax and the Bedford studios are beautiful to walk into. Very clean and welcoming. I was working with Connor, one of the physiotherapists, and he really helped with my knee problem. Connor is a knowledgeable, personable and fantastic physiotherapist. He listened to everything I was concerned about, and built a plan around that. The 1 on 1 approach also makes it very efficient as there is no juggling between patients and all the focus is on you. Highly recommend this clinic.

MendRx had been recommended to me on numerous occasions so I decided to go for a massage. Met with Alexander, my RMT, and discussed my aches and pains. I found him to be very knowledgeable and very easy to speak with. Alexander was very professional and was considerate of my comfort level during the appointment. He gave me lots of good advice before I left. I've booked two more appointments with him. Can't wait for the next one!
