Mezza Lebanese Kitchen

A minute ago I tried to order through Uber eats, by mistake I click the order button and in less than 1 minutes I cancelled the order. But this …… guys charged me full amount as cancellation fees. Please don’t order from there through any online apps. And the reason they told me that they prepared the whole dish in less than one minute. I used buy from there in person and I knew personally that they won’t care the customers and i always waited more than 15minutes even for single order.

Menu changes, not as good as it used to be, CHEAP whole bowl is basically lettuce not their mixed greens literally a different kind of lettuce, did not ask me what I wanted on it or offer any toppings.had a couple pickles, turnip and the chicken on top of a whole bowl of lettuce.

Apparently if u want extra of something they " can't do that " even if your trying to pay for it.lol I guess.

Terrible customer service and incredibly inefficient. Do not order from this location. It took 1hr 15 mins to get 2 platters and no apologies.

Placed an order for pickup. Arrived when we were advised it was going to be ready, no employee had any idea we placed the order. After 5-10 minutes of getting that sorted and proving we paid, I've now had the privilege of sitting here for 20-30 minutes watching other orders get made while waiting for mine.

Portion sizes are very very small for the price. There were bits of hard, uncooked rice in the meal. Overall, not impressed by this resturant.

15 dollars for a few sprigs of lettuce and a sprinkle of chicken. I used to go there several times a week. I’m done, they have increased their prices and are so stingy with their chicken with the motive of getting you to ask for double chicken to get an extra 5 dollars out of you. I’m so tired of the greed and gouging. I have gone elsewhere!

Mezza is a fantastic "fast food" Mediterranean restaurant. The Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The food is always fresh.

Was there to order and the guy behind the counter was handling raw chicken and did not wash his hands. He went from raw chicken to packing people's food to handling the cooked donar meat. That's a Heath code violation. Will not eat here again.

Had a pathetic experience here. I placed a pick up order for a shawarma plate with half fries and half lentil rice, but the representative did not inform that they were out of lentil rice and added just fries.
Upon confronting the discrepancy the staff did not even Had the courtesy to apologize for the mistake rather mentioned they cannot help with anything.

I would rate much lower for their customer service

My order was mixed up and they served chicken to me instead of vegetarian falafel. Really upset with their services

Updating my review, tried the Chicken Shawarma Poutine and it was soooo good! The Garlic Sauce lives up to the hype! The chicken has so much flavour! I just wish it wasn't so much money. $10.99 is way too much. $7.99 and you got yourself a deal. The Donair Poutine is okay, but the Shawarma is the way to go! I know it's a franchise but it should be priced competitively with the local area. Too expensive for Spryfield.

Recently prices have sky rocketed and the portion size has decreased significantly. $18 for a chicken shawarma platter now. Food quality and service are still good though. Inflation takeout will have us all cooking at home though: (

It's delicious food, but when you have multiple orders, most times a plate is dished and left for more then 5 minutes, now someone's getting cold food. Not happy.

Did not enjoy the food from here. I have tried twice and both times the plain white rice was swollen and over cooked, making it very starchy and gross. There were 2 overcooked carrot squares and 3 peas in the rice. I had to search for them. Mezza used to be good so I'm not sure if Quality is a thing of the past or if it's just this location?

The worst restaurant ever. The sandwiches are small and filled with vegetables, especially tomatoes and lettuce. There is not much meat in it. It is as if I ordered a vegetable sandwich, not a shawarma. The meat was cold and very little, and the service was bad if there was 0 stars I gave it to them Bad bad I do not recommend it

Great food and service. Had Donair Poutine (Plate: with Pita bread and Rice (option available for fries).

Giving 4 stars as the price charged was higher (different price compared to online menu).

Mezza is one of our go-to take out places. Always fresh and delicious! However the last time we were in, we were disappointed to see that our Family Meal was barely enough chicken for two people, let alone supposedly for a family of four. Portion size has always been great there, but last night.

Always satisfied until yesterday July 10th I went and ordered a large donair wrap that I had several times before and as it was getting made I asked if that was a large because it looked very small he said yes. After it was made he wrapped it up and gave it to me. Rite away I knew it was smaller than any one I got in the past. I questioned him again and he said there’s 220 g or something like that in it of donair meat I could not make out what he was saying. I told him I come here at least once a week and I will not be back and I left very dissatisfied.
My son and I eat here often.

Food is delicious however the serving sizes are very inconsistent. When I called due to missing an item as well as a very small portion size (apparently sides of shawarma are no more than 100g) the manager seemed to be more defensive about how the cost of meat is high and that they are people who have to work and run a business, instead of figuring out why I always recieved wayyyy more at other locations (from very recent orders from the last few months) vs what I recieved today. Due to inconsistencies I don't think we will continue to eat at this location.

Had a large chicken shawarma yesterday and I was very pleased. It was great, not too much garlic, lots of chicken, well wrapped and it came fast. Good to know they are in my area and it was not expensive.

Ordered a large chicken shawarma.from the Spryfield location. It was filled with chicken, sauce was good (could have been a bit more garlic but still good). I was very happy with my wrap and the delivery from Uber was fast. All good! Will order again.

Had the mixed grill dinner plate. Pita bread was very dry/stale and almost hard. The shawarma meat was dry small and crumbly and donair meat was dry. Souvlaki was ok, a little burnt. French fries salad and hummus were good.

Mediterranean food is my favourite. Mezza in my opinion is heavy handed with salt. I wish Chefs would understand salt is subjective and is different to everyone's palate. Provide salt and pepper on the table that way the diner can be responsible for their own addition. Sometimes there is so much salt that its unpalatable. The tabouli has far too much lemon and tastes incredibly acidic. Sometimes they hit the mark just right but it depends on who was in the kitchen preparing.

The only thing I've tried was the Chicken Shawarma Poutine with garlic sauce on their recommendation and absolutely loved it. Had it multiple times since. Wait times can be a little slow but it's usually because they're lightly staffed.

I was new to this kind of cuisine and hadn't tried a lot of what I ordered, but it all looked and tasted delicious! I think my favorite thing was the garlic sauce; it went great with the meat and rice I ordered. The staff were very friendly as well. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!

Me and my bf absolutely love mezza! The Chicken Souvlaki wrap is amazing and they have really good garlic sauce too.

Fast, Clean, And food was great however they really skimped on the combo plates, I understand portion control however the sliver of meats was pretty lame. Ill head back to the Clayton Park location as they actually provide the proper amounts
