Mercer Fuels does same day delivery when you call that morning. The staff who answer the phones are great or if you order online they make it so easy.

Mercer Fuels never disappoints I put my order in online which is very convenient and the oil is delivered a few hours later. I ran out of oil one Saturday around noon, I called and had oil 2 hours later. I also recieve text reminders to check my oil so I don't run out in the future. Never any problems when dealing with Mercer Fuels.

Moved to the CBRM from Ontario in August of 2022 and Mercer Fuels was quick and SUPER helpful in getting signed up, filled up and even getting a furnace check done (above and beyond their scope!) Never had to deal with fuel before, so this was amazing service! And each time we need a top up they are here so quickly too!

I am a very pleased customer of Mercer Fuels for over a decade now! Their customer service has never brought drama or abuse, as some companies can out there these days. We even get a calendar and a pen at Christmas time, and once I got a large bag of mixed flavored kettle chips too! Yum
