Underground parking storage locker are used by people who are not residents and used for illegal activities.

I was having some medical issues, so I wasn't able to pay my June rent on time. I had called the office and advised that I would be able to pay my rent, but on June 15. I was told they would put a note on my file. I still receive letters stating I was behind. I paid my rent in full on June 15. I then paid my July rent on June 30. I received a call from my building manager stating my rent was in arrears, by an amount 21 dollars LESS than my rent. I attempted to call the office five times before I got through, and I was told they would look into it and call me back. I still haven't heard anything. Also, I had to call five times cause I could leave a message as the voicemail was full. I know we don't have options but if you have anything other than metcap, use it

Firstly, as a newcomer in Canada, the metcap accepted us with great experience.

Secondly, the new operations manager in the office helps us in a way it is hard to describe. No words can't say to demonstrate their hard work.

Our apartment had a little problem and they always focus to resolve the problem.

Important to say that every building has their problems and I completely understand. In this situation, the manager of the building always try to do the best for their tenants.

In conclusion, I would like to say thank you for all the staff the help all the tenants and hope to get better with this living experience at metcap.

We just moved in to a lovely 2-bedroom apartment. It is nicely situated with a veranda where we can sit in the evenings and watch life go by. The staff were very nice and helpful and were ready to fix anything that needed to be fixed.

I was about to have to move. Not because I wanted to. Thanks to Dana and Angie, I don't have to go anywhere. Thank you ladies for all you did so I never had to move.

Angie the district manager has been amazing to deal with, my family lost our home in a fire and she was willing to personally find a new home and allow us to go back to the area we grew to love so we can put our life together. Thanks Angie!

The RN at 15 Kennedy Dr are the best ones we have had since I have been here 4-5 years. They have done more for this place than any other RN we have had. Please keep them as 15 Kennedy Dr RN, no more switching stuff around please.

Most ignorant and worst experience, they don't transfer the lease to even your own family member, they increase the rent by double even less than 4 months, don't even give proper answer to the quires.

Metcap living here in Halifax is the worst building you could live in. The management here is a work of joke. If you have any issues staying here consider yourself doomed, the management not only doesn’t listen to you but blames you for everything. They are arrogant and rude and clearly have no intentions in helping. Please stay away from these people

The RN at 15 Kennedy drive nova scotia has done this building wonders. They are the best RN that we have had in the 4-5 years I have been here. This place was a dump before they came. Since they came 2 months ago our place has been cleaned daily, garbage picked up daily, their always available by phone eif not in the office to help you solve an issue you may have for your unit. I would like to see more RN like them and please keep them at 15 Kennedy Dr Nova Scotia.

For sure -5 Stars for this Management Company. Pls do not choose these guys and they never fix any Miece, Rat bugs. The carpets are very bad in all their buildings. Irresponsible Resident Managers. How come this company not in News so far. I'm trying to report to the new agencies about this Rental company scam. After one year I got better place and moved out

Hi I’ve been living 36 primrose st for almost 5 years this sept this place is unfit to be live in, when I first moved in I asked about the window replace and did asked 3 times.they didn’t a boo when I asked to do.not too happy with it and now I have kitchen sink plug drain to clean out and there were bad mold round the metal and I send the msg no luck from them lately bec I’m deaf can’t able to hear the phone very good.in the photo I clean out the drain plug to keep it clean but the rubber fell off as u can see it

Unless you enjoy living with mice, loud neighbours, your surroundings falling apart and having criminals manage the building, I would say you’re better off somewhere else. Brenda, I hope you’re reading this, and i have serious high hopes that you get what you deserve one day. The way you and your man child think you can do and say whatever you want to people and lie however you please, it’ll all come full circle. Oh and also, maybe you’ll learn one day not to take advantage of nice, hardworking people. You both sit in your office all day, pretending like you do work but lets face it; you contribute ZERO to society and make everyone elses lives miserable. Again, one day you will pay the price.

Wish there were more housing option so I could move! Horrible, horrible, horrible, RATS, bugs, and they will increase your rent without addressing issues. They increase prices for any thing. Washer, dryer, is always increasing, Have no idea why when nothing else is improving.
