Mezza Lebanese Kitchen

Awesome food, very fresh, delicious and a decent size serving. I had their saracha chicken protein bowl and it was fantastic. Their baklava mmm best i've ever had, bought extras to take on the rod with me.

11am and was ready to eat, Decided to have a chicken swarma, the chicken was dry and hard (it was pre sliced and sitting under the heat lamp) The server proceeded to carefully weigh the chicken to the gram, then ripped the pocket bread, all the filling fell out when unwrapped, over priced for what I got.

Got what I ordered with some quick requests. I find once you order they quickly assemble the product as it is, without asking if that's how you want it.
Overall good food for a decent price.

I had a lunch at Mezza in Burnside today and the shawarma was perfect! The primary reason for my post, however, is to recognize the staff at the Burnside Mezza. You folks are very efficient and work well as a team. Today I witnessed one of your staff members berated by a customer who was extremely rude while ordering. The young woman taking her order was professional, polite, and accommodating regardless of the belligerent tone barked at her by the ignorant patron. Kudos to the young lady taking orders around 1: 00 p.m. Today. She kept her cool and maintained professionalism in the face of a rude jerk of a customer. Well done!

Just ordered and was surprised and disappointed in how small serving size is. It's almost half the normal size same price. What happened?

My organization recently catered an event for 60+ people from this location with just a few days notice. Grace was prompt, flexible and helpful when it came to developing our menu. The available options made it simple to meet various dietary needs (vegan, low carb, gluten free etc.).

On the day of the event the food was ready on time and our participants enjoyed a delicious meal. Everyone loved it.

The prices were very reasonable. If you need to cater an event in the area, I definitely recommend!

They do a decent donair, but they start closing super early. They refused to serve me at 8: 37 because the grill was already cleaned for the night. Either it only takes a short time to clean, or they started cleaning well before 8: 30.

Love the food but they always mess something with the order

My plate had no pickles and turnip

Food is good as to be expected with Mezza chains, staff seems dead inside. Also went there 5 minutes to close and doors were already locked and could see the kitchen staff already wrapping up and putting food away. Like really?

Our office ordered a large list of food today and everything was accurate (even with all the changes we made) ; the meals that were supposed to be cold were cold, the ones that were supposed to be hot were hot. Everything was delicious! Definitely returning!

Donair was great. No complaints. Fries also taste good especially in a poutine due to the gravy.

The staff however are in the back for long periods of time, not checking the front. Perhaps a bell would help. But that really is the only complaint.

Food was awesome as usual. Girls behind the counter were a little snarky today, also as usual but the food makes up for it.

My family and I love the Mezza franchise, the food, service, and atmosphere is always high quality. HOWEVER.our experience at the Burnside location on April 13,2019 was NOT what we have come to expect from the Mezza name. On entering, decor interior needed attention (tables were not wiped clean, floor and bases of booths looked dirty). The menu screens appeared to be malfunctioning and therefore were difficult to read. I ordered a shawarma wrap with a dry (stale) pita and pieces of chicken that tasted greasy and reheated. (The spits were empty and staff had to go out back to get the chicken and donair meats). When I picked up my cutlery, the entire basket of cutlery was dirty. My father's donair plate appeared to be great, however, my son said his sharwarma poutine was OK but tasted different than usual.
Mezza is my family's #1 choice when eating out on the run, but I won't be returning to this particular location!

In my opinion they make a fantastic, and one of the best, chicken shawarma wraps in the City. I was also surprise how amazing there home cut french fries are, not sure what they put in the fry seasoning.

I like it because as far as I know there isnt another option for this style of food but they microwave the falafel and sometimes my falafel is too hard to bite! If the falafal was baked fresh and kept hot or flash fried to order it would be so much better.

I never leave a negative based on 1 visit, I have been to this location 6 or 7 times. Decided this time to try it on a Saturday during a low period. I have been to different mezza locations and there food is amazing. Have not had bad food yet. The staff at the Dartmouth crossing location is bad. Not all but most. No sense or urgency, no smiles or friendly behavior. I have had this as well during weekdays lunches. Last time I ordered out via app I showed up at the time it stated and they never even had my order started. Busy location during the week. If your in a rush don't bother going here. Breakdown food is great service is ok staff are bottom line.

Not what I expected. Interior of dining room needs some TLC.service was good. Felt bloated after finishing meal. Not my choice for healthy eating.

Good place for lunch if you’re after a healthier alternative. I typically get their shawarma wrap which is fresh and tasty.

Food was delish as always vey disapointed in service the ladies that they had working there yesterday was very rude and when asking about something on the menu she rolled her eyes.we were not very happy when we left there.

Been to four different locations of this franchise, everyone of them knocks it out of the park. Affordable and delicious, definitely go for the complementary fries in your shawarma.

The women here were really great and accommodating! They were nice and professional and treated us very well and the food was delicious!

Im a huge Mezza fan, especially Dartmouth crossing. They know you and remember what you order every time (I’m there about every two weeks) a healthy alternative and food is delicious. I go double chicken and they load it on, well worth the extra few bucks. Enjoy!
